    Hi Ferrals,
I'm a bit stumped too. On the POAS web site it does say that an OPK will be positive with enough hcg but that does not explain the negative hpt. I'd be trying another brand of hpt if i was you. My hpt was still very faint even though my bt showd my hcg was 50 all very confusing I really hope its good news.

Are you sure of ovulation? DO you have a chart?

Tanya- yes i am sure i had neg opk's up until cycle day 11 then it was a strong pos i ov on day 13 i can feel it i always have and i usually get pos opk's for about a week after i ov but i cant explain the positive test now other than maybe my hormones are all out of whack since my ivf cycle in november i have read it can be an ovarian cyst delaying AF and increasing the LH hormone or high LH can be a sign of pre menopause i doubt it is that as my FS told me in november i was full of follicles and my fertility was normal but my FSH hormone was between 8 and 10.6 so that is at the higher end of normal so i really have no idea what my body is doing.
