Ferrals, sweetheart I hope you are ok, I got a false positive last month 9 days after my Pregnyl trigger shot to get rid of those 5 eggies I had for the cancelled FET. I thaught the pregnyl was out of my system, had my hopes up then squashed....again.
So I know exactly how you feel, I'm sure many of us do. Unfortunately.
I agree with not POAS again until AF is late, but I know you too well, well I know myself anyway and you are very similar to me (ie hiding in the closet with a packet of hidden pee sticks ;) )
Darling, in all seriousness, I hope you are ok, I know it is easy for me to say 'focus on the kittie cats and other things', but I now how consuming this can get. Atleast try get some sleep tonight, and focus on tomorrow morning, see how strong willed you can be by not peeing on another evil stick.
I run to the loo, pee as quick as I can, then woops, too late to test now, will have to do it another day XXXXX
Take good care my love, and be easy on yourself hun X
Crafty, happy belated birthday sweetpie!!!! Sorry didn't give you blessings earlier, I have been a little stressed about having this biopsy done, and didn't have many nice things to say/share, so thaught it best to lurk.
I am so sorry you are having such a heavy Day 1 cycle. Big huggs to you. We can both get our 2 lines in may together XXXXX
Notice how I said Day 1 cycle, focusing on another fresh start, not the end of the past month. Love to you XXXXX
Loops, Oh I am a little excited that perhaps you have a little miracle suprise to share soon!! Are you able to get any bloods done to check where you are at?? More definate thats all, as much as I am addicted, those darn sticks should be extinct, they are a source of worry. Atleast knowing what levels you have, can either confirm what we are all hoping for you, but give you precise info, to stop any dissapointment, because emotionally darling, you have been through so damn much these past couple of months, and I don't wish that on anybody XXXX
Alice my lovely, hows the contraceptive pill going ;) Horrible isn't it! I gaged every time I had to have one, it was like my brain was yelling "What the hell are you doing girl!!".
I was really looking forward to being Stim cycle buddies, but now we will just have to support eachother on consecutive months! (one crazy girl at a time hey!) XXXX
Matthew'smum, hope you are doing well, I am so scared of my upcomming cycle, I feel your dissapointment, and am scared of feeling the same, again, in a months time. Hugs to you strong lady XXXXX
Reet, how are you going X
HubbaBub, you are such a sweetheart, thank you so much for looking over us that are still here XX Congrats for getting to Trimester number 2!! So exciting, and inspirational XX
Enjoy the assignment Kit....yuk!! Poor darling X
Thopes, clomid can be diferent for everyone, it is definately worth a go. Even if you do ovulate, you can have clomid, it can help regulate your cycle to a perfect 28 dayer if you don't already have one, because it makes you ovulate on a precise day. Good luck with it, if you get to have a try.
I am really excited to start reading my twilight books again, I have held off for weeks, so It gives me something to do during my Stim, actually I am more excited about reading my books, than starting my needles!!!!!XXXXX
Dory darling, got your message, made me a little emotional actually, love to you, you know how to make people feel good about themselves XX
I am still in shock that my DH has got these 2 kittens. They are beutiful, but wow I never expected he of all people to get a cat even 2!!!!
Please please don't laugh, my DH has named them and he has told me there is NO discussion otherwise...they are called.......dunno if I can even type it, without cringing.....her I go.....Oh damn this is so embarrasing....Tooty and Mooty.......yes girls Mooty...I have to call this cat Moot (and it's ginger like me:lol:) OMG what has he gone and done....Tooty and Mooty....sigh....He's not naming our kids thats for sure now!
To all I missed, love to you XXXX
Well, Endometrium Biopsy, dont reccomend it, don't ever want one again unless I am seriously on some super strong druggs that put me to sleep for the whole day.
That, was, the, most, awfull, painfull, disgusting, spine shattering thing I have ever had done.
Couldn't get passed my cervix, so I had to have a local anasthetic to it...yeup, ouch. It stung getting the local, but nothing even compared to the pain of what was to come next. Had to use forcepts to hold open my cervix after the local kicked in, this I did not feel, but the actual biopsy was the strongest pain down inside I could ever imagin.
Poor nurse had to hold me onto the chair for a second, because the shock of the pain sent me hurdling towards the ceiling.
I have bled a bit since, just enough to fill a pad, but suprised how quickly it filled up the pad, sorry TMI, and it was red blood to begin with, now a sort of blackish colour.
OMG, I can still feel it inside me, I get a twinge every now and then that brings the biopsy feeling right back. Gunna take a while to get over that one girls, and the Jaws of Life to get my leggs open ever again.
