Sweetheart what a lovely suprise!!!!! May your little bub have the same name as you, a Snuggly Bean. Sticky vibes to you and BabyBean!!!!!
Am sure gunna miss you around here, you and I really kicked it off all those months ago when I joined, you have been, and are such a great friend XXXXX
You have to promise to keep in touch, and let us all know how you are getting on, I wish I was joining you!!XX
Mabey next month.....................
Possums, sounds like you have been through such a hard time, honey know that we are here to help you through your rocky road of TTC, you will make some great friends here.
Ferrals honey, still no???? Sigh, mabey things are different 'down there' each month, atleast you can get some precision timing with your monitor XX If you didn't have it, you would be classing yourself just in the TWW by now and you would have missed your eggie!
Crafty you are always a help, even if you are just giving me cheek ;)
Mildez, I can handle the egg on my face, just not 5 eggs on my face!!! Yeah it would be so much more straight forward if there were only 2-3 follies there!XX
Alice darling, thank you for the kind words, yeah it is a bit hard, am totally ok with the cancellation of the cycle, knowing I just flow onto next month, (and didn't cost me more money, just costed a little time) but mabey it just has not hit me yet, not sure, but I will be totally fine.
Just hurry up AF.......AGAIN!!!!
Why is it, that all of you are wishing AF away, I seem to make a habbit EACH month of wishing her here??!! Sigh...
KitF, tell DH to 'Rock out with his C#%K out' this week!!!!! LMAO!!!! Sorry, I am seriously Laughing out loud in my kitchen reading your Rock Out comment, so I had to add a little cheek to it!!!!! Sorry!!!XXX
Darling I hope your little meltdown was a goodie, when I have them, I feel much better afterwards XX BFH to you (big fat hug X)
Putting your Angel baby in your Sig is a big step, well done XX Love to you too XX
How are you Jahzara,
THopes darling thank you XX I went and got Twilight Book yesterday as I have not read any of the books, so my month will go fast I am guessing!!XX (already chapter3!)
Sigh, so I had my Trigger Inj last night, what worries me, or doesnt worry me, is that DH and I had a cheeky lunchtime BD yesterday....hmmmm.
Oh well, it does seem like a waste of so many good eggs, but my lining will not be thick enough to support an implantation anyway.
SnugBug I got your PM but thought I'd spread my excitment all over BB :leap: Congratulations again honey!
:hello: to all you other beautiful woman in this thread, may you all get your BFP's really soon!
Hey Kit and Muzz, how about "Jam out with your Clam out" week?
lovely murraycod - dig yourself deep into those books and let them take you away to their world! Its so romantic in there! Fall in love with Edward all over again! :bd: These books saved me and I'd already read them once, I hope they help you too!! xx
morning everyone,snugglybean-Congratulations!!!possummagic-sorry you've suffered a loss, pleased you've decided to join in chatting just doing that is a big step,i lurked for ages..
Snuggly: LMAO!!! Love it!!
Murraycod: Edward (and Jacob) do wonders for passing the time xoxo I don't know whether to say good luck for the cheeky BD or Oh C***! I'm a hugbug so thanks for the hug!
Possum Magic: Sorry for what brought you here, but we're happy to have you xo Looking forward to getting to know you
Ferrals: Conceiving on Abbi's B'day sounds lovely, I really hope it happens for you! Fingers crossed!!
AFM: Well obviously I'm jamming out. Well, as soon as DH gets home anyway!
Oooh! And I got some more news about my SIL - not preg. Bloods came back neg, so not sure if she got an evap line or if she and my brother had a fight (she has done that before, said she was preg to stop an argument). Um, I'm really really relieved, but feel a bit bad for being so happy she's not preg? Oh the conflict! Still very happy to perform a pre-emptive vasectomy with the pram. When it's finished doing the rounds (the pram of justice, lol!)
Kit, I think Pram of Justice is a very good idea. WTF? What is that about - saying you're preg to stop an argument? Is that not a massive light bulb and siren saying "Something's WRONG here!" It is very like my friend who is getting pg to save her relationship. Her DF is so lovely too - gambling prob or otherwise, I'm sure he just does it cos he's stuck with HER.
