Easy Pancake recipe _ NO eggs

So I have a huge amount of thickened cream to use... and I was thinking scones but it seems i only have about two cups of plain flour and no baking powder/soda so i was thinking pancakes...

Please help otherswise ill just whip up the lot and eat it

I make pancakes without eggs all the time I never measure anything but just mix self raising or plain flour, milk, a little vanilla and some sugar. To normal pancake consistency. Self raising flour ones are more fluffy than the others.

MummeNurse - you've never had them with eggs or without? I thought everyone ate them with eggs in and we were just wierd lol!
