Cook the Pie crust following the instructions for blind baking (180C for 15 mins usually).
Chop up the snickers and put in microwave safe bowl, along with 125mls cream (not the cream for topping) and the marshmallows. Microwave till melted, do in 45-60 sec burst on high (depending on your microwave). Pour mix into shell and fridge for 2 hours. Then whip cream with icing sugar till peaks form and top pie with cream, refridgerate again for 1-2 hours or until needed
