As far as your 2ww goes - gosh, its a tough one, but i'm sooooo excited for you. Perhaps you should start writing a book of your TTC journey. That will keep you busy throughout the 2ww! Plus, so many women would love to read it. Hope this one goes fast for you. And i'm sure the moodiness is normal. I just wanna give you a big cuddle right now!!!!

Oh and Anita, thanks for your encouragement. I wish it were just easy for us all.. we all BD, we all get BFP all at once. Gosh, if only !!!!!

just a quick Hello, not feeling all that great at the moment. I have so many symptoms but you know that we can all imagine these things lol
Just have so much going on and trying to get my head around everything. My SIL is having her baby tomorrow... i am so excited but i am so scared at the same time... i should have been having my little girl in 5 weeks. they were ,ment to grow up together... not heppening now..

sorry for being on such a downer and only doing me posts right now, i am just so close to falling apart :(

Hello to everone else.
Today is my EDD from my m/c in May. Not happy Jan at the moment. I was fine this morning but as the day goes on I am just so disappointed that I don't feel any closer to having another baby and soon it will be my B'day and then my EDD for my ectopic bub and my DD's 4th B'day. All these milestones I didn't want to reach and not have a baby or at least be pregnant. Grrr. It sucks. It will be my DD's 3rd B'day we have had expecting me to be pregnant or have a new baby. Sorry for the biatch. Stupid dates looming. Christmas will be next and Ill be thinking the same thing lol

I'm seriously bummed out right now - my hcg's aren't dropping - they are "plateauing". My ob is doing one more test on Thurs to make sure - and if it is following its current course, well, it's methotrexate for me.

I hope everyone has found more reason to smile than I have.

Matthews mum sorry you got a BFN it feels like a kick in the guts when you only see one line well it did for me last fri but as they say onwards and upwards keep the dream living and you will get it soon !

Mummyof4 sorry your a bit down you didn't really expect not to feel like that did you ? Its really hard at times for all of us there is always someone you know getting near there date with a big fat belly and we are all on here with empty bellies ! My sister is due to deliver anytime soon due date 1st feb and then my own EDD will be my DDs 15th birthday March 14th, so I know I will be a total mess that day such a shame for her though ! will really try hard not to let it bother me but I know deep down if Im not UTD then I will be feeling like a failure ! so deep talking to us on here we know how you feel !

ciara think we need to rename you ( The Motivator ! :D ) hope your going to get your BFP instead of AF then you will have to slow down a bit ! must say I admire your strength don't think I could manage to drop 60 odd KGs I like food too much ! thats my big downfall ! would need my jaws wiring to stop me getting the food in !:ROFL:


MURRAYCOD days are going to go slowly for you the big end result will be well worth it when I had IUI I got a BT before my AF was due so not a full TWW but I guess you gotta wait it out, you know what they say about patience, its a vertue and if you learn to have patience now then little harvey will benefit in the years to come with a easygoing patient mum who had the strength to do the TWW and not stress ! GOOD PRACTICE I SAY ! you need lots of patience when you got kids !

AFM :tmi: well AF has been a bit of a biatch to me this month such bad pains but in the back and feels like someons stuck a broom handle up my backside ! as well as the loss being more like black treacle ! do you think this is the sign of the big M for me or just a one off ! was thinking of going to see my GP but at my age I guess all hes gonna

Emmy83 - Hugs to you darl. I understand, this all is so hard, dates and days are sometimes very hard to face, you can't ignore them and cant face them. I am also approaching my EDD very soon, 6th March; also my niece's Bday...i alway swait for her Bday, start her Bday shopping in advance, just go mentally insane in buying the best gift and this year...i just don't want to Face 6th March - I don't know what to do, how to deal with this, whats her fault in all this...I can't even cry, can't express it to anyone:hug:
My Mom told her last year, that little brother is coming on your bday - and later on we said that God was alone, so he took your little brother. And Now whenever I talk to her she always say "i won't be naughty again" please tell me when am i getting a little brother, so that i can play with me. I just loose control talking to her and always end up crying...very hard sometimes....BUT I BELIEVE - EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE FINE.
Mummyof4 - Its hard to face this situation as well, I am sorry that you are not feeling good, but always remember we all will be blessed with BFP and H &H pregnancies:hug:
Anita - How are you feeling? Still no AF. Hey just one thing, I got my AF after 28 days of D&C. Is it more than 28 days for you? My gyneo mentioned to me that you loose alot of blood in D&C procedure (scrapping), but few women bleed for 3-4 days and some not, and basically you hv to wait for your cycle to come, if its late it means your body is still recovering.
Cookie36 - Cookie Hope HCG falls quickly and everything goes well...What do you mean by methotrexate? is this the same treatment of removing remaining cells from the uterus if HCG starts growing again????

Hi everyone,

I've been stalking for a few days trying to decide whether to post or not, I had a mmc in December (8.5 weeks) which ended in a D&C. We had a scan at 6.5 weeks which showed no heartbeat, we went back at 8 weeks and the baby was still measuring 6 weeks 5 days :( D&C went well, bled/spotted for 2 weeks and am now very patiently/impatiently waiting for AF so we can TTC again. I guess by posting I'm saying I'm ready to TTC again, which is kinda scary right now! It's hard cos I can't interpret my body right now, I've had my usual O symptoms like 3 or 4 times, with a few days in between, and I've had cramps the last few days, so I'm hopeful AF will show soon but I dont really have anything to go on. I think everything is delayed cos I bled for so long after the D&C?