Oh shoot I forgot to mention... I picked up all of my injectables for the upcomming Stim cycle, so surreal to have them in the fridge again, a little terrifying too!!
Last stim, I was on 150iu of Puregon each night,
This time I'm on 225iu, was a suprise to me! Mabey because of all the pills I have to pop also??
Dunno, FS never discussed changing the dose strength with me. Come what may.
craftymummy-i hope the bleeding eases up soon, lots of hugs...murraycod-sorry the procedure was so painful for you,i hope you are able to get some sleep tonight now that it is over...
oh murraycod - you poor love, i ache inside just thinking about having that done! you are a very brave girl! when do you get your results for it?? Happy to hear your fridge is looking happy :D with all your meds!! Yay! Its almost May! Yay for May! Thanks for the advice on Clomid, my cycles are between 30 - 38 days so I guess thats not too bad but certainly never the same every month! I was expecting AF today but can feel in my body that she's still a few Days away! SO annoying when you know its coming! Just start already!!! And hehehhehe! Love the pussy cats names! Makes me chuckle
matthewsmum - no no you didnt worry me at all! My gyno had mentioned to me on my last visit that if no pregnancy by Sept he wanted to check my tubes werent blocked so dont worry, he put it in my head xx
crafty - Murraycod is right.... Day 1 of a new cycle.... and hopefully you will also be saying Yay in May!!! x x
kit - G/L with your assignment! I dunno how you do it!!!
dory - nice to hear from you, i get excited when i see a post from you... love to hear how you are doing, you always make me smile
ferrals - how are you doing tonight?? How is DH? xx
AFM- well feeling a little nervous about seeing my gyno tomorrow, i only saw him 2 weeks ago and he had said to keep trying and if nothing by Sept to go back....hmmmm.... i only gave it 2 weeks! What am i gunna say to him?? Will he think im completely insane?? Maybe i am?? :shakehead:
Oh murraycod.. that sounds awful u poor poor thing :( i cant even begin to imagine what it wld feel like..
Im alright, thanks for asking :) i have 1 more tablet of the provera to take in the morning then hopefully af arrives soon after, i can then start on the clomid and then ill be back on the bandwagon! yay!
I hope u can forget that horrible feeling soon x
Crafty- it sounds like ur having a good clean out ready for a little bub to be implanted.. :) x
T-hopes- i think u shld go to a new gyno! i dont think their doing the right thing with u.. sept is too far away! when i went and saw my gyno i had only been ttc for a couple months except i had been bleeding for 3 months after going off the pill so maybe thats why he put me straight on clomid. When i started on the clomid he wanted to see me at monthly intervals too so he cld see if it wasnt working and cld try something else. I luckily conceived 2nd go.. if we hadnt conceived that cyle then we wld have had to go thru other tests such as sperm sample etc. And now after mc and af not arriving on time he put me straight on provera and clomid again and if i dont fall this next cycle then i have to go see him again. So yeah i reckon things need to be a bit more fast paced for u.. if ur not happy with the gyno ur seeing try and get into a different one i reckon.. but yeah when u see him/her tomoro just tell them that ur not happy waiting til sept cos u have been bloody waiting long enough!
I do hope u conceive way before sept tho and dont need to go thru anything else! :) x
Evening ladies
Murraycod shame you poor thing have a good rest and look forward to starting your new meds for your may bub ! Thanks for thinking of me even though you had a traumatic day and I guess your right 1st day new cycle, My DH said to me on the bright side at least I got a good cycle again 30 days is not bad back to normal I would say but don't mean next month will be or maybe it just might and I catch the egg and a good one !
So YAY FOR MAY !
ferrals how you doing ! its sh*t this feeling of hopelessness and failure I sure hope you get your BFP later on in the week but if not then you will have to joing the YAY FOR MAY GROUP !
Did some retail therapy today at spotlight my favourite shop so feel a bit better still cramping and heavy but I guess thats better than the black rubbish from a few months ago !
Tell me ladies do you have to have a referal to a GYNAE from a GP or can you phone and go by yourself ! was just thinking maybe a trip would do me some good get some other info and see if I can get some answers to my hormone probs !
Thanks again Murraycod, ferrlas, thopes, kitfaeri ,dory ,saffy, reet, iona, matthewsmum, bons,Alice, sunbeam, and everyone else who has been so friendly and unselfish and thought about me ! It makes my day seem not so bad after all !
YOUR THE BEST !
