Murrycod-i am gobsmacked that you had to DTD on the morning of EPU i was so uncomfortable there is no way i could of managed it i am lucky my DH has no worries with umm not sure if i can say this but doing the old hand job the only problem was i got jealous that he was having fun without me and told him he owed me one it is natural and they have all done it at one time or another i know it is embarrassing but we put our vjay jay's out there for the world to see anyway is he going to help out next cycle now he knows the whole process?
Dory-hope spotting has gone.
Sunbeam-hope tomorrow's BT is all good.
AFM-still no AF my body is a mystery to me now i could have bet money on my cycle being on time before november now i have nooooo idea i hope it was all the hormones and not my body telling me time is running out.

Thanks ladies - bleeding has stopped today. God that's a great feeling isn't it. I felt so depressed during the bleed, and now I feel like I'm coming out of my cave.
Oh god Dory, how frightening that would have been for you. Good idea with the deep breathing - sounds like you are in good hands with your OB.

Ferrals sorry no AF as yet I know how hard it is when our bodies don't play the game !
My spotting turned into full AF with cramping and small clots so I have no idea whats going on with me, was not due AF for another 8 days ! I really am getting so fed up of this S**T so Ferrals im with you at the end of my teather !
sorry not a long post but my boys fly off tomoro and its not a good day for me AF arrived 8 days early and I definately did not Ovulate this month so what now I am not sure maybe I should go back on the vitex but it gave me migrains and nausea just don't know whats going on with me !:help:
Dory I hope your doing OK I am praying for good news for you !

Thopes - I thought that was you hiding on the other side of my lurking pole!. I hope things are doing really well, ad everything smartens up nicely for you.
Dory - do NOT forget what I said about the mirror - it's just as important now as it was then. Relax - and remember there are many reason for bleeding that are in no way connected to that!
To those of you chasing the dream - and having trouble keeping focus on the dream, stay strong. Even if you lose strength - remember there are many big strong shoulders here. And keep chasing the dream, just as much for those who can't chase the dream as yourselves!
I actually came in to drop this story in, which I thought you ladies would enjoy. It was DH & my anniversary yesterday. We went off to stay at a hotel in Melb for the night. (I should point out that there hasn't been any bd'ing in this house for a month or so - I just mentally can't do it) We get to the hotel, first thing I do is go pee. OMG - I haven't seen her for SIX MONTHS, but there she is, the witch!!! DH was all :doh:, yet I was :leap: I have NEVER been so excited to see her in my whole life!
Hope you found that timing as amusing as I did.

sarahrach glad bleeding has stopped. i know exactly how you feel, not knowing when it will end. but now it has, are you gonna try and ttc this cycle now? :)
ferrals4 maybe you need to go and see a naturopath like t-hopes. i think they will tell you what you should be taking to regulate cycles, then hopefully this will take the guess-work out of things.

dory there are lots of positive stories out there, and that is what you must try and remember. must be hard for you at the moment, but i think it's good that you will be monitored so well in the 2nd tri. hope everything turns out fine for you.
afm, i am probably going to test tomorrow. i tested wed, but used cheapies and i don't really trust them.

AFM..... Me kinda confused I woke today with some spotting when i wipe and i been done with AF since Jan 1st and nothing till now.. nothing major just small spots but very lite pink

SPF-I have an appt with naturopath on the 1 of march but like i have been wingeing about the last few posts i have been a 28-29 day girl my whole life and my acupuncturist who also does chinese medicine said chaste berry tree (vitex) is what the naturopath will put me on HELLO HAVE BEEN ON IT FOR EVER so i don't know i am still putting it down to the ivf for now and hope next month i'm back to normal.
I have to go to work i will pop back in tonight for more persies.

Yep, we'll be TTC this month, my cycles are normally 33 days, last time I O'd on CD20. Obviously got no idea this month what date to expect - am charting so hope CM will alert and temp rise will confirm.

ferrals, don't take this the wrong way, and i am only trying to help,but maybe you are confusing your body with all those tablets you are taking. i'm only saying this as effects of taking one drug maybe be known but combining drugs can mean an unknown outcome, iykwim. with this, as well as your hormones being out of whack with the ivf maybe your body is confused. i make be talking nonsense but i just want to see your body behaving like it should!
sarahrach sounds like you have a plan :) day 20 sounds about right for you cycle length, mine are usually 31 and i o around day 18, so that fits.
afm, well i poas wed as you know, and i got the faintest 2nd line come up. so i thought give it 2 more days and the levels should double. so i poas again today and there was a 2nd line again, but still quite light. i am just not convinced, don't ask me why. i will poas again on sunday, i just can't believe that i might be pg.

Sarahrach: good luck with your temping and catching your egg. I ovulate really early, I have 27-28 day cycles and ovulate on day 11. So have been DTD the last few days, am probably on CD10 or 11 today...I think.
Ferrals: good luck for your cycles getting back to normal, so frustrating when your body doesn't do what it's supposed to do.
Anita: do you have very long cycles? Light pink spotting could be anything...but is often implantation bleeding....if AF finished on 1 Jan, then I would be POAS if I was you.