Anyway, now you just need to get in first
Hey everyone,
Hope you are all well. Im ok. Its been 5 weeks today. Cant believe its been 5 weeks already.
AF arrived tuesday night. hmmm. Im off to get a book at the shops today (diary sort of thing) to keep tack of everything. I usually dont but i thought i will this time. I have a bit of stomach pain. Im guessin its AF pain.... But i dont usually get it so i dont know.
Hope all is ok :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy: foreveryone..
I want to try.. now. Thinking properly though. It is my first proper AF since its happened. Its so hard. Some say they have had succesful pregnancies after and not waited and others say that they havent. So many mixed thoughts. what to do.. what to do....
CONGRATULATIONS Sunglybean!!
Thats great news!! YAY TO YOU!!:clap:
CONGRATULATIONS SNUGGLYBEAN
I am so so so so happy for you hun, that is just the best news!!!
Hello ladies,
Really quick post cos I've got work to do.
Congratulations Snuggly that is so awesome feels like we haven't had a BFP in here for soooo long :happyforyou:
Murrycod- so sorry your cylce got cancelled. 5 eggies OMG I rarely got one on clomid you must have super active ovaries, mine take 75 of pergoen daily just to get one. Lets hope your sneaky lunchtime Bd gets you a sneaky BFP.
KitF- yes I'm sure your DH is finding it a terrible sacrifice to have to Bd everyday  Go with all the rolling and jamming LOL. So good to see Splat on your signiture.
Possum- It sounds like you have had a horrible jouney so far. Here's hoping it is smooth sailing from here on in and a BFP soon on the horizon.
SPF- 9 weeks that's awesome babe keep up the stickyness
Ferrals- A BFP from conception on Abbi's birthday would be so beatiful and so deserves :crossfingers:
YAYAYAYAYAYA Snuggly, so happy for you:loveshower:
Sending all the :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy: to you!!!!
Ferrals - I hope that egg is on its way! it would be lovely if you caught an egg on Abbi's Birthday......
Murraycod - So sorry to hear your transfer had to be cancelled, but maybe that sneaky lunchtime BD will land you a BFP :crossfingers:
MissK - I know how you feel about wanting to try now, I have just got first proper AF after D&C and i wish time would go quicker so we can get back to TTC.
Everyone else, sorry I dont have time to do personals, but i have my fingers crossed for all of you to get the best christmas present ever!!!!! to you all!
AFM - Not a lot happening with me, Af is surprisingly heavy, which after the D&C i wasnt expecting, I hope she can go and stay with someone else soon!!!!
Hi ladies - got this joke today and gave me a giggle so i thought i'd share it!
How to select a password....
During a recent password audit at a company, it was found that a
receptionist was using the following password:
"MickeyMinniePlutoHueyLouieDeweyDonaldGoofySacrame nto"
When asked why she had such a long password, she said she was told that
it had to be at least 8 characters long
and include at least one capital.
Hair Color unknown
Not far off something I would do! Yep - Im a blondie!! hehehehehhe!
Hope you had a nice day gals! xx
This 2WW is killing me! HELP! What can I do! Keep lookin in my diary to see how many days till i test!!! Got a sore tummy, maybe a bug and the runs :o, not helping cause its making me cranky!!!
Hey T-hopes, this is some of the "Murphy's Law" approach I took to the last TWW:
- walk to the shops (I picked one that was quite far) and buy an econo-sized box of tampons
- also buy (at the shops or online) heaps of HPTs
- a new non-maternity bra?
- sign up for a massive sports challenge that occurs after your test date. (I have just been in to the office to try and cancel my entry for the mountain climb this weekend)
- buy some champagne, your favourite kind, to celebrate the start of your next cycle.
I did pretty much all of these, and a few more. And now can't use any of them!
Congrats Snuggly - that's fabulous news! Awesome :-)
Snuggly
:happyforyou:
A BFP well I told you so it was the smelling bit that made me think you must be UTD my sense of smell is so great when Im pg so thats what it is girl !
