Hello!

I have decided to make cupcakes for Mitchell baptism. I have liked the idea for a while so am now on the case. So much so that I think about it heaps!

Is anyone else a cupcake addict?

Can I make the frosting the night before? My thoughts are that will make it nice and firm prior to decorating.

Any other tips or good websites?
