-
Aww, Toccara... I'm so glad you went, and are feeling better about things! I was worried you were going to think I was a nag! But now I feel so much better about it, too!! Yay for sore bb's!! :woot: Love ya back!
Thanks, mollycat! If only I were really that cute!
Rachel--Maybe they're just saying they can't see the lines because they're jealous! Sure looked like 2 lines to me! Good luck with your urine tests tomorrow, I'm keeping my :crossfingers: for your BFP!
Hey chappas!! How's it going with you?
Nuffer Nuff--I waiting to see what you think of my avi!!! :excited: I would SO wear that shirt! lol... *kiss* Love ya girl!
-
Thanks molly I can't wait to get a little belly !!!
Jen that's what I needed somebody to yell at me and tell me to see a doctor ... lol
Rachel I can see your second line don't stess over what those people said ...
-
WOW!! Had a lot to catch up on.. Tocarra: I'm glad things turned out ok.. I have a complete week I can't sleep well.. My lower back has been KILLER last night and a few nights ago.. I fear m/c.. but I'm not bleeding, I have all my symptoms intact.. like you described about BBS being sore one day and not so sore the next??.. I have that a lot... even before my last u/s...and bub was ok. I am a bit concerned that I bought a HPT to calm my anxiety as like you I am worried about m/c with every small ache or pan.. so I tested last night and in the AM today and the BFP was dark but lighter than my BFP from 8/12.. I really don't know what to think... but I have to wait till I'm 12 weeks to see my baby again. The anxiety is killing me and like you I am worries stiff about this happening again. Be strong.. think positive... I am trying to do the same.
I am praying for you and your bub to make niece and healthy till your due date!
You know you have friends here and right now I'm in the same boat as you... if I'm in doubt I will rush to ER to have an u/s done.. so far my lower back pains are in and out.. and I feel very pregnant still.
I'm hoping all is well with you and I will be praying for you. I hope times flies so you can have you u/s done. BTW.. when will you see your bub???
 to you and lets be positive together.. I'm sure we will both have healthy babies!!!
Good luck and sending you my very best wishes!!
Ruthie

Rachel - although the line is feint I can see it VERY clearly so not sure what the other forum people are on about?!?! This is your moment - enjoy every minute of it because once you hit 12 weeks the time just flies. I'm 19 weeks today and DH felt out bub moving for the first time last night - that will be YOU before you know it!!!! Sending you all the hugs and sticky vibes in the world.
Toccara - sending you loads of sticky vibes too. You too will have your little belly before you know it!!!
Ruthie - the end of the first tri is so close now. My symptoms used to come and go all the time. Actually the symptoms for this pg were not as strong as my second pg which resulted in m/c and an angel baby. Look at it this way - your body must be in such a good healthy condition that you are handling things so well you are not getting many symptoms (not saying symptoms are a bad sign I'm just saying lack of symptoms isn't a bad sign either).
-
I will try not to worry so much but its so hard I'm praying hard this pg will go to term ...
-
Hi Girls
I am a bit of a lurker on this thread since my m/c in May. I have trouble keeping up with you sometimes :D
Toccara : I am glad that you went into the er to get checked out, I hope it helped put your mind at ease. I wish you a H&H pregnancy, all the best.
RachelSwirl: I can definetely see your BFP. wOOHoo!!! Congratulations!! All the best with the next lot of tests. And you can always do what I did and test twice a day for about 4 days and watch the line darken up  . I have tested more times this pregnancy than I have combined with my other pregnancies. And the loo trips are becoming impossible, I don't remember having to go so much in the first trimester with my other children! So def no what you mean.
I hope I get to know everyone better as time goes on. I wish you all the best on the TTC rollercoaster.
Cheers
Ley
-
Toccara: I agree with Leyza ( BTW :hello: Leyza, nice to meet you ).... We are all here rooting for you and  your pregnancy is a healthy one... in no time you will have that healthy baby in your arms!! We will be mommies around the same time.. I'm just like you and I can totally relate to how you feel.. it is my greatest fear.. but I am praying that all will be just fine. Let's enjoy our pregnancies.. get ready for em aches and pains.. I 've been feeling em since my BFP.. and now they are still here but less intense. You & bub are in my thoughts and prayers.. of course wishing you the happiest and Healthiest of pregnancies. Let's sit back, relax and enjoy our miracles, I can feel it in my bones we are both going to be just FINE!!!!!!