So I guess now your on cloud 9 well honey you deserve it, we are gonna miss the SVN channel as I am sure it will be resting for a good while then it will be turning BLUE and waiting to let out your bub ! enjoy your pg and keep in touch your sure gonna be missed in here !
Murraycod well girl you did the deed good on ya I think you should do it again and again just to make certain I am with ferrals whats the chance of all 5 being fertilized maybe 2 or 3 but that would be doable don't you agree ! I said a big family in one hit if you remember last week !
T hopes looks like snuggly started the ball rolling now its your turn next and then ferrals and murraycod with her triplets and then maybe me wow its sure turning out to be an exciting month in here !
Goodluck to all in the TWW and :bluedust::pink-babydust::bluedust::pink-babydust:
TO ALL OF US !
just poping in to say Congrats SB~ you get to escape!!!
well done!
and wish me luck i am going to buy some sticks lol
Snugglebean-congratz lets hope a few more of us get to follow real soon.
AFM- i was naughty and used one of my CBFM wee sticks as a opk and the LH line was really dark so my LH has surged while i was at work as this mornings was not so dark so my peak has hit we can BD to our hearts content thank god.
Snuggly - WOOOOOHOOOOO!!! That is such FANTASTIC news - congratulations gorgeous woman and you absolutely have to stay and entertain us with more SVN and keep our spirits up and cheer us all one. Yahhh!!!!
Good luck everyone else waiting in line to test!!
Possum - so sorry you have had a long road and a difficult one - my goodness, 3 D&Cs, you poor thing. I'm glad you have joined us - it's a crazy lovely bunch in here and everyone has been through something different so there is always someone who understands and we all empathise. Hugs for your EDD.
MissK - it's been nine weeks tomorrow for me and I remember just how you are feeling now. It is still a very raw time and it will get better. I have days and moments when I feel v. upset still but generally feel like I'm getting through it.
Hi everyone. I've been told off for all this computer time so will have to keep this brief sorry.
AFM, wore my new top to work today (started a new job just two days a week for the next three months) and someone asked me if I was pregnant. I teared up straight away and they were so embarrassed and I was embarrassed for it but it just caught me off-guard. Every week as Friday approaches I find myself counting the weeks I would have been.
Enjoy the Twilight fix MurryCod - nothing like a bit of escapism to distract us! Glad you are feeling OK about the delay.
Bye now,
Alice x
:leap: Snuggly, great news! i am sooo pleased for you! i really hope you have a h&h remaining 8 months! :) :confetti:
t-hopes liked the joke!
KitFaerie thank goodness your sil is not preggers. i can't believe she would use this as an excuse or for whatever reason, if she was not pregnant. just make sure you keep the pram as a back up... :)
ferrals hope the surge means you bd at the correct time. good luck for 2 weeks time.
murraycod, you are brave... let's see what happens in a few weeks, you might have multiples on the way :)
i hope snugglys good news was the start of things to come. i hope things happen in threes.
Will I pray for twinnies for you Murraycod? That shouldnt be high risk right? I've seen a few triplets but they have been abit scary so should it be two I'll put in my prayers?
Wooohoooo!!!!! got my peak on my CBFM this morning we DTD last night and will toninght and tomorrow and then i am in the TWW finally.
You wont hear from me over the weekend DH and i are going to spend some time togther for Abbi's 1st Bday and then go to my nieces 18th i hope i get through this weekend without any tears i will take murrycods advice and think of it that Abbi is happy and healthy where she is no pain and suffering down here she is in a better place for sick babies Thanks! murrycod.
Have a fantastic weekend and i will talk monday.
Ferrals darling, I pray that his weekend is more of a release for you, than a sad one XX
You will be in my thaughts tomorrow, and I will be lighting that candle I promised you XXX
Snugglybean I do hope you feel ahhhh GREAT today!! Do you feel anything?? Because you know how we obsess with all that TMI stuff!!
THopes, loved the little joke, brightened my day!X
You an go mad with me XX
Crafty, yeah I remember what you said, hmmm do you have psycic powers??
