Hi Girls,
Chickybabe-Congratualtions :happyforyou:that is fantastic news. Sooo happy for you.
Sammyp- So sorry to hear you've been bleeding again. Has it stopped? When do you see the Dr.?:crossfingers::comfort:
afm-I was in tears yesterday as I was so sure AF was on her way. I'm still sure she's coming and it is hitting me really hard this month. We're in our 19th month TTC now and 2 years feels like it is looming really close. If AF not here by Wed I will test but I'm not going to waste a test till then just to see another BFN.
Chickybabe: CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
Sammy: Please let us know how you go...I still have my fingers, toes, knees and eyes crossed for you that you still have your bub
Hi to everyone else....not meaning to be rude, just have a personal post I want to make.
I was at a friends place the other day and she said that low vitamin e can cause early mc?? Anyway, I've gone and got some vitamin e, taking elevit and using spirulina as well. hoping my bding this month pays off and all my drug taking helps to make a sticky bub.
woohoo! congrtz chickybabe that was quick you just came to this thread and a BFP already.
Sunbeam-i have my finger's crossed RB stay's away for you and wed is your day.
AFM-had my 1st day of IVF appt came home exhausted with a bag full of goodie's heaps of ultrasound and pathology form's and prescription's for all my medication's they are going to start me on a short cycle (orgalutran) very exspensive $90 an injection plus the FSH and trigger injection's :o:o and tomorrow we go back for another day of appointment's then we are all set to start as soon as the scientist's gives the thumb's up that our probe is ready in 8 week's;) i can start on day 1 of my cycle so it's all happening and going pretty quick now just this stupid probe we are waiting for and i also found out the government got there way the medicare rebate is being scraped for ivf in jan so it looks like will just make it in time for one maybe two cycles if nothing goe's wrong.
Chicky babe -=- CONGRATS! :D all the best with ur pg hope it gets u a sweet lil bubsy at the end of it all!!
Sammy -=- Whats going on? How are you?
Sunbeam-=- I hear you.. I think we are also in about our 18-20th month.. There abouts anyway. And I also see the 2 year mark as such a bring down.. I also dnt hold too much hope out for this mnth either.. I still havnt gotten any symptoms of either AF or pg but Ive dne two more negatives today so.. yeeaaahhh..
I know how you feel.. I guess just try to remember that its not over till RB arrives!! Thats what im sticking to till the end, so just know we can go down fighting! lol :p
AFM -=- Here are Ten reasons why Im not going to get down if AF arrives this month
- My DS started a new toilet training tactic with us on saturday.. We threw out all his nappies and started cold turkey training day and night with lots of praise ! Its day two and hes already doing wees on the big toilet and has gone two nights dry in bed :D
- I learnt how to make pastry from scratch today and made a kickass vege mince and vegetables cheese and gravy pie for dinner!
- Ive lost weight and get to go on walks everyday with our puppy
-I have a wonderful husband that supports me with everything I want to do and prefers to spend his weekends with me and DS than on bingers with his "mates"
-We are renting a pretty little house that i love more and more every day and one day we are going to buy and do up :D
- Theres nothing our doctor can find wrong with either of us and its only a matter of time b4 we have another healthy lil baby
- We have gud baby names picked out LOL
- We are all healthy
-Im lodging my "driving logbook" tomorow and fineally get to go for my liscence within the next fortnight and will be able to get us around so much easier
_Its warming up and winter is nearly over -=- I hate winter :p
Hi to everyone else! I test again in 2 or 3 days so... wish me luck
RB isnt here yet, so Im going to stash some hope for later!
Sad to say baby is no longer. I rang my doctor this morning and she told me to go the the hospital as I am RH negative and therefore need to have a shot if I bleed while I am pregnant. I got there at 3 this afternoon and didn't get home until 11.00 at night because they were so busy. They did a blood test and confirmed that my HCG levels were almost 0. It was what I had feared from the beginning. It always seemed odd that all the pregnancy tests I did were so pale whereas with my other two pregnancies they got noticeably darker with every day.
Sammy- I am so so sorry that this happened sweetie. :comfort: I know that there is nothing anyone could say at this point, but I hope you know that we are all here for you. The only thing that comforted me was knowing that my babies would never have to experience the pain of this life. Your sweet little angels will always be watching over you. I'm sorry Sammy :( Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help you through this.
Hi Everyone,
Well I went away for the weekend and didn't have access to the internet. Wow I have missed alot. I am always lurking, checking up on how all of you lovely ladies are doing.
SammyP: I'm so sorry for you :grouphug:. You are in my thoughts.
Chickybabe: Congratulations on your BFP:dance:
Sunbeam, KyraWolfe, Tina: :crossfingers: for your testing soon.
Hi to Ferals, Coco, Sunny, Tanya, Hannah, maddison, eliselouise, milly, zstar, anila and anyone else I might have missed.
oh Sammy, i am so very sorry hun.
We are all here for you if you need any of us.
Take care hun.
Oh Sammy :( Heaps of (((hugs)))
Ferrals.... how exciting!! You are going to be so busy in the coming weeks you are going to have a transfer before you know it! I hope the meds treat you well.
Good Luck testing Kyra :) We are toilet training atm as well. She is doing brilliantly! I believe that if you are going to TT than you have to get rid of the nappies except for bed time.... Sounds like you are going to go very well!!
9DPO here.. and I haven't even thought about testing!! Don't want to get my hopes smashed by a solitary line.... It's DD#4's 2nd BDay on thursday.... kinda tempted to test then... we'll see.
xx
sammy i am so sorry to hear your news. lost for words. you take good care of yourself. lots of love and hugs from me.
hi girls
i have been lurking most days and keeping up with most of what is going on.

big hi to anila, maddison, hannah, tinar, chickybabe, humanbean, lauren, joshsmum and anyone else i have missed.
afm - all going ok at this stage. just taking one day at a time and not getting ahead of myself. 8wks 3 days. life can change in any moment - for better or for worse. heard the baby's heart beat yesterday. massive. such a long way to go....
take care.
:( Hi Ladies -
I havent left yet and at this stage i dont think i will be going anywhere.
Please send me LOTS of :stickyvibesgirl: and
Late yesterday afternoon i started having a light brown discharge. Last night i had a tiny amount of really dark discharge.
Today i have more light brown discharge and my tummy cramps are getting stronger.
Also - apart from the tummy cramps - i dont feel pregnant today - boobs arent sore anymore and i dont feel queasy.
This isnt looking good....
I cant believe this is happening....
:stickyvibesgirl:
oh no chickybabe, im sending u heaps of sticky vibes and positive thoughts, i hope bub stays tight.
we are all here for u hun.
:stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesgirl:
CB Don't give up.... go and put your feet up, get some rest. Did you DTD last night?
:stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesgirl:
Oh Chickybabe - I am so sad to hear that this is happening. I hope you still have a positive outcome. I will be thinking of you.
Sammy -=- so sorry hun ((hugs)) are you going to have a break or keep trying?
Chickybabe -=- :( Good luck.. hope its not what you think it is
Its so sad to see all the losses lately :(
Hi top everyone else *waves* hope those who r pg stay that way and those who are ttc get tat way AND stay that way too ..
AFM.. Just did another BFN today.. sigh.. still not due yet so there is still hope.. tho every BFn I do closer to the date convinces me further this is just another month.. But im sticking to what I said. Im not letting it get me down, Ive got too much going for me atm.
Im lodging my log book today and going for my driving test in a couple weeks when they approve it!
So excited about that!
DS's training is going wonderfully! 3rd night in a row hes kept his bed dry! the poor lil darlin got up way to early this morning when he heard me leaving for my driving lesson, hes was so grumpy and absolutely pooped when I got back and fell asleep on my lap.
I was pondering getting a part time job if Im still not pregnant when I get my liscence, maybe do that tafe course ive been thinking about, try to move on a bit with my life and just let things go a bit and wait for it to happen by itself.. Month by month of ttc conciously is starting to take its toll on me and it has been nearly 2 years, im thinking maybe I should get on with life a bit and start some new pages.. and then when it happens it wont feel like it was such a drag getting there..
hmm.. i dont know.. Hope everyone is doing well!
Chins up girls and ((big hugs)) to everyone going through a tough time atm.. I feel for both of you chickybabe and sammy <3
Kyra
No DTD action here !
I have NEVER had this happen before and for that reason it just doesnt seem good.
TMI (again) Last time i checked (which is very regularly) the mucous has gone from thick light brown to clear/light brown ewcm.