Can't wait for your 1st u/s so you can see your bubs heartbeat and ease your mind!!!:bellyrubs: for you!! :goodluck2:
What are you hoping for??? I'm crossing my fingers for a little girl this time around.. but you know that a little boy will be equally a blessing.
you have a friend here,
Ruthie

Toccara Rachel- A big congratulations...sending lots of :stickyvibesboy::stickyvibesboy:
Had a lot of morning sickness and feel crap pretty much all day! People keep saying it's a good sign and I guess it is, just feel like sh_t and can't seem to get of my lounge::cryinglaugh:
Keep having dreams that I'm bleeding and wake up in a panic, but so far so good!
-

KrysieLove, Angelbabies, Mollycat, Joey, Smilantu. Hiya :grouphug:
Ruthie so glad your PG is swimming along so nicely. Can't believe you are already 9.5 weeks! :)
Larz - enjoy your MS - seriously!
PLC - Nice to see you still dropping in and doing so well!
Jade and Tam a belated welcome. You will find great support on here.
Jen Hello Sista. I am still around. Went away with DH and DD for the weekend. DH has been working more than usual so I kidnapped him and took him far away so he could not be tempted to go in! Just passing time until we can TTC!
Jenushka I PMed you again last week. Sorry you are going through this and hope I can help. How you holding up, hon?
AFM AF arrived (after 36 days after D&C) last week. Had US this morning. Everything normal but the operator commented my lining was rather thin at 1.8mm. I am on Day 5 and still have medium flow (sorry TMI). Hoping it does not get any thinner if I am still having AF!
Question for all you you smart, sharp ladies: I know the uterine lining needs to be around 7mm or higher around O to assist with implantation, but what would it normally be now on CD 5? I O on about Cycle Day 15.
-
Quick Question if I may
sorry to barge into your thread, Im not that regular on your forum, but having gone through a miscarriage thought you girls might be able to help.
I suffered my miscarriage at approx 6 weeks, and I spotted up until the end of the 8th week, my hcg levels were low but kept rising slowly so thats what made doctors think I was going to m/c anyway I held out hope that all would be fine but last week u/s revealed no sac and no yolk so the fear was ectopic. However I believe I passed the sac last tuesday before u/s as I had started bleeding fairly regularly as of last monday, I kept on bleeding all week and then over the weekend it was worse, real heavy flow with large clots largest I have seen ever! (boy I sound like a 15 year old! sorry) anyway, I did have period pain a bit more painful then normal but was ok, not so bad that I had to go to ER. Anyway today I left work early as I was very lethargic and still bleeding fairly heavily pain comes and goes. Liquid iron is not working for me unfortuantley, so am sticking to taking the Bcomplex vitamins which seem to help with energy levels.
Can I ask is this the final stage of mc? does anyone know how long you will bleed for?
Ruthie - my bub wouldve been the same age as yours!!! God Bless you and I'll be thinking of you! Aries is such a great star sign if I do say so myself and your bub will def have a fiery personality and a natural born leader!
I just want life to get back to normal so we can start TTC though thats a scary thought at the moment as I don't want to have to go through this again, but its no guarantee.
-
Mannie - Welcome and sorry to hear about your loss. I had an ectopic that ruptured and the sac was actually forced from my tube and into the uterus when it ruptured. It took me 3 days of light bleeding, then 4 days of no bleeding, than a week of heavy bleeding to pass the sac. Bleeding stopped a couple of days after that. I think every body is different and recovery times vary. I wish you all the best and you are in my
p.s - My sister loves in Cairns, miss her a lot. Enjoy the warmer weather:hug:
-
Mannie - welcome, sorry for your loss. You'll find the women in this thread will offer you great comfort, encouragement and support.
Have you had an u/s to find out if you have passed everything. The last thing you want is an infection. It may be worthwhile asking your doctor for the u/s. I m/c at 8w and bled for about a week after. I also spotted for four days before the m/c and m/c naturally (this is not needing a d & c). I went to the local emergency dept and had multiple u/s during my m/c. The hospital sent me for an u/s before they would allow me to come home just to make sure that nothing was left.
Everyone is different so not sure how long you will bleed for or when AF will arrive for you.
Take the time to grieve for your lost little one, again how long it takes for everyone is different and you will go through many emotions and have up and down days.
-
Mannie2903...... Hun... firstly... I am soooooo sorry for you loss.... UNFORTUNATELY everyone in here knows far to well where you are at.
Having said that each Miscarriage is different medically. A lot of wonderful women in here had D&C s and then there are some of us who passed or Angels "naturally" and i use that term very loosly because there is nothing natural about losing one of your babies.
