Muffins - cooked on top - raw underneath HELP!!

Help - I made these devine sounding muffins. Followed the receipe exactly - except I used muffins patty cases instead of putting the mixture straight into the muffin tin. So I've pulled them out of the oven thinking the look fantastic - all golden and beautiful on top - and I can see that they aren't cooked enough on the bottom.

Can I save them?? If so how?? They are for a picnic tomorrow......HELP!!

Maybe you had the oven too hot

You could try putting them back in the oven but if they have cooled down too much I think they will end up tough. I'd keep them for myself but bake some more for tomorrow...

Rouge would know hopefully she will see

Raven has it in one. Oven too hot, and possibly too many wet ingredients like frozen berries etc... not sure what muffins they are.

At this point I'd say it's too late to salvage them. If you do a scope of some ingredients you have in your kitchen I might be able to help you with an alternative!