Cramping and back ache are worrying me cause it feels just like the first day of AF (but having said that i always get cramping from very early with my other pg)
Gee - i hope it goes away and is just a blip on the radar ! :crossfingers:
Why oh why ?
Thanks for the sticky vibes ladies !
Hi Ladies,
Sammy- So sorry your baby did not stay this time, my heart goes out to you.:comfort:
Chickybabe- I so hope it is just a blip and your little bundle is sticky sticky sticky.:stickyvibesgirl:
Zstar- thanks for the mantras. I've been trying to stay positive without getting my hopes up (after my emotional crack up on sunday) Still no AF and was nauseous this morning. Will get donor daddy up in the morning to do a test if AF still not here by then.
Kyra- Loved the list. I know I have so many things to be greatful for too but all I want out of life now is a beautiful little bundle of joy. Let hope AF stays away for both of us. Good luck with the driving test too, I loved getting my licence,it brings so much freedom.
Tanya- Good luck for thursday hope your DD's birthday will brings you luck a nd a BFP.:crossfingers:
Ferrrals- sooo exciting that the IVF is all underway. Lets hope your probe is found nice and quick and you can get a few tries in before the subsidy is gone. Better still lets hope it only takes one go like my friend :D
Chickybabe as tanya said dont give up hope just yet. I know it is so hard to be positive about it when its happened before but like you said you had cramping and back ache with your other pgs too so it could just be normal? Have you got an appt to see gp as yet. Hopefully that can give you some good answers :crossfingers:
Sammy hunny hope you are doing ok, dont know that there is much we can say to try and comfort you but just remember that we are here for you and know exactly what you are going through. Hope you get through this difficult time with lots of love and support around you
Kyra stay positive for getting a bfp its not over till nasty Af shows up so hopefully she doesnt for you. A part time job sounds like a good idea, it will definately take your mind off the TTC a little bit. Good luck with getting your licence too :goodluck:
zstar glad to hear everything is going well, that is so exciting to hear the heartbeat hope this is a very sticky pregnancy for you :stickyvibesgirl:
Tanya well done with not thinking about testing, you must be very strong. That would be lovely to find out you were pg on dd's birthday and hopefully you are :crossfingers:
Ferals woo hoo for all the ivf stuff getting underway, it must be a very exciting time and thats great that youll get a couple of cycles in before the rebate is scrapped :)
Sunbeam hope you are feeling a little better today, dont give up hope untill af arrives and hopefully she doesnt, keep your chin up & :crossfingers:
Coco the pic of you and your goddaughter is just beautiful, she looks like a real cutie. Glad she liked you straight away
TinaR havent heard that about the low vitamin e, but it could be possible. Hopefully all the drug taking works for you!
Hello to cherished, snugglybean, anilla, maddison, josh'smum, hannah, superstarmumsy, sunny and anyone else i have missed.
AFM not too much happening here, still trying to work out what is happening with my cycles so i can try and work out when i ovulate. Can anyone tell me a good brand of OPK's to use. I thought i might give them a go and see if that helps at all. Was gonna start temping too but keep forgetting to do it first thing in the morning GRRR i have a terrible memory. Anyway better go, have to head off to work and really cant be bothered, so nice and warm sitting inside with the heater going, too cold outside.
Talk soon :hello:
Elise-I get my ov tests from Fertility Solutions (have used mums the one site too) on the net the brand it Ovunow I've found them pretty good and pretty cheap too. The temping thing becomes second nature eventually. I even dream that I've woken up and taken my temp. When I do wake up I can even remember what time and temp was in my dream. Think I've been doing it way too long!!
Hello everyone.
Chickybabe: Please don't lose hope just yet. Just try and take it easy. everything is ok.
Sammy: Hope you are doing ok. I'm sure you will find all the love and support you need from the gorgeous ladies on this thread.
Kyra: You sound exactly how i was feeling last month before my BFP, it's not over until AF comes to visit. Good luck with getting your licence
Ferals: Good luck for the IVF, :crossfingers: you get your BFP before the before the rebate is scrapped
Sunbeam: nausea sounds very promising. for a BFP for you this still this month.
Hello to cherished, snugglybean, anilla, maddison, hannah, superstarmumsy, sunny and anyone else i have missed.
