Hi everyone.
well.. my body is confusing me now.. as I mentioned in my post the other day I had some egg white cm last friday and saturday.. on sunday i also had a bit but by sunday afternoon/monday it had gone a bit watery. This morning I had very strong ewcm again. I am not temping or opk?ng atm so i don't have any clear indicator as to if I have O'd or not... what do you lovely ladies think? do you think that I am yet to O???? sorry if my question is tmi

HannahD - Yeah, I'm pretty sure they flush your tubes with a D&C. I never had to have one at the time which is why my tube was blocked and I never knew! You are probably right, if something was wrong you may have had pain but it doesn't hurt to check with your GP. I never had any indication my tubes were blocked although I always felt something was wrong (IYKWIM?) Glad to hear the relaxation CD helps, no good about the tension headache though. I have suffered from headaches all my life so I know how painful and debilitating they can be :hug: I :pray: we are belly buddies together soon!

plc - Thanks again. I have always had quite painful periods so it will be interesting to see when I get AF this month if it is as painful. Although I would be happier if AF didn't arrive at all! My cycles have always varied between 28 and 33 days with my longest cycle being 35 days in December (not sure where that came from?). I guess I will see if my cycle lengths settle down soon enough.
Jen - Smelly Mel is feeling much better thanks! How's DS? How did DF go skydiving? I could never do it, I get nervous catching a commercial flight so I could never jump out of one voluntarily :lol:!
Shortcake - Hope it was too early to tell. :crossfingers:
meh - I got thrush when I was pg (before I knew). I didn't want to take anything to treat it either as there was a possibility I could be pg (and I was). When I spoke to the pharmacist she said thrush can be a common symptom of pg due to the heightening of your hormones. I think you have made the right decision to wait and see if you are before doing anything (as awful as it can be). Hope it is a good sign!
boble - Understand what you mean about not ttc intensely. I am taking a break form charting etc as want to try and take the pressure off (IYKWIM?). Hope this is your month. I have learnt our bodies can be very cruel and this journey can be so confusing. :hug:

AFM - Thanks so much for all your messages of support. Feeling heaps better now. I think I just got so overwhelmed Friday night as I realised we had been TTC for 19 months and all I could think is what could have been. I think I sometimes worry that getting pg the first time was a fluke and maybe it will never happen again. Silly I know but I will blame it on the hormones!!!

Boble - Very confusing. Sometimes sperm can be very similar to EWCM so it may be that if you have BD recently? Maybe you should buy a OPT and check? Either that or just keep BD just in case!
mrzbaby - Oh, Em. So sorry you are feeling so down :comfort:. You certainly have had more than your share of a rough time. None of my business but maybe you should talk to your DH and just tell him you would like to stop TTC for now and maybe make a decision together in a couple of months when you are feeling a little better (physically and emotionally)? It's a tough decision to come to and only one you and your DH can make. I really hope it all works out. Be sure to have a good cry if you need to (a big ugly cry as Jen would call it) as that often helps me feel better so hopefully it will help you as well :hug:
thanks Mel... normally if it is "leftovers" sperm ( :lol: ) it is thinner in consistency (for us anyway)... and this was much thicker... but thanks for your reply - I do really appreciate it :)
seems like we are both on the same page with the "less pressure" ttc method. I know exactly what you mean about wanting to take some of the pressure off because that is exactly how we have been looking at it too... so far, so good :D

mrzbaby- I wish you all the luck in the world for whatever you decide. I do agree with Mel though you should discuss this with DH and make sure your both on the same page. I'm sure he will be there to comfort and support you. :hug:

AFM- Just taking things one day at at time right now. I'm still secretly hoping that it was too early to test but I'm not really having any symptoms atm. DH and I signed a contract for a house on Friday so thats what I'm looking forward to right now.

Im back at work tomorrow after a week off after the D & C, so nervous! Not really sure if I want people to acknoledge or ignore, thought I do think what ever they do will be wrong. The first day was always going to be the hardest!!
Can't wait to start trying, making sure Im 100% metally ready though. My beautiful, support and gentle husband has been very firm in that area.
With all these positive thoughts it does make everything so much easier, thank you to all.

Sally- I'm not sure we met but Welcome and I hope your TTC journey is short. I lost my son in December and had to have a D&C. Going back to work was the hardest thing for me but it did help keep my mind off of things. I didn't acknowledge anything when I returned and everyone seemed to respect that. Big :hug:
