Coco: I am sure it will be all good, your body is all 'clean' after your little op and things are a bit different to what you know as 'normal'

AFM: life is ok, just found out there will onlly be about 3 girls turn up at lingerie party but..oh well...its a start. red spotting today so RB is pretty much here, a little bit early which is annoying and of course I have this little bit of hope that it is implantation but I know better. have a great week everyone

Hi to everyone!
Went to accunpunture yesterday, so lets hope it gets me back on track, have quite painful cramping and constant spotting, ob said this could happen as the infection after D&c was blood sitting in my uterus which he said could just spot over the month, or not, or do whatever it wants really, so hoping the cramping is a sign my body wants to get rid of it. Can't wait till all this cramping etc stops and i can sort out my cycle. Apart from that doing well, have so much work to do but no motivation to do it, oh well. Hope you all have a lovely week :)

just want to thank everyone for the support , AF arrived in full early this morning, i was upset at first, but i am being positive and thinking well at least it wasnt a 40- 50 day cycle, like i have had previously.

Sorry af is showing up for u to Tina, lets hope this cycle we can get our much wanted sticky bfp together.

I think this cycle, im not going to concentrate to much on bd every second day, but instead im going to concentrate on dropping 5 kilos, i have my sis wedding at the end of sep and i have to have my dress altered, so would be nice to have shed a few kilos in the process.
Im thinking of haveing my tat finished, i have been putting it off till i loose weight, its been 8 yrs now that i have put it off, so i thought i might as well get it done anyway, and i have a hair dye here i need to put through, so ill do that too.
Take my mind off ttc, for a while.

I am attempting to use a whipper snipper today for the first time..I had to borrow uncle shanes because DH has not taken ours in to get fixed....its been 2 YEARS now...We have been in this house for 1 year and the edges are looking like the ghetto..Also he never mows the lawn...

I know he works alot..but why do I have to spend every day doing work around here!!! It's driving me MAD!:wall:

Anyway...I dont know how to change the cord of the thing, and Im sure Ill have some bruises from things flying up at me but Im just going to wear goggles and trackpants and hope for the best...

Any last words of advice for me?

Coco - My words of advice, don't do it!!!! I hate whipper snippers, i mow the lawn, DH whipper snips. Good luck and hope you still have all your fingers and toes :) hehe

Sparkles- I hope the acupuncture gets you back on track too. I did it for a while, it felt good but no real results for me.

TinaR-Hope the lingery party went well. Yes you are right I think Pink would be areally cool person to hang out with she has so much energy.

afm- I'm at home this morning as first two clients cancelled, wished I'd checked the answer machine before I went in the office then I could have slept in, still pretty tired after my big weekend plus out late at a friends last night too, damn social life cutting into my sleep time :lol:

Coco- mow that lawn! I'm sure you can figure it out. I have only had to do it a couple of times although have struggled every time. For some reason I always forget to flick the switch on the lawn mower and stand in the back yard trying to get it started by pulling that stupid cord for 20 minutes before DH decides to help. Great news about the arrival of AF, it seems they must have gotten it all.

Sunbeam- Pink would have been awesome. I wish I had of gone when she was in Melbourne. I have some friends who went and said she was better than Robbie Williams. He was very good so she must have been great. Very jealous! Hope you are able to recover from your hectic weekend soon. How's the excercise going? You mentioned you were going to start this week.

Anila- sorry about the arrival of AF, although sounds as though there is a silver lining with your cycle being shorted this time. If you think you might have endo trust your gut and see someone. Unfortunatley we know our bodies better than others, although some of us are very confused by our bodies at the moment.

KatCat- has AF shown up? I'm eager to hear some positive news. If she has good luck with the IUI next month.

Sparkles- I have a meeting with a Chinese Dr this Friday- I am so excited, hopefully she can help. Although I am feeling a little nervous about the acupuncture part.

Tina- Hope your day today has been awesome, especially in comparison with yesterday.

AFM- Still waiting for the arrival of AF, although I haven't tested since last Friday I'm still not hopeful of a BFP, I guess I will try to hold out testing until Friday this week. I am feeling as though she is coming. Like everyone else I am a little confused by my cycle. Since the D&C my cylces have been- 33, 30, 34, 30, 34 days. Based on the US I had a few weeks ago it seems I ovulated about 18 days ago, which seems like a long luteal phase. I guess there is a chance that I might not have ovulated at all so I am now regretting not accepting the 21 day bt from my Dr when she offered it to check if I o'd. She convinced me that I probably did because my cyst was described as a corpus luteum in my report, although I know if is difficult to differentiate b/w corpus luteum cysts and follicular cysts on US. I regret not asking more q's to the Dr who did my U/S. My boobs feel heavy (which is common before AF) and are a little sore (but I did body pump again yesterday so that could explain that). Please help me to hold off testing until Friday, it seems when I get my hopes up and test it comes up BFN then I get AF that same day. I feel like I waste alot of tests.

Again sorry about my long post and rant, I really am feeling pretty good despite my head being in overdrive. Hope you are all awesome.

