WTH - for you for your little sticky one. Hoping those pessaries do the trick. Remember our thoughts are with you. STICK little one
Betty - your bt results are looking good
PLC - I'll miss you, when you leave us, don't forget to pop in every now and then, hopefully we will all be able to join you before you leave PAML. I'm so happy for you that everything is going well. Won't be long and you'll have your little one in your arms (it just goes so fast).
Easha - good luck catching that eggy.
Jen & Krystie - you guys are so funny - Hey Krystie I love the picture of the "cool jen chick" LOL.
I can't believe how many pages we go through in one day. I went off to bed early last night (all by myself), I'd had a late night monday night with a meeting and then up early tuesday morning to send my son off to school by 6am for his excursion, come back this morning and pages and pages later (almost). By the way for anyone in Sydney - his comments "Gee that Sydney is big" (can you tell we live in a country town - actually it's a small city - but he hasn't been anywhere that big for about 6 years). It's too quiet here without my youngest DS. I wonder if he would mind if I went and got him from camp. Actually I think he would, there was about 70 kids jumping around the school hall yesterday morning, they were so excited (it was so cute). I'm sure he will be one tired boy by the time he gets home on Friday. AFM - Just waiting (if you find out how to do the TWW coma let me know)
-
Thank you all you sweet ladies for your kind thoughts and vibes. I barely slept three hours last night, which I know does not help things. I am just on such a big downer. I am so sick of being told I am "very unlucky".
BetttyBoop - how much progesterone are you taking. My FS has been very conservative and just asked me to take 1x100mg a night, but from what I have read, it does not stay in your body that long and you need to take it twice a day. What are you doing???
-
Hey mollycat, it's "cool chick jen" You had a nice, high temp this morning! You should spoil yourself during this quiet time!
WTH--How's it going hun? Have you been getting plenty of rest? Sending lots of  and :stickyvibesgirl: :stickyvibesboy:
-
Hi Jen - just thought i'd pop in and say hello seeing as though we are both awake at the same time. I'm working at the moment (shhhh) the kids are eating their morning teas before we head outside to play (3, 2 & almost 2 year olds). Temps are looking good for both of us, glad to see AF packing her bags at your place, have a good talk with her before she leaves, let her know she is really unwelcome and you don't want to see her for a long while. Anyway, i'll just pop out and get back to work now.
-
Hi Everyone
:pink-babydust::bluedust: for everyone. Hoping this thread sees lots and lots of BFP's.
WTH - Thinking of you and sending lots of :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy: your way.
My next scan is the NT scan on Thu next week. A little bit nervous but I still just have that feeling that everything is going to be ok. Will pop in and let you know how it all goes.
 for everyone and here's some more :pink-babydust::bluedust::stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesbo y:
-
WTH: whoever told you you're unlucky should be shot. seriously. that is sooooo WRONG. who says things like that. insensitive pr*ck$%@* i  the progesterone works & keep your little one with you, alive & kicking... please stay strong...:pray::pray:
-
Me again. Tired and not focusing too well on my tasks today...
Vanaithi, Jen, AJC, Mollycat - thanks for your continued support this morning. :grouphug:
So, here's a question:
Do you think I would be naughty if I self-administered one Cartia (low dose baby aspirin) a day to be on the safe side? I have heard you have to stop at 36 weeks (though that is jumping the gun a bit). I have had some blood tests done, not all, and they only found a low ANA titre of 80 (which was repeated with the same result) which is not thought to be clinically significant.
Also, I have read that the progesterone pessaries don't stay in your blood for long, so would I be better off taking it morning and night (not just night)?
I know these are very naughty questions  , but I just don't want to regret that I could have done more.
-
WTH - can't blame you for asking the 'naughty' questions. I don't know anything about asprin so i can't help there. But with progesterone I don't think there is any problem with a high progesterone level so I have to personally admit that I probably would do the progesterone am & pm. Some of the other girls may know alot more about that though as I've never had to use progesterone pesaries. But from what I have read there is no problem with high preogesterone levels.
Your last post sounds very determined so i don't think bub will be game to go anywhere - except maybe implant just a little tighter ;)
:stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy:
The '12ww' is agonising isn't it?!?! Are you having any more follow up BT's?
Also - someone (I'm sorry I can't remember who) was talking about reflexology. I had reflexology the month I conceived this bub. I found it sooooo relaxing (way more relaxing than even a massage).
