Cycles are very different since d&c? +OPKs and O day?
After 4 years TTC, you'd think I'd know what my body is doing, but apparently not...
Since my d&c in January, I've had some confusing changes. Before the d&c I would get a clear temperature jump confirming O the day of or the day after a +opk. Since the d&c I'm either getting a delayed ovulation or a very slow rise in temps. Even FF can't make up it's mind - I get a different O day depending on which indicator I use and the cycle before last it kept switching between 2 different O days with each new temp I entered.
Last cycle I had 2 days of +opk (first time that has happened for me as I normally have a very short surge) but my temps didn't rise above the coverline until 3 days after the second +opk (and 4 days after the first). I'm trying to work out whether I am actually O'ing a few days after the surge or whether I'm just getting a slow rise in my temperatures. If I can work that out, then I can start to worry about what the heck it means. Either way, I'm worried it's a sign that something is wrong but hoping it may be a temporary thing caused by the d&c.
Going a step further, not knowing when I've O'd means I don't know if my LP is back to normal or still short. It was short last year while we were TTC because I was still nursing DD, but it has been over a month now since she weaned (and I'd had almost no milk left since Dec) so I'd like to know whether my LP has lengthened or not. Last cycle's LP was either 11 or 13 days. Last year I was getting 10/11 days but my norm is 14/15, so it's either still the same as last year or almost back to normal. Not knowing what it is also means I can't count back and work out the O day based on when AF turns up.
I'm hoping someone may have some insights for me? I'm still struggling with accepting our mm/c and scared that we'll never get another healthy pg, so all this uncertainty and confusion is not helping.
