My 'Zen' is slowly slipping away!
WTH - So sorry hun  Wish there was something more I could say.
Jen - Sorry you are feeling down today but I think we all need days to feel sad, frustrated, angry, cheated (I could go on!). You are always so positive and lifting everyone else's spirits, I'm glad you have taken time out for yourself.I hope having a cry made you feel better
firstbub - :hello: Nice to meet you, although I wish it could be on the PAML thread. Hopefully one day soon..Best of luck on your journey.
Theresa - My DH gets crabby sometimes and tells me not to talk about it all the time (he thinks we might jinx it!). He is the most wonderful, supportive husband but guys have a different way of dealing with things. I think they are much better at not obsessing about it!
AJC - I was debating on whether to have the lap op in Feb (was going to wait a little longer) but after reading your posts I want to have it as soon as possible. I may not have endo but I want some answers!
Lisa - Enjoy your days off, it is so nice just to potter around home sometimes. :)
babymiracles - Wishing you all the luck in the world for your egg collection. :crossfingers:
Mannie - So glad you have some answers. April is not that far away (although it probably feel like forever to you!) and hopefully you will fall pg straight away. :)
erybery - Best of luck with the Clomid!
Kezzabird - Yah for your scan! :happyforyou:
Hi to Hannah, Ruthie, toccara, smi, issy, indy, fifi, krystielove and anyone else I have missed.
AFM - Well, as I said I think my 'zen' is slowly slipping away. AF arrived today, at least she isn't late. I guess that is something. I haven't had any pain yet either which is strange for me, usually I have quite painful periods. I'm sure it will come! I am so angry and frustrated. I haven't been too upset as I knew it was coming but as I write this the tears are welling up. Damn it! It's not fair. I just don't know what we are doing wrong. I feel bad for feeling like this as I know there are a lot of couples who have been TTC a lot longer than us. I am just finding it very frustrating as we know we can fall pg but it has now been 14 months since the m/c and nothing has happened. Surely we haven't missed every single month???
I honestly thought if I stopped taking my temp and tried to not stress so much about it it would happen. It's impossible though, I am obsessed and I can't help it.
I read my stars for 2009 (not that I take them as gospel or anything) but the first line was about this year being the year to welcome new babies into your home. I so hope it is right. It also said I was going to have a family responsibility that was financially restricting and time consuming!
DH and a big talk last night (as I thought AF was coming) and have decided on the next course of action. Anyway back to the FS next Thursday and I am going to ask for the lap op to be arranged. Hopefully for Feb, it will have to be just after my period to make sure I am not pg. If endo is found then we will deal with that and keep TTC for a few more months. If nothing is found and everything seems all ok with the both of us then we are going to see if we can start IVF in April. We go away a few times in March so it wouldn't really work. Going to Melbourne in 3 weeks for a wedding so I guess that gives us something to look forward to (I was so hoping I would have a wonderful excuse as to why I couldn't drink).
Why is this journey so hard for us when we would all make wonderful parents???
BFN & Mom had a bad Mammogram result. :(
Rach & Shortcake::welcome: I'm so sorry for the loss of your little ones. My heart goes out to you. We all know that kind of pain and I want to let you know you are among loving and caring AMAZING women ♥
To all my girlies: Thank you for thinking of me.... I POASed today with 3 HPTs I even put my hubby to see and the ALL were snow white BFNs.:crying: I'm sad.. but I know it's best. Maybe in the summer.
I spoke to my Mom ... she had surgery on one of her breasts a few years ago to remove a "lump"..which THANK GOD it was not harmful.( the doc said that since she never had kids.. (I'm adopted) she never breastfed and her milk glands became calcified (with calcium accumulations from old milk of an unsuccessful pregnancy she once had followed by a hysterectomy) She went for her regular checkup and the mammogram came out with "something" again...we are SCARED outta our wits... I hope it's the same thing as the last time.. but regardless she will need surgery again on that breast and it's scary. She is in Dominican Republic and right now I have no way of flying down there to be with her. All I can do is pray and talk to her on the phone. :(
Right now I don't even want to be upset about the BFN... I'm upset about my mom and I'm just praying it is harmless. She will need surgery. But what I pray for is that it's NOT CANCER!!!!!!!!!:crying:
I wish you all met her she is amazing... My biological mom just gave birth to me.. I was placed in my mothers arms minutes after birth.. SHE is AMAZING and I'm ever so grateful that of all women it was HER the one to be my mother!!!! Please pray for my mother. I love her so much and it will KILL me if anything happens to her. She gave me her all and someone once told me... Anyone can have children.. but NOT everyone is a MOTHER!!! she is on of those... .. I'm crying right now. I'm so sorry.
Please.. Please pray for my mom. :(
If you want to see who this amazing woman is.. ( I don't know how to post pics here I can e-mail you her pic) here is my e-mail if you want so I can reply with a pic of her.. :(