-
AJC - it is so good to have you understanding gals to talk/whinge/cry to.
I have a BT tomorrow. Verrrrrrrry nervous. My levels have so far been:
Day 28: 110 HCG and 170 P4 (prog)
Day 30: 269 HCG (more than doubled, fine with that)
Day 36: 1987 HCG (almost doubled every second day) but 89.7 P4.
I think tomorrow's HCG result will really reflect what is going on.
Did you get a second test for your P4? If so, was it similar?
I now officially hate the 12WW. And even if we make it that far, we then have to contemplate a CVS. I can't imagine we will feel comfortable about this PG in the near future. If it does not work out I am very concerned I will have to have my 3rd D&C in less than 12 months. That can't be good for my lining...
I have asked poor DH to call my FS this afternoon to try and get more out of him. My FS was not concerned when I spoke to him yesterday. But he did not witness the exact same stuff happening to me in my prior PG so he is coming across as optimistic. I want realistic.
Thanks for being so nice
-
WTH - I did have two prog tests First one was 95, second was 79. So a little lower but it's normal for it to fluctuate - ob was not concerned at all and I didn't really think anything of it.
Yes - realistic is good but my ob always says 'please be positive' and that is firmly imbedded in my brain so I am now passing that on to you. That it's going to be third time lucky for you. Your hcg levels seem to be indicating things are progressing nicely so that is good.
We're all here for you. Good luck for your BT tomorrow.
-
Thanx, AJC.
Your words have been very grounding for me this afternoon. DH has spoken to the FS. He was adamant I should not take the Cartia. He says everything hinges on tomorrow's tests. So I will not take an extra progesterone in the morning. He says he will up it if the results are not good. So, I am happy with that.
I read a study conducted in 2004 and it says stress can lower progesterone levels because our brain produces extra cortisol to deal with stress. The cortisol competes with progesterone. Therefore, stress can inadvertently lead to MC.
So I think I will take a nice long relaxing shower tonight and try a little harder at chilling out.
-
WTH - two things have helped me through this pg so far (other than my DH of course) movies & food! Hired 'Rendition' last night & really enjoyed that. And well food, we all have our 'comfort' foods so I'm sure you won't have too much trouble thinking of something. Hope you have a relaxing night.
-
WTH - Betty Boops story sounds positive. I hope you have the same success as her. hCG levels are looking great.
Jenushka - How come you gave up teaching? Where did you teach at? I don't know who the ultrasound place is that I was going to go to. It's at Fortitude Valley somewhere on the New Farm Park side just before you get into the actual Valley. I'm not at home right now. I'll have a look on the paper in the morning when I get home. Your attitude is wonderful. Good on you  Are you going to the Brissy meet up at New Farm Park??
Jen - A new one for the list. I'm at my dad's to watch the state of origin and have ditched the family so I can catch up with my girls!! And Jen, we're all gabbing while you're sleeping, simple, don't sleep. BB with us and sleep at work when no one is looking!!
AFM- Check out my temp rise. Fingers crossed for another one in the morning!! Sleeping at my dad's tonight to watch the footy. Of course I remembered my thermometer!!
Love you all!!
-
my first ultrasound
i am going in for my first ultrasound tomorrow. Hope to see some follies. I'm on my day 6 of FSH. So scared, don't know what to expect. I hope things are going OK. I have been feeling a little tired and of course worried but not much apart from that. I don't know if it is a good sign or bad.
I got pregnant naturally 2 so I think perhaps this bit should go OK. We are only doing the IVF to do PGD as both times there were genetic problems...or so they think. I keep thinking that that will give us a better chance at the actual IVF but I guess you never know. Getting pregnant is so hard for some while others just seem to be unable to stop popping out kids.
So scared.....I need to be strong
-
i take progestrone 2x3 a day 100mg, so your doc says to take 1 and mine 6 .
i am having BT to check that and HCG tomorrow, felling abit worried , is going to be a long day.fingers grossed for everyone.
-
I'm finding it hard to stay away - so I think I'll be ducking in from time to time.
Betty - my fingers are crossed for you too and for everybody else who needs the positive vibes as well at the moment.
Thanks everyone for your lovely lovely words (bday buddy u really do crack me up with ur larger than life posts!!) - they mean so much to me. Big big hugs to everyone!!