AFM: Well had my first ob appt yesterday, saw the heartbeat. Nearly started crying when it was first detected- silly I know. I was so nervous before my appt, that my ob decided to do the US before taking my BP. BP was still 140/60 when he did take it, he wasn't so concerned about it as the bottom measurement was fine, he said the top measurement is more likely to be elevated due to anxiety. I was certainly anxious. I had loads of cysts on my ovaries, more than when I had a pelvic US the month before we got our BFP. Ob suggested that it could be due to the changes in hormone levels, but we will have to monitor them. Apart from that he was happy enough not to see me again until 13 weeks, so I guess pretty good news. I wasn't sure of the right time to post this, but thought the thread could do with some good news of some sorts.
Hope your all well, and I will be lurking until my next post.

 December 2008 (11 weeks)
Chickybabe- I am praying that everything is okay with your little bub. I think it was Sunny who had brown discharge a couple weeks ago and everything turned out fine. Brown isn't quite as worrying as red blood, but I'm sure it is still a very stressful time right now. And during my second pregnancy, my OB said not to worry about cramping unless it is really bad. Don't lose hope! Saying lots of prayers for you!
ZStar and Joshsmum- I am so glad everything is going great so far!! I was very happy to hear that. Keeping you both in my prayers also. Isn't it amazing to hear that heartbeat? I cried the first time too. It is such a miracle to think about how tiny that little heart is to already be beating strong.
Sunbeam- Keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow!!!! It's good to hear about the nausea. (Sounds weird, but you know what I mean :) )
Ellie- I've tried many brands of OPKs and they all worked great for me. I would recommend buying something cheap online because you will spend a small fortune otherwise! They have really been great for me and I would definitely suggest using them if you are unsure of what's going on with your cycle. I spent a few months trying to figure things out on my own, then I tried temping (which was too frustrating for me, but I know a lot of women swear by it), and finally gave in and tried the OPKs and I'm so glad I did. It's good to take the guess work out of O time
:hello: to everyone else! Hope you are all doing okay. It seems like so many of you are in the TWW at the moment. Keeping my fingers crossed to see more BFPs soon!
AFM- I'm still waiting for a positive OPK after my miscarriage. I went in last week and still had an hcg level of 24. It's been six days now, so hopefully it's back to zero, but I'm going back in tomorrow to have it checked. I know I won't ovulate until it's all the way back down, but I've been testing everyday just to make sure I don't miss my window. For anyone who had their hcg levels checked after m/c, how long after it returned to zero did you ovulate?
Sammy, I am really sorry to hear about your baby. Look after yourself.
Hannah, I will let you know when I get to zero! Last week I was at 4.9, which is almost as good as zero, don't seem to have ovulated yet. (Although looked like my body was trying last month!)
I dreamed that I was taking my temp the other night, but that my thermometer came up with a reading "too hung over"! I had a pretty big night on Saturday - What else am I going to do for the next 4 months? :D
oh Sammy & chickybabe :comfort: be kind to yourselves and your dh's, I am so very sorry for your loss Sammy and I know how worried you must be CB but don't give up! xo
eliselouise thanks for thinking of me hon :) I get the OPK & pg tests from ebay in bulk, they are really cheap and work great for me... temping is also great, maybe set your alarm?
AFM I am in the fertile zone I guess and can't wait ovulate for the 1st time since my mc and I am really hopeful I will get a BFP and a sticky bub....
:hello: hello everyone else
Snuggly- that's hysterical
Josh'smum- so good to hear everything is going so well, please never feel bad for coming and bringing us good news.
Cherished- glad you are back in fertile land hope your sticky bundle is coming soon. Well done on the weight loss too.
Chickybabe....I know ow you feel. I too had a similar discharge and contractions very early on in this prg and I believed I was beginig to m/c. My DR believes that if the discharge is not a red flow then its probably just normal. In sayig that getting blood tests done is always the go...its a clear answer. My discharge ad contractions were put down to my growing and stretching uterus. Try not to worry just yet, even tho I know I would be too. Im hoping you dont get that dreaded red flow :( My thoughts are with you.
Sammy im so sorry that you are going through this again. My heart breaks for you and your family. I hope you have a lot of support and love around you and know we are always here for you if you need to chat, vent, cry. Anything you need.