Ric- I watched the sperm race thing, thought it was awesome, it was good for DH to see too! I feel sorry for all the sperm that never have a shot at fertilising the egg, like if your using protection or doing other things, they take 3 months to make and all they wanna do is find an egg! Poor sperm who find themselves in tissues or condoms :)

KitFaerie- sorry you have needed to join us I hope you find heaps of loving support here it is an awesome space filled with wonderful women. I hope you are back on the TTC jouney soon and that you get a sticky BFP very soon.

Thank you everyone for you support about my disappointing sperm count. I will not give up hope of a BFP. There is a US site that i've found and there are 2 ladies on there that had successful IUI's with 1.7million and 21% motility and 4 million with only 10% motility. I did call the clinic to ask and I got to speak to the technician who did the wash and she said his swimmers just aren't that great even though the motility was 95% there were lots with poor morphology (shape)etc. I will be asking him to read a few things to see if there is anything he can do to improve things but other than that it is in the hands of the universe.

Murrycod- I had very definite poking feelings on dpIUI5 which I can only think was my bean implanting so I think that's a great sign. Your TTW will only be 11 days won't it as you had a day 3 transfer is that right? Hope it speeds by babe.

Sunbeam I dunno im starting to stress big time, the pinching has turned into AF like cramping, constant all day, enough to have me convinced the journey is over already. Nothing I do can get me out of this morbid mood, I feel so depressed.
I had a day4 Transfer, and my BT is scheduled for 16days after that, but I will be poas as of day 10 I recon. That's if AF holds out that long.

KitF I'm so sorry for your loss, I undestand how raw you can still feel for your loss, and the desperate need to want to be PG again so soon. We all seem to wan't to fill that gap as soon as possible, in hope that somehow, and hopefully, we can wake up and feel so much better.

Hey all.

Back home, wish it could be with better news. I have had a really hard time this week, not just because of EDD (today - I think that's why it rained in Melbs, ric) but I also had some really heavy bleeding ont he weekend and passed some big clots, so had an ultrasound today and it looks like there's some junk in there, as well as massive ovaries. Will be traipsing around the medical route tomorrow to see what comes about.

No persies - too busy melting in the Brissy heat after 3 degs in Tokyo! Blimey! Big hugs to all :grouphug:

murraycod-early pregnancy symptons can be so similiar to af symptoms,don't give up hope that it going to have a happy ending ,focus on successful ivf stories,thinking of you ...sunbeam-glad you found about the sperm count,fingers crosse for you..emmy-edd are hard,thinking of you..cookie-sorry this is being a drawn out process for you...craftymummy-i haven't heard of those symptoms in regard to menopause.docs told me my cycles becoming longer ,pimples appearing & hot flushes were an indicator for me.af showing up on time&still having 28 days cycle i think are a good sign of non-menopause...ric-it is hard when kids come out with things but i hope someone was able to help the darling realise it wasn't her being naughty.Looking forward to reading your results...Kitfairie-sorry for your loss,hope your ttc journey is short,it sems to take a while sometimes for our cycles to get back to some sort of normalacy...Hello to everyone else..afm-Not any wiser about what happens next just yet,went for my app,but doc got a call that he was needed at hospital,so will re-schedule..

Murrycod it isn't unusual to have these types of symptoms post transfer - even naturally conceived embies can cause similar symptoms. Try to think positive thoughts. This really really is a normal experience to have these symptoms & I along with everyone else in this thread is praying for you...xxx

Hi girls i am new to the forum sadley recurrent missed miscarriages have brought me to the forum - My story about my losses is here https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...ml#post2142626 I recently suffered another missed miscarriage on the 7th jan at 8.5 weeks heart beat stopped - i had a d&c to remove baby and want to ttc again - it took a long hard think to wether i should put myself through this again but me and dh have decided that if we dont then we will always wonder ( what if ) what if the steriods would of work if we had given it another go - so we are ttc again when i have a af as i have had no bleeding since my d&c on the 12th jan - :pray: god is kinda to me and helps me carry to term - i get the results of my little one the karotype and gross chromosome results in april - they reckon its a possibility little one had somthing wrong as although little one had a heartbeat of 120bpm he/she was growing very slow - and was measuring very small on 2 scan appointments and then we were told on the 3rd scan appointment are sad news - I think in a way if baby did have somthing wrong as hearbreaking as it is to suffer another loss its easier to accept because baby was sick.
I look forward to speaking to you girls who is ttc again after suffering a loss and i pray for a healthy pregnancy for us all :pray:

snugglybean :hug: hope everything gets cleared up. Yesterday was my EDD also. The one I am more worried about is my next one in April as I was further along and had a much harder ordeal with. Do they know what caused the fluid in the uterus and ovaries? Any plan of action or shall it go away on its own?
murraycod I am with the other girls. It seems way to early for AF symptoms I would be more inclined to think something is going on in there like bubsicle is digging in. I have everything :crossfingers: for you. With all my pregnancies I have had quite bad aches and pains really early. Very similar to AF symptoms.
Sunbeam I am sure you have meantioned it before but what is the % of morphology of your swimmers? My DH has a low sperm morhology (shapes) and low motility but has a good count.

Hello to everyone else. I have decided again that I really want a BFP this month as it means I will get it just before Valentines day and I can wrap up a BFP test and give it to DH. Silly hey? It would be the best present I could give him this year. I would do one that comes up pregnant. Oh how its nice to dream.