-
Betty - GL for the BT tomorrow. :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy:
-
Sending out the :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy: to WTH and Bettyboop - good luck ladies... I have you both in my prayers:pray:
Thanks for the feedback re: OPK's as well - luckily I have the tests which have a control line and the second line only shows up when positive so not so difficult to read. This morning there was a very, very faint line so maybe tomorrow I will get the +
So tonight we start the :bd::bd:.
I have informed DH of the plan to which he responded "all I am is :sperm: to you" ...... poor thing
Have a good night
-
Good morning girls! I'm completely fuzzy-eyed as I'm typing this, can't seem to wake up this morning, but you know I had to drag myself out of bed while everyone else is :asleep: --gotta keep up with my girls!
mollycat--Sorry I missed your post while we were both actually awake at the same time! That doesn't happen very often, so shame on me for missing out! Ok, I had a nice little chat with AF, and we are in complete agreement that she is most unwelcome next month--and the 9 months thereafter!! Problem solved! lol... p.s. I also threatened to kick her a$$ if she gets anywhere near you this month!!
AJC--Woo Hoo! 7 sleeps till your next scan!! Can't wait!
WTH--Thinking of you and praying for you that you get great BT results today! Take it easy, hun, and think positive!!! Sending lots of positive :stickyvibesgirl: :stickyvibesboy:
joey--No sleep, huh? I'd have to say if I did that, it would be the ultimate sign of a true addict! That one would definitely make the top of the Addicted list! lol...
kittens--Sending lots of positive vibes today for your u/s! Praying they find lots of big follies!! Stash this :bluedust: in your pocket for good luck!
bettyboop--:goodluck2: with your BT's today!! Can't wait to hear the good news!!
plc--Glad to see you're till lurking! Thanks for popping in with some much needed words of encouragement!! Big hugs!
Easha--Ever notice how many of our men act like martyrs? lol... Seems like they either complain they don't get it enough, or they're getting it too much! We sacrifice our bodies, and all we ask for in return are some measly little :sperm: I don't see what the problem is! lol... Good luck catching that egg!!
WHAT! No posts from Krystie!?!? Where are you my friend? You aren't bailing out on ol' "cool chick jen" are you??? Oh, I know, you're just jealous over how cool I looked in that pic, aren't you? lol... I had it rough keeping all those ****s off me yesterday! Hope things are well with you, how's the temps coming along??
-
hey all!!
I dont take temps or anything and my cycles are being wacky at the moment, so I really have no idea what's going on, but i was wondering if you can o on cd11?
-
Good morning ladies! It's hump day! :p
:pink-babydust::bluedust:
:stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy:
-
tutmae--I would say it's probably possible--last mo. I O'ed on CD13! Have you got some signs that you're about to O? :goodluck2:
Good morning smilanatu!!! Just one more day after this, then it's a 4 day weekend! :woot:
-
Happy upcoming 4th July celebrations to our US friends!! I was in Florida this time 9 years ago about to embark on a cruise ship for work so I always remember that experience at this time. Enjoy the long weekend!!
-
Kittens - Tomorrow then is now today, so I hope it goes well and look forward to hearing the good news. Stay strong
Betty Boop - Your tomorrow is now also today. Thinking of you
Is this your first cycle after MC? Sorry if I already asked.
PLC - Goin strong!! Keep up the good work! :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy:
Easha - Poor DH. Tell him he's not the only DH out there who feels this way. Tell him that he should feel lucky cause it's not just :sperm: you want, it's HIS :sperm:. May be this might comfort him some?? :dunno: Good luck with the :bd:. I have my fingers crossed for you that this is your month.
Have run out of Smilies... stay tuned for part 2
-
Jen - Good to see you're not going in sane :p I agree with your comment to Easha. My DH is the same ... too much ... not enough ... too much ... :wall:
Tutmae - If you O on CD 11, then add 14 to that (the average time before AF that you O) and that comes to ... ummm ... 25. So that would be ok. Would just be a slightly shorter cycle than normal. Probably not likely, unless your normal cycles are that length, but definately possible. You think you Oed? What symptoms did you have? But more importantly - did you :bd: around then??
Smilanatu - Hump day, hmmm ... in just one way or two??
AFM - Very excited / nervous at the moment.
CD17 - found very wetCM that morning, and EWCM in the day, then :bd: that night. Legs up the wall and bicycle riding for 5 mins to help those little swimmers to their destination. But I am serious!
CD18 - O pain (never felt it so bad, which is good, before) and a big temp drop .
CD19 - slight O pain in the morning, gone my 8am. Temp increase by 0.34 deg celcius. CD20 (today) - another temp rise, not so big 0.12 deg celcius.
No BDing since CD17, but those little guys should still be alive in there until today (if I'm an average JoBlo).
Need more smilies...
-
Would you mind having a look at my chart  (link is below). Do you think I should discount CD15 & CD17? It would look like a text book chart if I did (so long as my temps keep increasing). I overlayed my last 2 graphs, which you can see on my page also (current one is green, last one that I was UTD from is blue). I bled up to day 8 this cycle, compared to day 4 from the last cycle, due to MC I'm guessing. So do you think I could be UTD???
Still haven't told DH. Don't want to get him too excited, and then let him down if I'm not. Is the 2WW up yet????? :wall:
Going to meet up with a friend, who is TCC next month, she too has MCed several times before. :( But has had a beautiful boy and girl since. She had 2 munchkins, 1 and 3, and we are going to see Zohan at the movies. Anyone seen it?
Today is my first real day of holidays, and it feels great. The painting is finished, for now, and no more working for my bro. He asked me to work again today, but it's quite energetic (detailing, washing and vacuuming cars) and thought, with my fingers crossed, if I am UTD, I need to look after ME. So gave away the $150 for the day (I'm mad I know) and am spending the day with me (and my girlie friend)!

Also, have this awesome book, called Natural Fertitity. It's by Francesca Naish. I bought it off ebay, and it has some FANTASTIC info in it. It's quite old, but how much can some temping and CM change, right? :dunno: I am happy to scan some pages for you guys if you are interested. But can't attach it here. If you want to PM me, (I'm a bit hesitant putting my email on here as anyone and everyone can see it, and it contains my full name) I'd me happy to email it to you. It's got lunar cycles, temping, charting, CM, natural remedies for hormonal health... Was just reading it again this morning, expecting it to say in black and white, "Congratulations Joey, you're UTD!". It didn't though. Perhaps cause I wasn't born when it was published (just jokes), it didn't know my name. I'm raving aren't I!? What else am I supposed to do for the next 11 days?? :wall:
So, if you could have a look at my chart, and let me know what you think, that would be great. :D Feel free to tell me if you really think that I won't be UTD, as I need a bit of bringing back down to earth.
Thanks for keeping me sain!! :grouphug:
-
Hey joey--That would've been a very long post if not for the smilies! I think that one tops what we have on the Addicted list! Your chart looks great, I just don't know enough about charting to be able to tell whether or not I think you're UTD! Plus, it's probably too early to be able to tell yet if you just O'ed and there's still 10 days till testing. But I'm  hard that you get your BFP this month! :goodluck2:
:hello: plc! Thanks, we'll enjoy the holiday! Big, huge
-
joey you're on a roll! if you dont mind much, can you please send me your info to my email? thanks a bunch! i've also got a book called how to increase your fertility in 3 months??? something like that. it talks about stopping meat consumption altogether, eating organic foods only, not drinking cold foods as they shock the body... if you would like i can scan for you to have a read too! about your chart, im no expert, but agree with jen that its prolly too early to tell atm, and wait a few days to see a coverline to make sure you o'd? hope your temps continue to rise! & have fun on your break for us!
wth & betty & plc & ajc: some more :goodluck::stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy: for you today...
jen: i think i remember you're on facebook, can you pm me your nickname or befriend me? im using the same name as here..
easha: i hate it when blokes are like that! mine is the same, wants a bub but not trying hard enough & doesnt understand that you dont have 30 days to fall pg.. i get so angry at him when he's not willing that i say 'just do it in a cup & i'll do it myself' men! but now at least he's willing to do it every 2 days until af comes...
kittens: good luck today! be strong, we're here for you...
tutmae: if you're getting the right cm, then possibly you o'd or are going to! good luck! the human body is mind boggling.. does weird things, who knows what it can get up to...
afm: still drinking herbal stuff... getting quite a bit of creamy cm.. think it has to do with the herbs.. will be starting bding tonight just in case i o early this month!