Mildez: I thought i remembered that you are TTC with one tube? I thought you might be interested to hear what happened to a friend of mine. My friend had an ectopic pg in October last year and lost one tube. She has just announced that she is 3 mths pg and all looks good but the really interesting thing is that u/s shows she conceived from the side with no tube! I didn't know that was possible but she said they know it was from the side with no tube because they can see the Corpus Luteum on that side (so they know the egg came from a follicle on that side). She was told that the tube on the other side probably managed to 'vaccuum' up the egg (to compensate for the missing tube). Amazing story.
Murray cod: Ow Ow Ow! Cringed in sympathy when I read your post. So sorry you had to go through that horrible experience. I was excited to hear you've got your meds and it's getting close to your next cycle but I can understand why you're feeling scared about it (scared of being disappointed). We will be thinking of you and hear to listen whenever you need it. I soooooo hope you will be rewarded for your bravery. You deserve it.
Morning Lovelies!
Crafty - I love retail therapy! One of my favourite shops is bunnings followed by kmart ;) I hope CD2 is nicer to you and the flood eases.....xxx
Murraycod - OOOh Hun, The biopsy sounded terrible! I hope it is a good outcome for you though! bring on crazy Murraycod with her meds;)xxx Mooty and Tooty sound cute!
Ferrals - 2 sleeps til Mowgli and Sarabi come home! Something nice to look forward to, maybe just hide all speaker cables, phone chargers etc, mine all got chewed through!
Reet - How are you going with everything?
Nice to hear from you Possum!
Loops - waiting waiting hehe? I get more excited about everyone else testing than myself!
Alice - Was thinking about you this morning it was so cold here but in the mountains it must have been freezing! It is so pretty up there through the cooler monthsxx
Mathews Mum - Bring on AF! Feels weird writing that though....hope she evil woman arrives pronto so you can be monitored again!
Dory - So nice to hear from you again! I realise how hard it must be to keep positive, but take one day at a time, we all know you will get there!xx
How are you doing sunbeam and Iona?
T-Hopes - have made any decisions about clomid? Im with the other girls... I would find a F/S that would prescribe it.... but im very impatient!
Kitf - Have fun doing uni stuff....And you are almost in the 1WW! Yay!!! Hopefully you have a little egg making itself warm and cozy!xx
Hugs to everyone I have missedxxx
AFM - Well Mothers Group was nice yesterday, had a bit of a cry on DH's shoulder last night though, just felt sad about everything and really wishing all our stories were different with happy endings! Playing peek a boo with one of the little boys was so much fun, but it hurt at the same time......I have to cheer myself up though and get ready to BD the weekend away:dance:
xxx
morning all ,craftymummy-yes,i've always needed a referral, they might be able to do one over the phone for you(worth asking)...big hugs to everyone
possum magic thanks for you story on your friend. They do say if you only have one tube it only slightly reduces the risk as the egg from either side can be collected by the one tube. However my only tube is damaged and is stuck down with adhesions so no movement happening. The tube is suppose to wave and help along the emby and mine doesn't so thats why I am at such risk of any ectopic pregnancy. Even if it fertilizes no quarantee the tube can get it to the uterus. I am not sure exactly what my risk is but as I have had 2 already its very high and unfortunately IVF doesn't reduce those risks just helps me get pregnant in the first place.
Ferrals I am  your pregnant still and you used dodgy tests or like me your wee is funny lol. For what ever reason my FMU never had a good line compared to diluted stuff. Even OPT are the same.
Loops :pray: your pregnant. What a beautiful amazing surprise if you are and without IVF. as hard as I can your baking a miracle bub.
craftymummy I have seen some women having babies at 47 (natural conception) and 46 and recently a lady who was 46 had a bub and had twins at 45. It happens.
Gee I don't know what is going on in DH head. He said if I am not pregnant next month (allowing this cycle and next) he wants to start IVF. He can't stick with the same story and plan. Anyway I have no idea where I am at. CD16 but have had Ovary pain for over a week. Its been about 3-4days since I had cm and a cervix which was open but I don't think I have O'd yet. But why did I dry up! Who knows whats going on. Maybe I O'd way earlier then normal as usually its CD16-17. Anyway I'll be testing in about 2weeks I guess. Never seem to hold out long enough for AF to arrive first.
Morning all
Bons glad your group meeting was kinder than you thought its lovely when you play with little ones they seem to know when we are feeling sad inside. You will get your little one soon enough as we all will.
Mildez thanks for the info on older women having babies I guess I am still in with a chance just need to get the damn good egg to meet the sperm ! Must be hard being a midwife at times when TTC hearing the newborn cry ! wow and I guess you know more info on the subject than most of us guess it can not be that good knowing too much sometimes its good to be in the dark ! I have much experience of being pg and giving birth but as you know its the getting pg thats the hard bit !
