So I am making my Ds's birthday cake for tomorrow and I have to work tonight so I need to have the cake done by 4.30pm!!

I have made 3 batches of white chocolate ganach and each time I whip it, it separates.
I have tried using more chocolate,less chic, cold, nearly frozen, warm!

Ahhhh help me please