-
Vanaithi: I know a few people who have tried the herbal route when TTC and they've found it pretty effective. But with all I've heard about the taste- you're one strong gal!
wth & betty & plc & ajc: a good healthy dose of :stickyvibesboy::stickyvibesgirl: never goes astray!!
Joey: I know very little about charting but I'm keeping my fingers firmly crossed that you're UTD! :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy:
AFM: I had EWCM today (just had a feeling I might've o'd on cd11 but I think thats just me trying to get to the dreaded 2ww that much faster). The way my cycles have been acting I have no idea when I'll o.... but EWCM is a great sign! Plus we had a new bed delivered today! It's meant to be! :hooray:
-
got my BT back was 180 now 3 days later 980
-
betty - that's great!
tutmae - have fun in your new bed!!!! :bd: he he he
Jen - yes 7 sleeps & counting. Can't wait & although I'm nervous, I just feel so pregnant & positive.
Sounds like there is alot of bd going on in here atm - good luck everyone.
-
Betty Boop - that's great news! What an amazing start
Ok girlies, have got my results. Looking a little more promising:
recap 20 dpo (day 36) HCG = 1987, P4 = 89.4 and E2 = 1513
22 dpo (today day 38) HCG - 3361, P4 = 102.7 E2 = 1621
YAY - I love pessaries. FS wants me to stay on one a night. The only thing is I did take one extra one yesterday morning (oops - I was desperate). I am assuming that would be out of my system by today and the result is realistic?
Would have liked a slightly better to day increase on the HCG (works out at 1.7x instead of 2x). Do you guys think this HCG increase is OK?
Next test Tuesday...
-
WTH - yay. Looking good & you sound more positive today too.
From what I have read (on the net) anything up to 72hrs to double is considered acceptable as results can vary so dramatically from woman to woman, especially as the pregnancy progresses. But I also read that once you have had an early u/s to confirm viable pregnancy that u/s results are more conclusive than hcg results. Have they booked you in for an early u/s yet? hmmmm - tough decision about the pessaries. If you don't have limited supply then I personally would use an extra one - what does DH say?
-
You know you're addicted when ... you're dog tired and need to go for a lie down, but you just check up on the girls to see if you missed anything while you were out
Vanaithi - I have scanned and emailed you the contents page. The book is quite big, so I'm not sure what bits you were interested in. Have a look and let me know. Also, how do you pronounce your name? Is it van-ae-th-ee? I'm not sure if I could do the organic thing. I beleive it would work though. My DH already things I'm weird for the amount of effort I'm putting in. If I don't fall soon though I will probably take you up on that. Thanks. I like the idea you have ... just put it in a cup! Ha
Tutmae - Good timing with the delivery of the new bed and the EWCM. I bet we all know what you two will be up to tonight. :bd: Fingers crossed for you!
Betty Boop - That's good right? Congratulations. Here's a few just for good medicine :stickyvibesgirl: :stickyvibesboy:
WTH - :cheer: Great news on your results!! I don't know about the 1.7x compared to the 2x. But it's going up at a rapid rate and that's great!! :stickyvibesgirl: :stickyvibesboy:
AFM - Very tired, and very tired of this 2WW - only 3 days in!!! Time for a little nap.
Take care everyone.
xx
-
Just dropping by to say :hello: everyone! I'm sorry, I've been a real slacker lately with posting, but I've been a bit unmotivated to post and also trying to keep myself busy with other things to try to take my mind off TTC. And it's actually been working, which is really good :)
Anyway, I am about to get back into it, CD8 today and off to the clinic for a scan and BT tomorrow, then probably IUI again in a few days time - I hope!
WTH - Sounds like the pessaries are doing the trick. I use them during the TWW, one in the morning and one at night. I think you'd probably be right with the BT - I think the extra one yesterday morning probably won't hurt.
Sorry for no more persies, I just wanted to stop by and let you all know I am still around. Hope everyone is doing well and :pink-babydust:
-
Ok, so I've come to the conclusion that I can never be as cool at the Jen chick... But I'm dealing with it better today so have come back to post
Easha - I hope today that you got a nice strong positive OPK!
Jen - I'm glad you had words with AF. She better listen, and if not, I got your back girl. Take her on!! My temp is being very well behaved and I even got my coverlines today. They are the "hmmm, maybe you ovulated" dotted lines, but I'm happy with any lines :D
Tutmae - Most people probably ovulate around CD14-15 I would guess, but it's definitely not unheard of to ovulate earlier. Did you BD around that time just in case?