My cycles took ages to get back to what could be called normal been 8 mnths since my D&C and only really had 2 good cycles with cmucus and definate ovu so I am hoping my body is back on track but you never know,
I would just keep bdancing every few days then you know you will be in with a chance of catching that egg. As for DH and ivf well its good to have plan in mind you may not need it anyways but still good to have a plan B.
Murraycod hope your feeling better today not too sore !
Ferrals come on let us know your ok your not alone we all feel for you ! whatever the weekend brings ! keep beleiving one day we will both be pot bellied again !
Mattews mum thanks for the info, hope your getting ready for your next try when will you be having the transfer ? will you be a YAY FOR MAY girl too !
well gotta run take the tribe to school, still cramping but not so much flooding guess I should be greatful I still getting AF ontime at my age ! Was thinking I didn't really want a baby in the heat of summer so guess its going towards next autumn now ! seems so long away autumn 2011 just hope I can catch the egg soon !
By for now have a great day !
craftymummy my area in midwifery was labour and birth but now I am super interested in fertility and getting pregnant and early pregnancy. I live in a rural area so unfortunately can not work in this area but maybe one day they will have an IVF clinic here and I can go work there. I think what gives me hope is all the stories and things I have seen from women who were not suppose to be able to concieve and the miracles that do happen. That's why I am confident it will happen just unfortunately thats not in my time frame. And also we wanted a big family but DH has changed his mind. We wont stop ttc in the next 10-15years for the next bub but unfortunately he is closing the book after then. Just hope as we haven't been able to get pregnant since my tube was removed that he is still happy to not try but not prevent that way there will always be a tiny chance we will have more children eventually. As greedy as I guess this is I am sure I will not feel my family is complete even after we are blessed with one more child. From always planning on having a large family and setting ourselves up for that I can just change my mind even if plans have to change. But I guess no point worrying about no 4 when no 3 isn't even close.
Ferrals - spreading as much :pink-babydust::bluedust: as I can. I could clearly see a second line on that night time test so I will keep lurking until I see you announce your BFP and leave this this thread for a belly buddies thread. You were always such an encouragement to me in my time here xo - take care
Mildez My SIL had an ectopic 1st pregnancy and had a terible time when it burst as she didn't even know she was pregnant ! anyhow within 6 mnths and with only one tube she managed to have a boy then 20mnths later a girl. Well she didn't cope too well with being a mum so ended up haveing her remaining tube tied as she didn't want any more kids ! I guess what I am trying to say is you are still in with a good chance there are miracles out there and you will get one soon. I have had probs along the years if your read my story on my blog you will see !
Don't ever give up hope I never have and have had many miracles in my time and I am being the greedy one expecting one more at 45 ! But I am determined ! if god wants me to have one more then he will give me one !
TinaR wow can't beleive how far along you are you got a BFP just as I joined great news hope your little bundle don't keep you waiting too much longer !
Ferrals will be fine I still think shes got a sneaky BFP !
Hey everyone
Crafty: I'm glad you had a really good cycle, those herbs must be doing their job. Getting a good cycle is step one, so you've got that down, now on to step two - make the baby!
Mildez: Definitely sounds like TTC and early preg is what your passionate about, I hope you get to work in that side of things soon. You never know, you might end up with a bigger family than you anticipated :)
Bons: Sorry it was a hard weekend, it sucks that our stories are sad, but I know they'll end up happy. Now go get your groove on ;)
Murraycod: OMG I hope you never have to do that again! But just think of all the things you can fling at your child when they're misbehaving, not just ''I was in labour for 24 hours for you! Now clean up your room!'' But ''Do you know how many needles I had to take! Do you know what a biopsy is? Do the dishes!'' Oh and LMAO @ Mooty and Tooty! One of my friends has Smat the cat, and I read a story about a dog called Choo-Choo who went missing so it's owners had to run around the neighbourhood screaming ''Choo-choo! Choo-choo!" Frikin hilarious! Someone has to be the person who calls their pets cute/ridiculous names, I guess your surprised your DH turned out to be that person? I think it's awesome though :) (just so you know, I had to work pretty hard to stop DH calling our cat Stupyhead)
Loops: Are you still waiting til Friday?
AFM: So over this stupid assignment! I just hope I pass, I usually get pretty good grades, but I think I can kiss that HD goodbye this time! When I'm a psychologist, I'm just not gonna publish anything, and if I do, I'll hire a stats expert. The only good thing is that I still feel like I'm in a bubble, it's actually kinda relaxing. I'm 6DPO today and I think I'll start testing from 8 DPO. I know I'll get a BF - what did you really expect -N, but that way I can hopefully let it go for that day. Fingers crossed anyway!
