Thanks Ladies, I got tied up lastnight and a bit slow to get going today Thanks for the tips. I usually make the mixture - put it in the fridge to make it a bit stiffer, then roll the balls, but them on a tray of baking paper - sometimes fridge them again before dipping them in melted chocolate. I think the tool is what I need! WIll have to get one when I got to Perth next week woot!!

LimeSlice: I used Cadbury Dairy Milk block - melted this time. Have used Nestle cooking melts too. Not sure which is better though.

For those making them, they're quite rich, and I like them best when they're fresh from the fridge, nice and cold