Joey - Lol @ hump day version 2 hehehe.
I put a pillow under my bum after BDing, but I can't say I've ever pretended to ride a bike!!! But hey, whatever works yeah!?
I'd probably leave all your temps as they are, unless there was something that happened on both those days that could have affected your temp, like leaving the heating on overnight...
I'm not quite on holidays today, but I did finish work at 2pm. I wasn't exactly by choice though. There is a seminar I want to go to tonight and my work wants me to go too, but I would have had to finish an hour early and that may have left them in the lurch. So they cut my shift in half and gave half to someone else. Sounds good to have the afternoon off, except now the seminar has cost me over a hundred dollars in lost wages!
I'm 3 DPO with you!!
Oh! And a member of BellyBelly is actually sending me a copy of Natural Fertility! She has read it already and was offering it out to anyone that wanted it and I got in first hehe. Once I read it I'm going to forward it on to anyone else that wants to read it too. It'll be a "free range" book
Vanaithi - My herbs were meant to increase CM too! I think it worked when I was taking them hehe.
Betty - Congrats on the awesome hcg results!!
WTH - I'm so happy that your prog level has increased! And I think your hcg increase is perfectly fine. The last thing I read was that the average increase is for it to double every 2.5 days (rather than 2 days), but like AJC said, it must vary hugely from pregnancy to pregnancy and woman to woman. You are doing great!
Megsmum - Nice to see you here again. Wishing you all the luck with you scan, BT and IUI!!
-
Megs Mum - Welcome back. Good luck with the BDing this month
KL - Yeah, we can be 2WW buddies. I can't beleive how much you BD. Good on you. I wish I had it in me (and my DH) to BD that much. I just can't get into it. Your chart looks AWESOME. If you don't get a BFP this month I will be absolutely amazed.
I hope you had a nice relaxing afternoon. If you're going to lose money, you may as well enjoy it. I'm sure it was a well earned break. If you work half as hard as you BD, you are over due for a holiday girl!!
You will love that book. It is fantastic. One section has about 10 different charts, and tells you how to interperet them all!
AFM - Had a nice nana nap this arvo. Only half an hour though, until one of my kids from school called me. It just so happens that I teach the same grade that my DD is in, so most of her friends are students of mine. I'm taking a few of them to Movieworld next Monday to celebrate DD's birthday, so she was calling to ask about that. I actually ignored the phone the first time it rang, but when it stopped, and then started again, I figured I should get it. I should have known it was her. Private number, and calling over and over! Caller ID is great - until they have a private number!
When does the cover line come? I'm going to bed early tonight!!!
-
Joey - Trust me, by the time I ovulated both DH and I were suffering from all the bd'ing!
The annoying thing is that the first 8 times were for nothing! In hind sight I call them "practise runs" ;)
I can't wait to read the book. Everyone seems to think it's great so I have high expectations.
And I've very jealous that you get to go to Movieworld whenever you want (I got bruises on my arms from the speed of the Superman ride, but it was so darn good!!!)! You lucky-duck being so close to all the theme parks. I would looooooooove to live close to seaworld and get a yearly pass. I would go there every afternoon just to watch the dolphins. I did my bacherlor of science so that I could work with dolphins, but no luck so far!!
We were meant to be getting a big safari-themed theme park down here but it looks like it's probably not going to go ahead :(
-
Just got out the annual passes and noticed that they expire on sunday, and we want to go on Monday. I have emailed them to see if they will extend it for one day. So we'll have to wait and see.
That would be awesome to work with dolphins. They are beautiful. Ok, so you can get a job at Seaworld, and move to Brisbane!!
I haven't been on the Superman ride yet. I have only been there once since it opened and I had DD with me, and she wasn't tall enough to go on it. I won't go on it this time either. I am being over paranoid with everything I do, just in case I am UTD!!
Here's a list of crazy things I'm doing: :wall:
* No baths AT ALL - possibility for infection if water gets 'up there' (oh I miss my hot baths!!)
* No chocolate (or anything that contains caffeine - One day I'll learn how to spell that word!)
* No swimming pools - for the same reason as number one (I really don't think there's any harm, but as I said - I'm paranoid)
* No strenuous exercise, power walking is as tough as it gets
* Playing with my bbs on a regular basis, just incase they start to feel sore!!
Insanity at it's best!