Love to everyone!
Ferrals: What's happening darlin? Your missed :(
I am here girls just had to have a moment for myself i will pop in later to catch up.
Ferrals - I have my fingers crossed for you!! Will be checking in to see any news from you. for a BFP!!
hi girls
just got back from my gyno appt and im so sad cause he wont put me on clomid. he wants us to wait to DH's semen test and 2 more cycles b4 he will let me. i feel so angry! I still havent got AF from this cycle, he think i could be UTD now but i know im not!!!! I still think AF is a few days away, but tested yesterday and BFN. HE gave me slip for BT, not even going to bother though.
Im so frustrated cause i feel we are just wasting every month. Mum came with me as DH couldnt make it and even she tried to push it but to no avail. He doesnt think Clomid will make an ounce of difference for us because my progesterone levels were so high on day 21 proving that i am o'ing. im so *****ty!!! :wall: He was lovely about it all but he just truly believes that it will happen by itself! He's dreaming! Moron!
sorry to be all about me, just needed to0 vent! Poor DH has copped an ear bashing! And whats even more annoying is he cant get in for semen test till 21 May!!! AHHHHH!
im gunna have a warm bath and try to encourage AF to come out! be back later xx
Hi ladies
I am not feeling to great not real talkative sorry i am just having a hard time dealing with this whole thing how can i feel pregnant and have all the signs i had two hpt's that had lines and 6 negatives yes 6 i have tried them all to no avail i have never had a false positive never seen one i have seen an evaporation line but i know this was not that as it clearly had colour so the only other thing that it could be is what my speacialist said that maybe the embryo implanted and grew to a certain stage and then went wrong maybe that was enough to get a light pos on the hpt i don't know i am grasping at straws.
part of me hopes i was pregnant and it just didnt take because of our genetic fault that way i know i am still fertile and can get pregnant and the other part of me hopes it was just a faulty batch of tests (the two with lines were from the same box) i just don't know i still feel pregnant in a way really sore boobs and dizzy in the mornings and just a general feeling that something is different.
But i know i am not so one more month of trying then off to see a FS.
Thanks for asking about me it means a lot and please forgive me for not doing persies i am going to have a lovey dovey night with DH we both are not working and he is pretty pi##ed off at the world and upset so he needs some cuddles and molesting before AF shows her unwanted ugly bi#ch of a face.
Two more sleeps until Mowgli and sarabi come home that will help me feel better.
LOVE YA'S ALL.
Oh Ferrals Darling, (huggs)..... I'm not really sure what to say. I know that the hurt you are feeling at the moment will overcompensate any encouragement I can share.
But hey, what the heck, I know your reading so I'll just go for it anyway ;) X
You will get this dream, you will fall pregnant, mabey this time was wrong for you. Perhaps those 2 lines were real, mabey your specialist is spot on, who knows, but the last thing I ever want to see, is you go through the heart ache you have already suffered for such a long time now.
Please know that nature is looking after your heart as much as she can, I'm not sure about how much I beleive in God and stuff, but I do beleive our babies have a heaven, and I do beleive that nature is real, sometimes she can be heartachingly real, but she is there.
Darling, as exhausting and how winding this road is you are on, know that we beleive in you, and beleive that nature will give you and your Darling DH your healthy baby. Mabey just not this time. HUGE BIG HUG HONEY X
THopes, I'm sorry that you feel let down. But darling do us all a favour and get the bloods done......hey someone owes me 20 something viles!!!!XXXX
Hope you enjoyed your bath, and a relaxing evening.
Take care chicky X
Possum, thank you sweetheart X
Kit, babe you can LYAO as much as you like, cuz I still cringe every time I hear those names! The girls at work are LtheirAO too beleive me, I am getting so much S**T hung on me. DH owes me a massage for this big time.
Oh we need a psychologist in here :shakehead: We are all a mess ATM.
Do you remember the movie BeetleJuice??? Hey, mabey, just a test, if I say "Audax, Audax, Audax", just mabey.................we can get some cheerful SVNnews!?!?!?!!
Mildez, you would make the perfect Fertility nurse. Let me know if you do ever get that position you want, so I can switch clinics!! Not that I don't love the one I am in, but having you look after people going through what you have, you would be just great XX
Matthew'sMum, thanks, I will get a much better sleep tonight knowing I wont be waking up to any alarm clocks. I love the feeling of waking up in the morning, looking at the clock stressing I slept through the alarm, then realising I have the day off, and can go back to sleep, for like, hours!!! If I could bottle that one feeling right there and sell it, I'd be a millionare!
