Noah is obviously very keen on Tiffany, she is only 20 years old, and we joke often about her being my future DIL. Only 15 years diff Noah even asked if he could take my ring off so that he could take it to school to give to Tiff.
Preschool does try to discourage it, as they are worried what other parents may think. I really don't care. I think it's all very sweet, however, shouldn't he be after other 5 year olds !!
How gorgeous! I have school kids in love with me sometimes too! its very sweet and very common. We had a boy at my last school bring his mum's engagement ring in and give it to his "girlfriend" who was also 5!! Luckily her mum returned it, his mum was none to pleased.
Awww that is sooo cute So long as its watched closely and his little heart is protected I'm sure it would be fine (trust me to worry about the emotions involved LOL). Seeing as its the pre-school teacher she's not always going to be a big part of his life so it should be fine. I would be more worried if it was a family friend iykwim?
That is sooo gorgeous you'll have to keep it and bring it out at his 21st LMAO!
Cailin, I am protecting it. He wanted to draw in it lastnight and had a cry when I wouldn't let him. He said it was a drawing book. LOL.
He finishes pre school this year so the romance will soon be over. Poor baby. He also has a gf his own age there. They have the occassional smooch I am told. LOL.
My boy is a real Romeo.
Oh Trish, I only just saw this and it bought back lovely memories from when I lived with a gf and her two little sons. One was four and had a major crush on me (I was 19 at the time). He used to sneak downstairs (where I lived) to play with my rather-pathetic little toybox of $2 shop toys in preference to his own Toy's R Us upstairs.
He was sitting on my lap while I was reading to him one night and he looked at me and said "I love you, Jennifer, you're my princess. When I grow up, I'm going to marry you!" He then called me his princess for quite a while (his mum was really miffed, but I think it was adorable!!).
*Sniff* it was the most romantic marriage proposal I've ever received...!
I think Noah is a sweetie and very good looking. Tiffany could be a very lucky woman in 15 years with a toy-boy!! It's more likely to be Noah that changes his mind, the little heart-breaker.