Ferrals hope AF arrives soon you could have her from me if you like shes being a biatch this month and only gave me about 18 days of no bleeding do you think its because I stopped the vitex when AF arrived 3 wks ago ? not really sure what to do now just wait and see if I O naturally around day 14 and then see if my cycle will be back to 28 days or go the Drs now and get some blood work done ! :dunno:
Anyway today is a really bad day for me emotionally as I have to go the airport in 3 hrs and I hate goodbyes !

Hey Kristen... AF is usually around for 3-5 days and i had her this time 4 days i believe.. then its stopped On jan 1st and then the spotting is starting.. but only when i go pee and wipe..not all the time just every once in awhile.
Hey matthews Mom... No we arent that rough..lol i guess you could say im actually being more careful with everything .. i just dont want to m/c again

AFM - thought i would have 'O'd yesterday but it doesnt seem like it. Not sure what my CM is doing...so maybe its a no 'O' month for me or a late one - which would mean i am out cause of our cutoff we had. Bummer - thems the breaks i spose.
Good luck - i will be watching for more news and i will be back when i can pick myself up out of this depressing state of mind

AFM- Just heard back from the clinic and my Hcg has gone from 40 on monday to 282 :leap: that means my levels have doubled every 34 hours. Thanks you for all the best wishes.

SPF - oh my god, I have been in my own world of torment and I come out of it and get the bestest news....... girl, I know what you mean about not believing the line. But a line is a line as Sunbeam says and go spurlge, or go to your GP and even if all they do is a urine test, at least someone else has done it. That helped me no end, as I had no confidence in my testing. DH thought I was crackers madly testing when the first test had the magic two lines. Oh I am so excited, keep me posted.
AFM - thankyou to every one for your support. I am hanging in there, chin up so to speak. No fresh bleeding today or in fact any day since Tuesday! Everyday is one step closer. Take care

SPF- a line is a line congratz hun you deserve it.
and i know you are trying to help i know its not the tablets i have taken them before and they are only herbal stuff that i took when i fell pregnant with abbi i really think its the ivf that has messed me up so my acupucturist told me to take an extra dose yesterday morning and last night and then again this morning and it worked AF turned up this arvo with a vengence.
Sunbeam- great news this baby will be a keeper.
Mathewsmum-no i had to see the PGD nurse and they only do that in the city but i did do a lot over the phone and just paid for a phone consult it was easier for the not so important appointments.
Murrycod-i plan on having a few JD's tomorrow night with my mum i just got home from work with a major headache so i am going to watch a movie and relax.
AFM- AF turned up only 3 days late so not as late as last month so hopfully next month will be on time on the up side i get to start useing my new you bute clearblue fertility monitor.

Scarypinkfairy CONGRATULATIONS that is great news. I know how hard it is when DH doesnt get their hopes up. My DP was the same and even now when im nearly 12 weeks he is still struggling to get too excited, but its just their way of protecting themselves i guess. Hopefully you get a darker line on Sunday but as everyone has said ' a line is a line'

i actually tested again today using crystal clear and i got a very faint line again. i mean really faint. i'm going to docs later and am going to request a blood test. i can't get excited just yet.

me again, just got back from docs. she did a test and said it was neg, but gave me a form to have blood test mon if af hasn't shown up by then.
i am getting more and more worried.
gonna go and buy a first response i think, as these seem to have good reviews by most people, then test again tomorrow. i am just :pray: this gives me 2 definite lines.

SPF: Ooooh Congratulations! FRER is good, a lot of doc's tests only test 50-100mui, so you just might not be up to that level yet, just think about those 2 lines!

AFM: On day 9, AF lasted a bit longer than normal, but I figure that's to be expected. The only problem is that um, we're sleeping on an air bed at our friend's place, so BD will probably be uncomfortable. The sacrifices I'm prepared to make for TTC!

We were told we was going to get 4-16 inches by saturday nite .. I cant get my 4x4 out of the drive way or down the hill it was sliding everywhere!!

They was thinking about calling the National Guards in but the NG said that the roads were to heavy of snow for them to make it in..WHAT r u kidding me..LOL so there suppose to be in today( saturday)
Well I wantd to stop in and tell ya all about the wonderful snow we have and being snowed in .. Actually its a Beautiful mess.. :shakehead:
also afm- no more spotting ( really shouldnt say spotting since it was soooo very lite and had to actually look to see it) and i got about 4 days till im fertile.. :dance:
4 more days also till i see the doc..been hitting the :wall:since we took the spremy test..
well Ladies im going back to bed for a few then up to play in the snow with the kiddos

Hi all, I just thought I would pop in and introduce myself. My name is Melissa. I have 2 girls and had a m/c just before xmas. I bled for 3 weeks and stopped bleeding 4 weeks ago. I am kind of in limbo land at the moment, either waiting for af to show up ( was having 35 day cycles) or hopefully am utd again. I am finding it hard not to know where my cycle is at because I like to be in control. This whole m/c is put me out of control and I really dont like it a bit. Well I hope to get to know you all a bit better. Good luck,