I hope you are well X
Reet, good luck with bringing on AF, she can be a stubborn cow one day, and an unwelcome one the next. Hope the provera works XXXXX
Bons, enjoy your raunched up weekend honey go catch that egg!!XX But stay away from the eggs please please!! Hmmm, we sort of do go to desperate measures don't we.........
And yes, bring on Hormone filled crazy Murraycod, god help you all LMAO!!!!
Crafty Darling, hope AF has eased off for you XXXXX Love to you XXXXX
AFM, well, I still have slight cramps from yesterday, I just wish they would murger into AF so I can hurry up and start jabbing! Thank you everyone for your well wishes. I appreciate it very much X Love to you all X
Mildez: Oh, i'm sorry. Very unfair that you have the trouble with your second tube. I really hope a clever baby manages to sneak past it.
I don't think you are selfish for wanting a bigger family. Others wish for it and get it and it isn't seen as greedy so why should it be greedy when we wish for it just because we are having a bit more trouble than others in getting it? For me though, the trouble TTC has made me realise that I may have to adjust my expectations just as a way of looking after myself: i was so upset when I first started to doubt i'd reach my goal of three kids and devestated that i might not get a second child. I'm now trying to take it a step at a time. I'd be greatful for a number two at this point and if i get it, well, i'll see how i feel about another one.
Bons: I can sympathise with the mothers' group experience. Of the mothers' groups i go to nearly everyone is pregnant with number two or has new babies. I feel like i've fallen behind. I love the new littlies but at times it's hard seeing them.
Ferrals: Hope you have great cuddles with DH and that you both feel better in the morning.
Craftymummy: glad the flood is easing and your cycles seem to be settling a bit.
T-Hopes: pooh to your gyno! GIVE THE WOMAN THE DRUGS!!! It must be frustrating when you think this might help you to be told to wait and see again. I hope you're hiding a sneaky BFP in the meantime (but i know it's crazy making when you 'know' you're not...but then you think maybe you are... and then AF shows! I hope AF stays away)
Loops, Mathewsmum, Reet and others lurking: Hello all
Morning ladies
Murrycod- i private messaged you.
T-hopes-i'd find another gyno and say i have waited long enough!
Crafty-hope AF is leaving and not to show her head again for 9-10 months.
Bons-i have a few friends with babies born after i had Abbi it is very hard to see them but i try to be happy for them i just don't see them as often as i use to.
Hello to everyone hope everyone is well .
AFM-temp dropped to 36.38 AF is on her way due sat glad i will have my kitty's to keep me busy.
ferrals4 :wall: what a crappy month. Grrr that this has happened to you. Yeah to the kitties though. They will be absolutely gorgeous. You will have so much fun with them.
Murraycod your way to kind.
possum magic thank you for your kind words. DH makes me feel greedy. Keeps saying at least I have 2 as he only has one and his sister has none which is so true but wish he wouldn't say that. He only wanted 2 biological kids where as I wanted 6 (we compromised at 4 so he gets one more and me two less) so really I feel I am missing out more then him :shhh: its the whole not been able to get pregnant thing that gets me down. And the longer it goes the more hope I loose. And know one (meaning Drs) seem to want to help. Just say come back in a few years :wall: honestly how can we go through this torture for another few years ( we are already at the 2yr mark and 3years if we include not preventing but not really trying either) I too am just trying to take it one at a time. And secretly praying their is a surprise in store down the track.
T-hopes my Dr wont put me on clomid either. He said as I ovulate perfectly which according to my blood works I do it will not help.
Hey there Ladies.. Missed you all!!
Sorry again for not being in here since we got custody there has been so much we had to get taken care of like there birth certufcates and ss cards and school updates omg i been running around like crazy..
My GYN canceled by surgery for tomorrow .. So she changed it to May 3rd. so hopefully that is teh day it happens and we can find out what is going on..
My DF went to his heart doctor today ( little worried about him, he has been having some chest pains like b4 5 yrs ago) so he went today to see what is going on and his cholesterol is high and he has to have a stress test done on Monday same day i have to have my surgery :( he was going to chnage it i told him no you go get this done..
5 yrs ago he had a heart attack at the age of 35 and had to have 2 stents put in and they pretty much have deteraited(sp?) and one of his arteries are blocked and the other is 20% clogged.. his EKG wasnt looking good at all that is why they want the stress test done..

Ferrals - I just want to come and give you huge hugs!!! So sorry to hear about all you're going through!!
