Thrush :(

Does anyone have any advice on thrush treatments during pregnancy (I am only ten weeks pregnant).

Hey Lisa,
I had Thrush at 10 weeks too (im now 12 weeks). I went to the Chemist and it is fine to use the canesten cream which you can insert with an applicator and also use on the outside. They just told me not to insert the applicator all the way.

I asked the chemist and the dr at 4weeks i had a slight discharge (if i dont get it early it can get really bad very fast tmi i know) I used the cream, dont insert all the way and do not take the tablet oral treatments

you can definitely use canestan but you cannot take the oral tablets - just check with your pharmacist when purchasing.

Yep, i was also told you can use the cream but dont put the applicator all the way in, and if possible dont use the applicator at all.

Same story here, Lisa. I used the Canesten and applicator when I was a few weeks pg with no problems.
