I'd take a guess at the day before you need it. I think it would collapse if it was sitting around for longer than 24 hours (despite not being decorated).
We're making pavlova for Xmas day too - yum![]()
Yeah I wouldn't got much longer than a day - it could go all sticky if it's humid too.
