I found mini M&M's worked better for me than normal ones but each to their own.
Mel I think this fudge will always have a life of its own coz it is so addictive & so easy to make & alter to suit what you do & don't like.

OMG i'm gonna be sooooooooo sorry i saw this thread!!!! I have all the ingreds in the house right now and DH is away with work so looks like i'm making me some yummy fudge tonight (please be kind to my butt sweet fudge). Well Tia will enjoy a chocky hit so i'll just HAVE to make it - hehehehe.
DONE - ohhhh it was so simple. I added mini jelly beans as i had those in the pantry too. Can't wait to dig in :D

Ooohhhh i love it! It's very rich and completely evil ....how can i resist?! Trying to avoid going into the fridge as i 'need' to grab another piece each time :D
I've had so much self control not making this up until this point.
All that self control has gone out the window today though. I've made a batch of choc chip cookies and now the fudge with peppermint crisps. Now I'm waiting patiently for it to set in the freezer!
Oooh, I made this for my book club last night again... they all love it! Then tell me they're all on diets... well, Mel's the evil one, not me!

OMG this is so nice. I made some fudge using milk chocolate and mini m&ms, I gave some to a friend to cheer him up and he said it is better than sex LOL

This year? I can tell you I haven't made any this month, but this year? Several times! In fact all my friends love it so I am simply forced to make it all the time.