For me, my twins were a tad older so it was a little more intense than what i get the impression of in your description..... however very similar at the same time. My HCG levels stopped their dramatic increases and I held on hope until New Years eve when My first little angel appeared and then New years Day when my second little angel appeared. I m sorry to say but at 6 weeks it would probably have appeared to you to be an oversized clot. I m going to appologize in advance for to much information for some people...... but at 6 weeks, which is 4 weeks from conception.... bubs has started but his/her shape isnt pronounced and if lost can look like an oversized blood clot. My little angels were a little more defined in their appearance so it was easier to recognise them. and i certainly use the word 'easy' very loosly. Becasue it was anything but.
My suggestion to you would be to maybe got to your local hospital. I went into mine after my loss and they checked to confirm that the miscarriage was complete. Having said that I know of plenty of women who didnt go to hospital. My reasoning was that i wanted to know that my body had done everything it was meant to do and had not left residual "whatever" around which could interver with further TTC.
I know as your sitting there this is probably such a hard thing to read but at the same time you are desperate for some clarification of what to do and what is happening. Every Dr will tell you to wait until you finish this bleed and then have a another period before you TTC again. They have good reasonings for that.... I didnt wait.... nor did many othe ladies. It seems that the easiest way to deal with the loss is to to TTC again which you then end up in a major rush trying to conceive before your little angels expected delivery date.
One thing hun....... once you have dealt with direction and having to know whats next...... take the time to greive... take the time to mourn... dont try and fit in with everyone elses schedule... be true to yourself and your emotional needs...... and remember hun.... we are all here... we have all been through it.. and we all help each other through it..... the fog will lift soon hun.....time is the only healer....so one day at a time... one breath at a time...:comfort:
-
Thanks ladies, I think I have passed the sac finally, the stenographer did say he saw a fuzzy form a sac at my first u/s and said that I'll probably m/c naturally but its taken so long! 4 weeks of light and heavy spotting and a couple of u/s later and they still couldn't help me at the hospital. Anyway am making an appointment to see a OB for a full check up. Im sure he'll give me some straight answers!
Larz - Cairns is beautiful right now, its 29 degrees and no humidity as yet, would luv to throw myself in our pool but unfortuantley am bleeding right now! HA! I miss Sydney as my mum and my sisters are there and thats where we are originally from, so am missing them heaps especially at a time like this...now Im blubbering sorry its all the hormones regulating themselves.....
thanks again hope to chat with you soon especially when we start trying again....
ciao ciao
-
I appreciate everything you have said Angel Babies and the more information I have the better nothing is too graphic for me, so as you said Ithink I have passed the sac finally.
Will not start TTC again until I get the all clear from the OB.
-
Mannie - I know exactly how you feel, I cried for weeks and went through a stage where I didn't want to talk to any body. I'm really close to my sister but she moved to carins from sydney 5 years ago and has since had a little girl. So miss her and my beautiful little niece so much. Sis owns a furniture/accessories shop in cairns, so no plans to move back to Sydney
-

OMG, busy thread lately! Love it! Ok, let's get started:
Ruthie, AJC, fifi & larz--:stickyvibesgirl: :stickyvibesboy:
fifi & larz, sorry to hear about all the m/s! At least it's for a good cause!!
Leyza--I remember you from when you posted before.... congrats on your BFP! :stickyvibesgirl: for you, too!
WTH--Wish I could help you on the uterine lining question, but I really have no idea! Sorry! :dunno: Hope you enjoyed your time away with your family--good for you for stealing DH away--sometimes that's just what you have to do!
mollycat--Is that an implantation dip I see? I'm saying major  for you!!!
mannie--Welcome, hon, you're not barging in! Thanks for joining us. I'm so sorry to read of your loss! After my m/c (without D&C) I bled for a week, then had my shortest cycle ever at 25 days.... it's progressively gotten normal, back to 28/29 days.... just takes time and is different for everyone. I was told to wait 2 cycles to begin TTC, but didn't listen and began right away.... still trying! You'll know when you're ready to begin again... for me, I felt I had to become pg right away to get over my loss, but again, everyone's different, and you'll know when it's right for you! You're in my thoughts and prayers! Feel free to find a comfy spot among us--we'll all do what we can to support you!
-
plc--Thanks, I think she's quite cute, myself! Aww, cute little :babygirl: in your sig!! How's she doing? Giving lots of kicks yet? Always so good to see your posts--you should lurk more often!!
chappas & jade--As weird as this sounds, I'm sending you both mega AF vibes!!! C'mon Flo, lets get this show on the road!! Chop chop!