Just a quick one for me have heaps to stuff to do and just read up on 2 pages....will drop in later
Good on you Thopes- you proactive chick! Makes you feel better to be actually doing someting positive doesn't it?
Matthewsmum- how are you going? I think May will be great for us all!
Murraycod- so sorry you had to go through such a painful procedure, it sounded v traumatic...you must be so brave!
TTCALC-sorry to hear about your DH, hope all works you for both of you, frustrating having your op cancelled as well, lots of love from across the seas to you and your family for whatever happens xx
Ferals- what to say, just a lot of  and :pink-babydust: for you lovely xx
Mildez- hope you get a lovely surprise soon, you aren't asking for anything outrageous, just what other people seem to get so easily xx
Possummagic, Crafty, Kitfaerie- hope you are all well (get that essay finished Kit!!) and lots of :goodluck: coming everyone's way!
AFM- got an early pos OPK so :bd:but feel like it is futile, to think I used to love DTD!! Now its just a chore and so much is counting on it...
Matthew'sMum, they will wait as long as it takes, judging by my bloods I should get AF around the weekend. Looking forward to the visit!
Ferrals, hope you are feeling better, not long to go untill you get your kittens!! How will your dogs go with the new kitties??
My Labrador is besotted with my kittens and follows them everywhere, but my Foxie, well, she want's to attack them, so I have to put her on a chain when the cats come out for a play. I hate putting her on a chain, but looks like it is going to take some time to get her used to them. If ever. When they are big enough to run away it won't be so bad, but ATM, it's pretty crazy in my camp!
THopes good on you for getting a new FS, tell them how you wan't to be more agressive with falling PG straight up, so they know where you stand. Well done X
TTCALC, you are a buisy girl!! Nice to see you drop by X
Sorry your op was cancelled, but may3 isn't too far away X
Saffy, IKWYM about the chore thing. Even though DH and I don't rely on the BD'ing because of the treatment we have been going through since last August, it has somehow taken all of the fun out of it for me. I have a lot of trouble getting....ah....horny or in the mood. We try to keep our relationship as normal as possible during all of this, because we need to focus on fun things together like we always have, but yeah the bed thing.....sigh...I can't be bothered with it!! Thats sad I know
Hi Everyone XXXXX :grouphug:
Crafty- You can make the appointment without a referral but will need to present the referral at the consult. I am not sure if you "need" a referral or whether its just with one you get to claim on medicare.
T Hopes - that sounds rough sweetie. Why so long before the sperm testing appointment? Does it have to be on a particular day of "his" cycle? Glad you have changed Dr's - you might get a different opinion. Good to see you got your mojo back.
TCCLAC - Thinking of you and Ron at the mo. Its good for him to have his test done. Sorry your procedure was moved.... more waiting.
Bons - thanks for thinking of me - today is a good day!
Ferals - still hoping but know you are def. excited about the fur babies!
Murray - love the names of the fur babies. I let DH name our last arrivals - Ford and Arthur from Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. he did well with his other naming rights "Kaspar". That's my nerd boy for you. Weird thing is? I heard a mum call out to her toddler the other day "Arthur". It had me ROTFL. One of our fur babies is a puker. When he was a kitten he was always vomitting and had the squirts. Lots of visits to the vet. He grew out of the worst of it, mostly, but is still a puker. One of the joys.... being woken up to a cat puking on the bed ( I now have some newspaper or an old rad nearby to shove under him so I don't have to wash the doona) or somewhere else in the house and just hoping its on something I can easily wash. The weird thing is when he runs in from outside to puke on the carpet. Go figure. How disgusting. But now, it's just a part of our life and he can't help it.
Hi to everyone else, you are as always, in my thoughts. I am still catching up, it's so busy in here, I miss a couple of days and kapow lots of reading to do.
Hi Ladies
I can't believe how quickly this thread moves, I hate the fact that so many of us have had losses and have to go through all of this crap!
Thanks for all your thoughts and wishes and for thinking of me everyone.
Did another POAS Tuesday arvo and another BFN. AF still hasnt arrived but I have a lot of AF type pain. Think she'll be here this weekend. I bloomin well hope so :wall:
Dont have much time so can't really do persies sorry but just wanted to come in and say thanks for asking after me and all your loving support.
Murraycod ~ thanks for everything and thinking of me xoxo. GL for your cycle, FX this is your time!!
Wishing everyone all the luck in the world and :stickyvibesboy::pink-babydust::grouphug:
Dory: I have a quick cat story! Our cat George (he's very curious) doesn't puke that often, but when he does, he does it from a height! He'll climb up onto the top of his cat scratcher, or onto the back of the lounge and puke onto the floor, and he fully leans over so he gets it on the floor! No idea why he does it. Crazy cat. You'd be around 19 weeks now? Your doing so well sweetheart, so proud of you :)
Ferrals: Whenever your ready we'll be here, you get your furbabies tomorrow!
