    freezing cupcakes

I just made some cupcakes and turns out there's heaps. I was icing them and thinking there's way too many for us to eat. I then had the great idea that I SHOULD have frozen some. BUT I've already iced them. Duh...should have thought of freezing them before I iced them.
What will happen if they're frozen when already iced?? Will they just be gross??
    Anyone want some cupcakes??? lol.

They should freeze fine. The day you want to eat them just put them on the sideboard to deforst.

Thanks JoJo, I will give it a try then, see if they're alright. Even if they're not they would have been wasted anyway I guess, we can't eat them all!

rofl, the title of this thread sounds like something that would be on that health insurance ad.

"you'd have to be freezing cupcakes to buy health insurance any other way"