Alice, sprry you had that dreaded question asked, you know it's funny hey, someone asks you a question that makes you feel like crapoli, but you then spend the next 15minutes consoling them, that you are fine. Hmmm. Have a lovely relaxing weekend honey X
:) Mildez, scares me a little that we DTD that day, but weirdly excites me also, I thaught about doing the BD last night, but TBH, I am tooooo sore!!
Seriously feel like an explosive has gone off in my girly bitts area, and am now feeling a little constipated with it all
And as you know the WORST thing of all??? Having the 5000iu of Pregnyl, I can't even POAS if I so desperately wanted to next week, because it will come up positive no matter what the real answer...sigh...
Mabey I could go buy a pee stick and pee on it, just for the entertainment of seeing that 2 lines do exist, and they arent just a myth!!!!
Mummyof4, mabey I could pee on some sticks for you then send them in the mail???!!! They'd be second hand of course, but they will have 2 lines on them! Oh the drugs we take
Good luck in your tww honey XX
Bons my first AF after MC was terrible, hope it starts to treat you well for the weekend XX
Sunbeam, I was very suprised to see that I had 5 follies in therr, like, I knew I was sore, but what a shock. I almost think it is suck a waste of so many good eggs!!
When I was doing the IUI treatment, oh, awfull, I had so much trouble getting a big follie, as a lot of girls remember here, not 1 month was the same as the last, I think my last IUI was done on day 24 of my cycle, just waiting for a darn follie to grow. Now look!!
Have a good weekend all XXX
Ferrals i hope that this weekend is a calm and peaceful weekend of happy memories of your beautiful girl.
Murraycod if you have 5... can i have one? lol i can pass on the 2nd hand sticks too, i have my own, pity they only have one line on them.
Alice- I got asked when i was due the day i went to the hospital to pick up my baby girls ashes... i was actually holding them in my hands when i was asked... i too ran off crying. i think people should mind their business some times
SPF- where are you at? i know you just posted but you didnt include anything about you!! lol
AFM- i am so devistaed i POAS and it is a BFN i know i am not due till monday so it could be too early but i have had 3 spots of blood... i think maybe she is coming early. I was so sure ths month was it, super tired and feeling crappy, sore boobs and soooo emotional. It has never taken me so long to get pregnant before i just dont know why we have to be punished twice iykwim. i am stressing a little that i might not get pregnant again and i am sooooo sick of living my life in 2 week blocks. in 10 days it has been 6 months since i found out Kyarna's little heart had stopped beating and then she was born the next day.... 6 months since i have held her and i dont think i am doing all that well with it.... i just want to be able to think about something happy arghhh that is not coming out the way i want it too lol
anyway i better go got to take the munchin to school!
~mummyof4~ so sorry that the stupid test was a BFN. But your right it could be too early. As for feeling like you have been punished twice I feel exactly the same. Its been 6.5months since I lost my wee little baby (or it was surgical removed as I see it with my fertility) I am grieving for not just the bubs I have lost but my fertility (as my tube was also removed at the time) it really stinks. I am sure it will happen for you soon just unfortunately that hasnt been in the time frame you would expect or want. It can be a real insult to your body to give birth at any gestation so it can take some time to get back to how you were before. I hope thats happened now and your about to get another BFP.
murraycod I'd be a wee bit excited also. Then if its a BFP you will be very anxious at that first scan counting heads. Hope this it it for you (just not 5) I only say that as I know the risks to you and bubs. But honestly what are the chances of that many? It would have to be a miracle or 5! I so hope this is it. Can you take any herbs or something to help the lining? I dont know much about lining thicknesses so can't help you there or suggest anything.
CD6 for me. Another 8days just til I have fertility signs.
Ferrals have a happy peacful weekend I managed to get through mine so I hope you do too, yay for pos fertility I am wondering if mine is working but its only day 10 for me and all my sticks look the same big fat blue line on the left nothing only the tinyest hint of a line on the left, oh well time will tell maybe this time next week on day 17 for me who knows.
Murraycod well I do sometimes think of things and then later on they happen just as I imagined so maybe I am a little bit physcic ( cant spell sorry ) I also dream of people no longer here and they normally have a message for me ! so who knows !!!!!!!!!
