    Pregnancy Friendly Chocolate Mousse

I was always looking for a pregnancy friendly chocolate mousse when I was pregnant... And I stumbled across this Annabel Langbein recipe today! So excited, I've book marked it for pregnancy lol.

Hopefully it helps out with some cravings for some of you pregnant mamas

200g dark chocolate (ideally at least 70% cocoa solids), coarsely chopped
    2 cups (500ml) cream
    1 cup (100g) chopped marshmallows

Heat chocolate, half the cream and the marshmallows in a dry, heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until melted and smooth (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

Beat remaining cream to soft peaks and fold through chocolate mixture. Pour into glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.

Just curious, why is chocolate mousse not pregnancy friendly? I had no idea...

How do you make yours then? I always struggled to find egg free one, apart from George's olive oil one.

Mt SIL had a great recipe where you whip the cream and then add the chocolate. I will get it from her I only made it a couple of times and I can't remember.
