    What goes with cheesecake?

Hello, I want to make a nice dinner for my sis and mum who have been away and they come back soon. It has to be easy as I will be going to uni that day, eek, and then picking them up from the airport pm.
I saw a really yummy mango cheesecake recipe today, which would be good, because its made the day before..
But what goes with it for the meal?

That sounds like a summery dessert hun so I would say maybe a barbeque with kebabs (the meat on a stick) and salad.

I think really the question is - is there anything that doesn't go with cheesecake! LOL It is my favorite in summer

I think that Ali's suggestion of a BBQ is great. You could prepare it all in the morning before you leave the house and then it will all be in the fridge waiting for when you get home.

But anything that you love or feel confident with would be great.

i would go chunky kebabs , lamb cuttlets with a tangy herb spice & my sis makes a salad with wild lettice, tomato, beans, asparagus and mango (plus a few other things that i cant remember. and also maybe you could BBQ or oven roast some stuffed capsicum with crusty top.

have fum with whatever you cook.

    mmm!
    wipe your chins people hehe
Well I hope my cheesecake recipe is good. Its white chocolate with a fruit sauce on top. Its supposed to be strawberry but I have some mangos and peaches so I think I will use them instead. I have a bit of coconut cream leftover from curry last night, do you think I should add that into the white bit?
You may have noticed, I seem to have an inabillity to follow a recipe!
And skewers and salad for dinner.
Do you think I should get some prawns for skewers? Seeing as its a bit tropical.
What do you think, prawns, capsicum, pineapple, snow peas?
Or do you think lamb? That herb spice paste sounds good.
Yay this is gonna be fun!

my first thought was coffee? Wine perhaps?

But, really, anything is fine i think. If it is a warm day, then a bbq would be lovely.

Feel free to share the receipe
