Hello ladies
Just a quick catch up to let you know how i am.
I have been having dizzy spells again but feeling very nauseous all day. I don''t think it is an ectopic as i believe i would know by now and there is differnately no signs. I am now 7 weeks and 1 day according to my calculations and this is the furthest we have ever gotten together. I am feeling like this one will be ok. we are having an u/s in a couple of weeks to figure out correct dates. Am feeling nervous about that but trying not to worry just yet.
I am keeping my fingers crossed for everyone here and am thinking of you all always

tempus--No AF yet! :crossfingers: she stays away! Thanks for info on baby aspirin!
Trac--7 weeks--:woot: Congrats! Glad things are progressing so nicely! Good luck with your u/s!
-
Thanks for the welcomes Jen, Magda, AJC and TM :)
AJC - I see you are in Newcastle too ;)
Magda - I can totally understand why you are worried, I would be too! But remember u/s is not always super accurate and your bub is so little it would be quite easy for the u/s to be a few days out either way. Good luck for your blood test!
Sorry for no more personals, I'm still finding my way back into here :) but hi to everyone else.
As for me, nothing much happening here, just waiting until Wednesday for my CD21 prog test to be done (on day 18 LOL) - fingers crossed it will be all OK.
Bye for now!
-
Morning everyone! Still no AF (so far)..... Stay away you old hag!

afm, temp rise this morning made me happy mainly cos I haven't temp'd that hi before but fully aware that it is just as likely to take a dive tomorrow....
-
I'm curious about something, if I were to have conceived on either the 12th or the 14th, when should I be able to test? Is it the same as DPO? Like, if I conceived on the 12th, would I be 15 DPO right now? Does that question make sense? Or likewise if I conceived on 14th, would that make me 13 DPO? Sorry, I'm just so confused, still pretty new to all this.
Hope everyone's having a happy Sunday (US pals) or happy Monday (Aussie mates)
-
plc - hope that temp stays nice and high and af stays away!!!
jen - hope af stays away for you too.
:bluedust::pink-babydust: for you both
Trac - thanks for popping in and I'm glad to hear you are doing well. :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy:
:pink-babydust::bluedust: and :hug: for everyone.
Sooo hard to get motivated after a long weekend. cd12 today - I feel like this cycle is going really quickly so that is good. I think because I'm feeling a little more relaxed?! Last month I had the whole cycle mapped out as soon as af arrived, ok clomid these days, bd these days and bt these days - blah blah blah.
-
Magda, what you described has happened to me but for me there was no happy ending.
But this is you, so don't lose hope yet. Everyone has different experiences. A bad result for one does not mean the same for someone else.
Thinking of you,
Hugs,
Debbie