Mumof4 I hear you its been 6mnths for me also and its not getting any easier I keep busy with the kids I have at home but there is still that emptyness I feel every morning, I too wonder why we have to be punished but hey we are not alone so lets get through this together and try and be positive,
Had this link sent to me and found it very interesting I wonder if anyone else will so incase you will I have added it
I want to get pregnant now: This Little Device Can Boost Your Chance of Getting Pregnant!
Maybe the answer to me getting UTD
speak later :)
Ferrals: Good luck for the weekend sweetheart, remember the good! Take deep breaths and think about the future xo (And BD away!)
Mildez: I find the first 2 weeks really restful, no signs to read til O starts, enjoy the bit of peace that comes before the craziness starts! Really hope this is your month xo
Mummyof4: Ouch, that sucks. I think it was probably too early, when are you going to test again? I know how it feels when you feel like you have nothing positive to focus on, I'm sure you do though!
Murraycod: We'll all be waiting anxiously to see what happens over the next 2 or so weeks! Eeee!
SPF: My mother firmly believes bad things come in three's, so lets hope good things come in three's too! (uh-oh, so if Murraycod gets triplets, is that a good thing or a bad thing??)
Alice: Gah, that sucks. I still count the weeks, it's like pushing on a bruise, you know it hurts but sometimes you just can't help it. Hmm slightly machochistic! And BOO for the totally clueless person who commented! I had someone ask if I was not long after the D&C, I just said ''Not today".
AFM Oh sooo crampy! Only tiny bits of EWCM though, really hoping I O soon. Bit worried I'm having annovulatory cycles, but AF was normal length and flow. I could try something completely different and not analyse every single little thing. That could be a fun change, I'm gonna try that. OR I could do a cervix check. Decisions, decisions. Love to everyone on their own crazy journey! xo
Thank you for the warm welcome. It's nice to be in good company even if we'd all rather keep company some place else (ie in a pg forum!)
I always feel an especial 'tummy pang' when I see someone's loss date is close to mine. Don't know why. There seem to be a few anniversaries and EDDs for people around now. :grouphug: to all.
Scary Pink Fairy: It's heartening to hear when someone is pg again. Yay for a wriggly scan baby and fingers crossed for the rest of the pg.
Snugglybean: Congrats! very exciting news. Sticky vibes!
Ferrals: Thanks for your good wishes re my EDD. You are in my thoughts for your baby's anniversary.
Murray cod: I don't think i could have resisted either... even with risking a brady bunch event! And I love the idea of POAS just to bask in seeing those two lines...even if they might be drug induced!
Craftymummy: The waiting is hard isn't it? I can't believe it's been 6 months. The good thing is i didn't know back then that it would be this long and now i've already done it so hopefully we're 6mths closer to the next bub and not long to go! Love your high tech approach too!
Kitfaerie: Thanks for the welcome. I'm with you: The first two weeks of a cycle are way more relaxing than the last two cos you don't expect any symptoms, results etc.
Sunbeam: Hope your healing goes quickly and AF comes soon.
Alice: Hope things look up for you soon and you do some nice things for yourself on the days you aren't at work.
MathewsMum: yay for another lurker!
BTW: how do you all do it? I didn't want to leave everyone out but it's hard remembering who said what to whom without scrolling back over the forum lots of times. Any tips??!! Otherwise i'll have to give up my day job! 'lol'
:)
Hurray Hurray CONGRATULATIONS SNUGGLY BEAN FOR BFP. GREAT NEWS. WISH YOU A HAPPY AND HEALTHLY PREGNANCY:happyforyou:
I I am so happy for you, sending you alots of :stickyvibesboy::stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy:
look after yourself.
Helloo everyone -
Esp. MurrayCod, Ferrals, Sarah, Mummyof4, Matthew'sMum, Anita, Craftymummy, T-Hopes, Emmy,Sunbeam, Jahzara, Kristan, Alice and everyone else.
Sorry I am not posting in the forum due to heavy workload and other life chores, but i am continuously lurking here and checking everyone's health and well being.