Nuff--Your new curfew SUX!!!!! Krystie asked that I pass on her extreme disappointment in your tardiness... but I'm here to pass on my extreme disappointment in your new curfew!! Then I read you stay up late for football???? Since when is football more important than a chat with me and Pill Girl??? (WTF???) And sleep? Who needs it? You can sleep when you're dead! It was actually quite busy in there this am, so you're lucky--you're off the hook, and I wasn't sitting there all by my lonesome... even Tocarra joined us! Sure did miss you, tho! :(
Thanks about my avi! I love her! *kiss*
:hello: treelo! Always good to see you pop in! Hope things are well with you! How's those cute little DS's of yours doing? Did you ever see that I finally got some pics in the gallery? About time, huh? lol...
smi--So are you recuperating from your niece today? Hope you enjoyed your time with her! Enjoy your Monday off! Woo Hoo!
Toccara--Glad you joined us for a chat this am! Continuing to send you lots of :stickyvibesgirl: :stickyvibesboy: Good luck at tomorrow's OB appt!!
-
Krystie--The travel agent I told you about, Fred, works for Superior Cruise and Travel... e-mail is fred@superiorcruiseandtravel.com, but he's out of town until Sept. 6 (grr!) Maybe you can get in touch with someone else there, tho... and you can tell them that Fred was going to get you the best deal in the industry! Oh, I hope, I hope! :crossfingers:
Can you believe Angel gave herself a new curfew?? Talk about being late for a very important date!! But I passed on our disappointment like you asked... Hopefully she'll throw that new curfew out the window!
-
WTH: Thank you momma!! yeah I can't believe I'm 2 days away from being 10 weeks!! in 2 more weeks I get to see bub again.. I had a nightmare last night.. had me wake up in tears.. It was a strange one though.. ok.. I had like this "device" that let me see into my womb ( DARN wish I had that device in real life!! LOL) anywho... I looked into my womb and saw my bub and the little heart wasn't moving.. the baby was dead.. I woke up in tears and crying.. I guess since it's my worst fear it lingers in my head and I ended up dreaming of it??.. I hate those kinda dreams.. When Erick was newborn ( remember he was a preemie) I dreamed he was so small and cold I put him inside two loaves of bread to make him warm and I ate him without knowing,... I also woke up in a sweat and tears.. **sssiiiiiigghhh*** Stupid DREAMS!!!!
Thank you so much momma!! Love you loads and Sending you my very best wishes!!
Mannie: I'm so very sorry for you r loss.. Geez When I m/c my last baby I actually bled so much just like you and on my pad I saw my beautiful bub.. it was intact .. the sac and all.. the thought of it gives me shivers. It's so painful to remember the baby looked so perfect.. I read that most m/c happen cuz the fetus was not developing well.. for what I saw that bub looked perfect. :(
I did take liquid Iron cuz my bleeding was so heavy I had anemia.. do take care of yourself. Since I was 6 weeks just like you the doc told me to rest one cycle and TTC again... but unfortunately I have infertility to top it off ( anovulation) so it has been 2 years since... and I conceived this bub on fertility meds.. I have 2 years I don;t ovulate at all.. being that I only have had like 6 periods total in the last 2 years.:(
Sending you my best wishes and am  you conceive in no time again momma. Pleased to meet you and thank yo for your kind words,.. you sure have a friend in me!!
Good luck to you hun.. I hope you have your miracle ASAP!!♥
Treelo: Thank you for your well wishes...if you've been here before Welcome again and I am pleased to meet you. Sending you hugs and my best wishes! ♥
Toccara: I'm glad you and bub are doing ok!! When you get your 1st u/s??? for you and your beautiful miracle!! Good luck!!

Rachel...WHOO HOO!!! BTW I don't think your partying will have much affect on bub...my doc told me not to worry because until bub has implanted and you start "sharing" via the umbilical cord you should be fine. CELEBRATE!!!
WTH...hey hun  how the heck are you?
jen...HOT avatar...I'm soooo jealous! Niecey was MUCH fun and I'm pooped!
Welcome newbies...so sorry for your losses. You've come to the right spot though these gurlies are simply the best!
Welp...did everyone have a Happy Crappy Monday? Tomorrow will be our 2nd Monday of the week...LOL...I get to go in to a desk piled high I'm sure...wish me luck.
Lee's on his way back from out of town...Lord give me strength...it sure isn't as easy as I thought...ya know we both agreed on this and we're both having a hard time...I think it's the living arrangement, we messed up and bought a home together 2 years ago...so we're sharing until we can sell or agree...problem is neither of us want to leave it...
