On wednesday i was 11 days past ovulation and decided to try do a test. It came out negative.
It is now 2 days past my period due date and it has not arrive just yet. Is there any point in doing another test so soon as do i take the negative to be a negative now?
Also last trimester my period came 2 weeks late so i dont want to get my hopes up... but i did have a miscarriage before that period so that could explain why it was a bit late.
This round at about 5 days past ovulation i seem to have the tiniest of tiniest spotting which seemed like implantation bleding but again i didnt want to look to much into it. Other than i have had no symptoms. But just recently since wednesday night i have been feeling a bit off every now and then, a bit more tired than usual, and also felt really sick at the smell of food sometimes, and noticed the urge to wee a bit more. Also i just had a nanna nap aboiut 30 mins ago, and right now i feel absolutely terrible. Really off and sick in the tummy. AGAIN, not looking to much into it as its to horrible to get my hopes up.
When you say Wed was 11DPO & you're now 2 days late, do you normally have 11 day LP? If so, then based on your symptoms, test again, unless you don't think you can handle a BFN, then wait a few more days.
I have a 10-12 day LP and got a BFP at 14DPO - didn't test earlier, but had symptoms from 4DPO. Are these symptoms similar to your last pg?
im 13 days past ovulation now, so on wed was 11 days past ovulation. According to my chart my period was due yesterday but never showed. I dont know what my cycle is like off the pill as i fell pregnant straight away, but mc a few weeks later.
Yes the symptoms i have are same as last pregnancy... but again i just dont want to look into it to much.
I want to test again tomorrow, but was not sure if there was any point so soon (3 days after doing last test) as would it make any difference being 3 days later?
I was thinking of just waiting and seeing if period comes... but that could be another week or two and that would be really hard! I was thinking of testing early next week as surely thats enough time for hcg levels to rise if i was pregnant?
But wanted to check first if there is any point testing after getting a negative already?
up to you, but I'd test again tomorrow (but I'm a POAS-aholic & I'd test tonight actually). 14DPO is usually good to test - just use a good one. FRER are usually accurate.
