My DH's grandmother fills htem with either chocolate instant pudding, Caramel Condensed milk, egg custard or cheese cake mix. She usually makes a variety and puts them on a platter for us to pig out on.

When I worked at a bakery we used mini fruit flans - make a cream patisserie which is a mix of custard and whipped cream (recipe can prob be found n the net but usually make custard with custard powder and mix in whipped cream when it's cool), pipe it into a tart cast and top iwth fresh summer fruit or tinned fruit. THey look fab, don't take much time to make and are extra yummo!

whip up a 300 ml bottle of cream, and then mix in 1 cup of thick custard, spoon into the cases and then put fresh berries on top- yum!

Also, the caramel top n fill stuff you can buy is good