Esp MurrayCod - How are you Darl? Read about your cycle hun, FET got cancelled, but keep on doing the BD, who knows - MIRACLES happens only on planet EARTH. Take care xoxoxx
CraftyMummy - Thanks for the infor about that Cap, are you planning to use it? let me know, i found it very interesting and comments are all +ve in that website, its also cheap as chips...
hows your monitoring on that Gizmo going on? all the best deary.
Ferralssss - how are you? i know its a nice thought to get BFP this cycle, can dedicate that too our little angels. Good luck for BD, hope :egg::pinksperm: you get BFP this month.
Cherished - good thought we all need BFP. I am already in the line.
possummagic - :welcome: to the thread and sorry about your loss. Its a good idea to share your sorrows and feelings to someone who understands and are in same boat like yourself.
Kit - thanks relaxing that you SIL is not preggo and using pregnancy as an excuse to stop an argument is not good. i dont know who ppl come with such bad idea's.
Sunbeam - how are you? hows things?
Alice - Goodluck to new job. thats bad that somebody asked you that are you preg.? it hurts, i can understand how you feel. dont worry, you will be there pretty soon.
Mummyof4 - sorry about negative result on the test. i wish AF stay away from u. take care.
Anita - how are you? how are you feeling? still exhausted, take some rest and look afteryourself.
AFM - i am good, got BFN ofcourse, now on cycle day 6, and also looking for another job (change of job and workplace).
I feel like a labour in my current job(in bank) - heaps on coin lifting, carry loads and loads of coins, which is hurting my back....i would love to get a backache with too much BD but not by lifting coins in the bank..;) so decided to look for something else, more relaxing and less stressful....sorry for whinging and whining ladies
take care all
once again - Congrats Snuggly for BFP
Possum, the only thing I can tell you that could help, is when you are replying, you can scroll down that same page so you can read over the latest posts. Tis what I have to do anyway! I have a bad memory!
OH Ric my beutiful !!!!! Sorry you got a bfn, but you are a week in a new cycle now, so hope this is the one for you!!XX Fingers crossed!
I would love to swap jobs with you. I am a nurse, have been for 12yrs, and I am starting to loathe it. I wan't to resign, but it is paying for all of my FS bills at the moment so just have to stay focused. I am now officially left out of the new pregnancy announcements at work, 2 in a week now. Everyone is looking at me, for my reaction, and have heard some giggles behind my back. I hate the place.
KitF, I have tried many times, to ignore what niggles I feel, to my demise, it is totally impossible!! Even now, I hate what my body is telling me, because deep down I know it's just the fertility druggs I have had. GGrr!!
Hope you do O this month, and on time XX
Crafty, I will get back to have a browse at the link you provided, sounds interesting!
Mummyof4, mabey you have experienced an implantation bleed?? Since you tested and got a bfn, if implantation has only just happened, the levels will almost be certainly too low to read.
A few girls have experienced implantation, a lot don't though.
I know Eliselouise got a bfn all the way up to when AF was due, and she was UTD!! So not over untill the Witch arrives full flow!XX
Mildez, my Fs told me that it was near to impossible to get my lining thick enough within the week to do my transfer, so, in saying that, I have no idea why they should be worried about me falling PG naturally (well, not naturally, but you know...) if the lining is too thin?
So as excited as I am about the large number of possible chances I have floating around inside right now, they wouldnt stick anyways.....
PLUS, why now, after 5yrs TTC, 1 MC, 3 iui's and 1 IVF attempt, would it happen now....I should just focus on next month, save the dissapointment!XX
Enjoy CD6 honey XX
Ferrals, if you get a chance to lurk, will be thinking of you XX
Snugglybean, I am desperate to know your beta levels!!!XXX Love to you X
This darn evil Trigger of Pregnyl is doing tricks on my brain, have now experienced every side effect in the book, sore boobs, peeing like a racehorse, butterflies in my tummy, grrrr, I hate Pregnyl.
Hi all,
I guess I need to join you guys now. It's all happened pretty quick.....just over a week ago I got my BFP and then on Tuesday (at 6 wks) I lost it.