T-hopes: Good job! Lets hope this doc is a bit more pro active! Hope AF shows up soon, bring on the day 1!
Saffy: Assignment nearly finished! I promise! Glad you got the positive opk, sorry that DTD feels chore-like, I hope your mojo comes back.
Murraycod: Hope AF shows up promptly! It's May on saturday!
AFM, 7 DPO today. Boobs feel sore sometimes, but it's not constant, temp is still going up. I dont know what that means though (LOL!) DH gets up before me (he makes coffee, good boy) and comes back into the bedroom to ask what my temp is, then says ''Ahhh" like he understands exactly what's going on, cracks me up. Probably start testing tomorrow. I wanna start while i still expect to get BFN, for some reason I feel like that will make getting a BFN overall easier to deal with? I hate those 3-10 minutes of waiting, so I'm gonna desensitize. Well, that's the plan. It may end up with me beginning the next 7 days crying in the bathroom, but you never know.
Back to the assignment, sigh.
Love to everyone!
xoxoxo
it - OMG that is hilarious. Go George. No explaining quirky cat behaviour. God luck with that assignment and the testing. I know what you mean about desensitising. Hope it works...and that when you get a result you don't expect you are sitting down!
Hi Everyone,
Im having problems with my internet at the moment, so im using my phone!
Im sure i have missed plenty, but just wanted to say im thinking of you all.
Xxx
Good God i go to work and come back to a heap of post's where to start.
T-Hopes-I had a big temp drop aswell so looks like we will get our Biatches! at the same time.
And good on you for getting a new FS i pushed and pushed my geneticist and scientist when waiting for our testing and the markers for our probe to be developed i paid $1500 dollars for it so i rang and hounded them weekly until i got what i wanted and that was to speed them up so insted of 6 months it took 2 i figure i paid for it so i have the right to know what is going on.
Iona macca-Thanks it has been a very long 11 months i need to have a meltdown from time to time.
Saffy-I know it can become a chore when BDing i try to spice things up when i know i am getting close to O i will send hubby dirty txt msg telling him what i am going to do to him when he gets home i will try to change the routine and tease him when kids are at school to get him going we have a movie night where we fool around on the lounge and end up chasing each other up the stairs to the bedroom it is hard but i dont need to be in the mood he does becaues he needs to do the job and when i get him in the mood it doesnt take me long to follow so we still go nuts over each other i find it hard if we both have to work around O time and we have to schedule BDing that is a big turn off but we do what we have to do to have a baby.
Murrycod-I am feeling ok use to the idea that i am not pregnant again just hanging in there until we see the FS.
And my dogs are outside dogs they are to big for inside dogs they have a fancy kennel and a huge bed with a big fluffy mattress in the gararge and dozer has a piddle problem when she sleeps sometimes she wets the bed she sleeps to soundly she is so cute she is only 4 years old so not age related.
Kitfaerie-hope you break the BFN run in here and i get to pick my fur babies up at 8:30 in the morning so i will spend all day playing with them i will post some pictures later in the arvo.
Hello to everyone i have missed i have a heap of housework to do i will be back later.
T-Hopes - Oh my god! read this!! If you have irregular ovulation or PCOS, clomiphene pretty reliably will cause you to ovulate. Simply ovulating more frequently and appropriately timing intercourse may be all you need to get pregnant. If you already ovulate, clomiphene will likely cause you to develop multiple follicles, resulting in multiple eggs, and the hope is that you will have a higher likelihood of one of those eggs fertilizing. (Clomid - Conception)
See u shld be on it!!!! it wld do u good i reckon! if ur new doc wont prescibe it to u i will defintely send u some of mine! :)
AFM- AF arrived today!!!! WOOHOO!!!! this is the LAST time i hope i say this in many many months FX. As soon as she arrived i called DH and told him all excitedly and guess what the first thing he said to me was.. oh thats no good.. and im like WHY??!! Its GREAT!!! him: well i guess that means no nookie for me for the next few days.. OH BOOHOO!!! he just doesnt understand! bloody males!!! :) if he misses out for a few days atleast he will be even more excited to :bd: when AF goes and i have started on the clomid! :) yay yay yay!!! its just really weird cos i havent got any of the usual cramps that i wld normally get.. maybe tomoro? or maybe the provera brings on bleeding but with no other symptoms.. hhhmmm..
