white wings banana muffin mix add 1/2 cup choc chips and just use the mini muffin tray!

Any muffin mix I make I convert to mini by just cooking for 8-12 minutes @ 180C depending on the oven. What are you after?

I'm with Cai, about half the baking time, remembering to check with a skewer, as sometimes mini muffins don't 'brown up' like bigger muffins.

I dont usually buy the packet cake mixes, but twas on spec this particular time, so i grabbed it - white wings cookies n cream mini muffin mix.....my gosh, they were delic !!!!!!!