Hi ladies,
Hope everyone has had a great day.
Trac: Gl with your pregnancy. I had 2 etopic pregnancies before and I don't recall feeling dizzy, but with the first one I did feel as though something inside was swinging as I walked I realized after the fact what that was. If you feel anything like that get to the dr imediately, that etopic erupted. I don't mean to worry you but it is one of those things that is best to catch in time.
Jen805: Thank you for your encouragement. I checked out the site you mentioned and found another site that talks about misdiagnoised mc. I found a lot of stories of women that have gone through what I am going through and everything turned out ok. It is nice to read these stories right now. It keeps me from stressing out, which whatever is going to happen is what will be. I am hoping that it works out, if it doesn't I'll try again.
Angel Babies 3, Thank you. I am sorry that you had to go through this. Did you mc naturally or get a d&c. How long after you knew.
I want to thank all the other ladies, I have to go to the bathroom I feel as though something is leaking.
-
Oh, Magda, I'm  for you! I'm glad to see you're keeping your mind occupied during this stressful time, and I'm SOOOO glad that there's some positive stories that are giving you some much needed hope! Don't forget we're all here for you!
-
Hi ladies,
WOW, I cant keep up with everyones posts between here and the TWW ...
So....hello to EVERYONE :D Hope you are all doing ok and trying to stay positive. Im  for BFP's for all...spread em' around I say!!!
Have a great day everyone,
Issy
-
Morning ladies! I had a fabolous weekend w/my sweetie...we hope to repeat it next weekdend sice that will be big "O" time. AF was her usaul short and sweet self...although I wish the witch would stay aay for about 9 months LOL!!!
jen...boo witch boo!!! :crossfingers: for you...
tempus and issy...I was upset about AF at first but ...it's almost TWW again!
Sorry I'm short on personals but it's Monday and my desk is full!
-
smilanatu--Was wondering why I hadn't heard from you in a while! Glad to hear all is well, and you had such a great weekend! Have fun next weekend--make sure you get LOTS of :bd: then! Can't believe it's almost TWW for you again, and I haven't even LEFT yet! :wtf:
I think I may pick up another HPT today--this is just ridiculous and going on for too long. Even if it's still a BFN at least I would know for sure that I'm out for this month. It's hard enough having to wait during the TWW, but to go beyond that is just completely insane!
Hope everyone state-side has a happy Monday--I hate Mondays! All my Aussie friends are lucky they've already had theirs! Hope you all have sweet dreams and a happy Tue!
-
Morning ladies. For those of who in the TWW thread, sorry this will be a repeat for you. POAS= :bfn: I'm not :cheer: but I'm ok with it. I just had a feeling after the last test came back neg. that it didn't happen for me this month. Actually once my chart changed I just kinda knew... Now I need all the  I can get that AF will get here before FF says she will--which isn't until May 19th! Does anyone have any idea how I can be fertile again before it shows AF coming? Just doesn't seem possible. Anyhow, I'm sure she'll show by then. I've had mild crampiness for the last several days off and on. So lets get this over with Flo!
Have to make DF a sandwich before I leave for work at the school. I'm very lucky I only live 4 houses away from the school! I always feel bad for grumbling about having to go to work when it's only for 1 1/2 hrs, but since school will be out in just about a month, the kids are starting to try to get away with a little more than usual. I'll check back in later on...
-
Oh jen - I'm so sorry honey!!! Do you think you should see someone about no AF? Or is it too early yet?
bday buddy - 19 sleeps to go !!!!
-
Thanks plc, but it's really ok. I think I'm just going to wait it out, it has to just be that my cycle's not quite back to normal. I'm more annoyed at my chart than I am about my BFN!
Hope things are well with you!
-
19Days
Birthday Buddy.... You dont have to remind me :crying: I m telling you... I feel OLD this time.... Whaaaaaaaaa
Nickster.... keep it going girlfriend..... I check in all the time to see. :excited:

Magda - I started having dark brown discharge when I was 7 weeks. Had an U/S done and they could see the sac but no heartbeat. They said it looked like I was only 5-6 weeks so they wanted to leave things as they thought my dates may just have been out. I knew my dates weren't wrong and just knew the worse was going to happen. I guess because I had had a previous loss (S/B twins at 30 wks) I just was optimistic any more. I had another U/S in 2 weeks and it had grown but still no heartbeat. I spoke to my OB about what options there were. He said D&C (which I didn't fancy - don't like generals), pessaries to bring on the M/C or just wait and see. I chose to wait and see. Light bleeding started and went on for a week. The morning I was due for my next U/S the bleeding was really heavy and filled pads even though I was sitting down. I started to decrease by the time I went to the hospital. I just knew that my baby was now gone and things would be over. The bleeding had stopped by the time I went in for my U/S and sure enough, nothing left. All clear and no need for anything further. For me letting the M/C take it's course was the right thing to do but everyone is different. And of course, if things hadn't have gone so smoothly I may have needed medical intervention.
But this was me. Everyone is different.
By the way. One cycle later I was pregnant with my DD no.1 and that pregnancy was smooth sailing (even though I was a nervous wreck half of the time).
Good luck and big hugs,
Debbie
-
Hi, still just 2wwing. Ugh. Although my boobs hurt for the first time in months.
AngelBabies: hey girl! Long time no see. Hope everythings going well with you.
Magda: let us know how you're doing, okay?
-
Girls - I don't know how to tell you this and I am shaking as I write but I am very weak and couldn't help POASing this morning even tho I said I was going to wait til Sat when AF is due. Anyway, I got a bfp - and it wasn't even FMU. I am only 12dpo so I guess I just need to wait til Sat to POAS again and then see how I go from there - day by day. I am very very nervous but totally aware that I could m/c early and even if I don't, my past m/cs have left me with a lot of issues about seeing u/s's with no heartbeat present. If all goes well and I get to see a heartbeat, I will truly feel this one's for real. I can't believe I am actually giving you all this news, I knew I felt strange and just had to know if it was in my head. Whatever happens, I am not robbing myself of the joy of receiving a bfp ...... finally! U all r the only ones who know besides my DH (not telling anyone else for the longest time) and I'm getting teary just thinking of how much you all mean to me and how grateful I am of ur support and strength. From the bottom of my heart - thankyou.:grouphug:
-
:cheer: Congrats!! :hooray: Sending you tons of :stickyvibesgirl: :stickyvibesboy: I'm SO happy for you!! Just relax and enjoy every minute of it!!! :happyforyou:

PLC1805~Congrats-how very exciting! Yeah I love hearing about BFP's-it gives me hope!!!
Tempus~I hope your sore bb's are a good early sign!!!!
AFM~BD Saturday afternoon and again Sunday morning and one more time tonight just to be sure! I have soreness on my right ovary which is where my doctor thought I would O from so I guess that is good. I never got a +OPK though so not sure what's up with that! Oh well, we BD anyway and hope for the best! I guess I am in the TWW but feeling more relaxed this month...I just keep reminding myself to let go and focus on things I CAN control!
BFP's and Sticky Baby Dust to all!
MMTeacher

Thanks mollycat - just saw ur post. If it's ok, I'll camp here for a while - not ready for PAML - don't feel like I belong there just yet. I hope I am allowed to get to the fatt-er stage - that would be such a blessing :).
-
Of Course you can stay around a while - we'd miss you if you left too soon. And you will definately get really really FAT (just around the middle)
-

:happyforyou:congrats plc! I too am so happy for you, and like mmteacher said it definitely helps to give the rest of us hope! take it one day at a time ...And absolutely make sure you don't head out of here to go to paml until you are ready... i'm sure for me next time around i won't be ready to move over there until 37 weeks (lol)
jen - sorry about the cycle weirdness you are experiencing and i'm sure it would be great to know one way or the other but no af witch is good news. Last month's chart stressed me too. I continue to have everything crossed for you
smilinatu - good luck for catching the eggie next weekend!
Emmylou - hey cycle buddy! o time is looming for us ... can't decide whether this cycle is going fast or slow?
AFM - trying to figure out when actual o day will be for me. Was thinking it would be wed/thu this week but pretty sure I had ewcm yesterday (how exciting!) so "attacked" poor dh last night just in case!! Have given him the night off tonight but we will be bd'ing a few more times this week... mustn't let the eggie get away!!
Ladies, think we could be on a roll with plc's fabulous news so here's lots more :bluedust::pink-babydust::stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy: and lots of positive thoughts

-
Hi jen!!! Keep your chin up you are close to a :bfp: I'm sure of it!
-
Thanks, hun, but pretty sure it won't be this month. Last we BD'd was on the 14th, so I'm sure I would've gotten a + by now if it were going to be this month. But it's ok, I'm hanging in there! DF is going to have to work much harder this next month! Hope you have fun making babies this weekend! :goodluck2:

A confession...
Hi Everyone!
I have been away at a conference for the last week and have missed you all! There was heaps to catch up with today. So, first I'd like to say..
....WAHEY!! Plc- good on you girl!:happyforyou::excited::hooray: You must be so pleased. I'd like to send some sticky vibes too, but they dont look like they are working today.
Also Barbara- CONGRATS! I realise why you have announced your BFP quietly, but I hope that you wont mind a cheer::cheer:
Susannah- :welcome: Nice to meet you. Thank you for sharing your story, I was sorry to hear of the hear times that you and your family have been through. It sounds as though things have started to look a bit brighter, so best of luck for your TTC journey.
Jen- How infuriating, sorry about the BFNs. I really hope that you have simply tested too early- have you used that other HPT yet?
Magda- How are you doing, hun? I really hope that you are OK and will be thinking of you. I hope that we can be supportive through whatever you are going through.
To everyone who has had an unwanted visit from nasty old AF (Smilinatu, Jodsan, MelA) - GL for next cycle
AFM- I'm afraid that I have been REALLY naughty whilst away at conference. It was totally exhausting, but a great week that was both inspiring work- wise and fun socially. I have to confess that I have been eating all sorts of unhealthy rubbish, drinking far too much coffee (in an effort to stay awake), drinking wine every night, going to bed late and not exercising.
There. Now I feel as though I have admitted my sins, it is a weight off my shoulders. I have my wrist out for slapping and will gladly receive my punnishment. I am, of course, back on track now and will be looking after myself. I have the week off work and will make sure that I go to the gym daily, eat healthy, homecooked meals, and stay away from coffe and alcohol. I have even booked a facial for tomorrow- can't wait!
Although I am technically in the 2ww, I was away from DH on my fertile days, so a BFP is kinda unlikey, and rather undeserved, given my recent over-indulgent week.
Hi to everyone who I havent mentioned- there is still so much to say, but I have to go now!
Baby dust to all.
-
Hi canary...sounds like you've had a great time being naughty!
-
Hi Smilinatu, Yep- I sure have! Time to be good now, though!;)