Joshsmum: lol...your head being in ocerdrive..I could never have said it better myself! it is so true of how we think and act. We 'know' all the symptoms etc but unfortuneatly so many could be either :(

Anila and Coco: I think I am a day or two behind you so we will be in the tww about the same time :) Coco: stay away from the snipper! Anila: BD when you want! its fun that way and can often give you the result you need. I have started looking at the week that I should and try to be home around then, if we bd, we do, if we don't then I have decided there is always next month...till RB hits then I'm all depressed :rofl: friggen psychotic TTC ladies we are :)

Sunbeam: lingerie party is not till this weekend, only three girls this party :( but it is getting the name out there lol. A friend in Melb has offered to have a party so the trrip is all tax deductible lol. And your lesson learnt is??? check the asnwering machine..sleep is awesome :lol:

I'm having a BIG "I want a baby day"! Since my weight gain yesterday my focus has shifted again to having a baby... I'm still calorie counting but my brain is half thinking about that and half thinking about a baby again :rolleyes: I really wanted to stay 100% focused on loosing weight to keep my brain off wanting a baby so badly, especially since we can't even start trying for like 6-7 weeks (depending when AF shows up again) :wall: AND to rub it in when I get back from my lunch break there will be 5 cutie pie kids coming in and one baby....

Subeam that sux about going in to find clients have cancelled.... did you at least take it easy and get on BB heheheh :p

Hello my lovelies i was having a good day my ferral's are at school my eldest son is in hospital after his op it went well and his father is with him as my son is staying with him for a while because he is going through the 16 yr old nightmare stage and DH and i are sitting here suffering as we got our DNA kit's in the mail yesterday and had to stick our finger's and soak two test pad's with our blood yuk now our finger's are sore after the repeated proding to get enough blood (ouch!) so all the blood work is now under way we just have to wait until they develope our probe and we can start i just have to not get pregnant natrually so i'm back to being careful now let's pray they find the probe quick they reacon 8 week's but i hope a bit sooner it seem's like time is going a bit quicker now i'm not ttc and testing all the time.

Cherished-i have i wan't a baby day every day it is hard but i can see i light at the end of a really dark tunnel now i hope you will to.

Tina-my work has put a block on our internet use they are party pooper's.

Josh'smum-hope you get that BFP.

Sunbeam-you certain do have a social life i'm jealous.

I used the snipper..I was cranky at the look of the yard, it was embarrassing lol

I know im not really trying this month but i did do a opk yesterday and got a positive so cant not try now! Has been nice not taking my temp though. Last month ff said i o'd on cd12 and this month its cd20. Is it normal for it to change so much?

Coco - you are very brave using the whipper snipper. I used to have one but was always worried id hurt myself. Now my dh does all the outdoors work... and some of the indoors work too. He even makes me french toast and hot chocolate for breakfast most mornings. Im super spoilt.

Sunny - How are you feeling? Is it feeling real for you now??

Anila - How are you doing today? Have you decided if you are going to see the dr about suspecting you might have endo??

Ferrals - 8 weeks will go very fast. Im glad your ds's operation went well. Ouch for your fingers!

Cherished - I can imagine it must be hard looking after babies. You do a great job! I hope you can get your focus back on your weightloss if thats what you want and hopefully a surprise BFP will come your way when you least expect it.

Well yet another client has not shown up, what is it with people today? I shouldn't whinge cos now I get an early mark but really I need the money!!!

Josh'smum- have not done any exercise yet! Have been sticking to my diet really well and have lost 3.2kg which I am really happy about. Not feeling inspired to exercise (except in the bedroom!!!;)) DO A TEST if you are dpo18 just do it PLeeeeeease :D

Cherished- I'm not good at hating myself fat or not so I had to write myself a list of positive reasons to lose weight like the fact that it might help me conceive, I'll have less to lose after the baby etc so they are all to do with getting pg anyway :lol:

Ferrals-Glad to hear son's op went well. Sore fingers is a side affect to TTC I'd never have expected. :D Hope the test results come back quickly.

Sunny-good to see you I hope you feel more and more sure of your pg each day.

Maddison- o'ing on cd20 is not so odd mine has ranged from cd17 to cd25 since i've been charting. So glad you got positive OPK and are going to try. Nice pic too by the way. What a cute bunch we are :D

Havnt been on in a few days but ive been haveing the best week :D
On sunday Hubs let me sleep in!! When I fineally got up he had a coffee brewed for me and had Boo up and dressed and fed etc etc
So we had a big clean day and he helped me out with all of it :O
THen on monday He took me out to the shops and bought me some hair curlers, a new hair dryer, new make up, we had lunch, and a lil black dress to go out on a date with him in (I felt really self concious about my thighs in such a short lil number but he told me i looked great and i figured its good motivation to lay off the chocs and keep walkin.. hehe)

I dont know why hes being so amazing lately.. But today my mum showed up and shouted us to the movies to see "drag me to hell" HAHA corniest horror movie! so much fun to giggle at! :p Then she shouted us to coffee and lunch and bought me another dress with some black tights (made me feel a little better bout the thighs and white chicken legs :p)

can i spell spoilt? wtf!

so Ive had an amazing weekend and totally took my mind off stressing that I cant seem to make a baby..

So we're officially back in the race with a brand new mnth to do the BD :D

Havnt jumped on the scales yet to c how im doing but hopefully not too bad..

Hello beautiful ladies,

No persies for me today but I just wanted to let everyone know that due to Sunbeams persuasion I did a pg test first thing this morning :bfp:. It was quite faint, but definitely there.

I am so shocked and surprised. I called DH (as he starts work really early) and asked him if he wanted the good or the bad news. Of course he wanted the bad news first so I told him that his wife was about to get to a new level of neurosis because this morning I got a BFP. Now I'm at a completely new level of anxiety.

I just want to say that whilst I have only been at this thread for a short time, when I first arrived here I was at a level of despair that I had never experienced. All of you gorgeous ladies have helped pull me out of it. And over the last couple of weeks I have felt my old self returning. I have been feeling really positive, and I think it is because of the positivity of all you ladies on this site. It's funny, you guys are the the second people I have told- after DH, and probably the only people. We have decided to keep it quiet this time.

Hugs and kisses to all of you, if its ok with you all I might lurk here for a while longer.
