    Question gingerbread men-keeping time

    im making some gingerbread men/stars/christmas trees today for gift for kinder teacher, thinking of giving some to the outlaws on saturday but need to know how long they stay ok for??

    my recipe says 1 week in airtight container, but I Know they have been ok up to 2 weeks later...