Anyway, DH and I want to start TTC ASAP. My doc has said that they recommend waiting a month but I have to go and see her Mon and I'm gonna plead my case lol.
Good luck to everyone and I hope we all get BFP's really soon, and I hope that the pregnancies result in lots of lovely babies!
*gulp* sorry ms cod. I felt so rubbish today that I forgot to make an appointment. No betas til at least this time next week. If I even get them.... I have spent so much of the last year watching betas that I'm not sure if I want to. But on the other hand, I kind of want to know!
On other things... anyone taking maca root? I took powdr caps for the whole of my last cycle. Who knows if that was it, or if this was just our lucky month - but I know how it feels to be keen to try anything! Give it a go if you're keen.
Hello lovelies
Just popping in for a quickie while DH is outside having a smoke  I give up!
Ric - :crossfingers: for a new job for you with no lifting and less stress. I'm picturing you in a swively chair, giving lots of instruction to other people, and having someone bring you a nice hot cup of tea while you gaze out the window at the beautiful view. Don't know what you are doing, but that's all I can come up with tonight :) And hope this month is the one for you too.
MurryCod - and a new job for you too! ggrrrr at those horrible people.
Ferrals - thinking of you and hoping you and your DH can get through this weekend. The presentation you made for Abi was so beautiful - she is with you, of that I am certain. Just can't put into words how sorry I am that you are going through this. I hope the strength of others facing their EDDs helps you in some way. You have lots of love and support here, as you know. xx
Mummyof4 - sorry you are not doing so well. It's such a big thing to come to terms with and I know there are times when you just want a rest from the grief but it has it's own path and we just have to be gentle with ourselves along the way. I know what you mean when you say you feel like you're being punished - try not to think of it like that because you haven't done anything wrong to deserve this. I hope you get your BFP soon.
Hi to everyone. Possum and Mildez, Chody47 (welcome and sorry you had to come here but hope it helps). How are all our other lovely women? Jahazra? Sunbeam? Em? MissK? Iona-Macca? MatthewsMum? - hope all is going OK with you. Em, I hope you are feeling a bit better.
My new job is mind-numbingly boring. It is a bit of a change of pace for me so I guess it'll take some getting used to and like MurryCod, it's paying the bills so I just have to get on with it. At least I'll have time to check in here during the day and maybe keep DH off my back about all this computer time.
I had two lovely experiences today - a beautiful thoughtful email from one of my many SILs (did I mention I have 10? DH is one of 11!) after hearing from my MIL about our mc. It really was lovely. And tonight we went to visit good friends who have just had their second daughter yesterday and were really touched that they asked how we were going after the mc ion the middle of their happy excited time. We ended up having a funny conversation about baby names (they haven't got one yet!) and it was just so nice that we could talk about it without dwelling on it and share the happiness of their new baby and also a bit of sadness for our loss all at the same time. It was so unlooked for, I guess is what I'm saying, that it really touched me. A nice contrast to last weekend.
Take care everyone - hugs to all. Snuggly I'm still so thrilled we got a BFP in here - yahhh!!! Hope the poo smell is gone :)
Alice xx
Hi, I'm so glad I'm reading these posts again. This site feels homely. Read lots of your posts in the last day, so thought I better say hi.
I first registered in December.
sorry to hear Chody of your loss. Did you say that you got your positive at 6 weeks? A short lived +ve for you. so sorry.
T-hopes thanks for the light humour, What can I say?
Alice, I think I can so understand the tears at work. Those curly interactions that are so unexpected. I was all like that on Monday, just crying without being spoken to even, went home very early from work, I spoke to my boss and said I think I have ‘acopia’. I’m a nurse and that’s what we diagnose some patients with. It actually goes on our handover sheet. I just want a little bubs in my arms and was sick of caring for everyone else who have already got their children and grandchildren. A major moment. But back to work yesterday, and found I still have some credibility. I think. Gosh, hormones..
I hope I can catch up with all the lingo. It’s like learning another language. Can anyone explain RAKer? And DF? Gosh I’m a bit slow but getting impatient with my mind.
I'm about to put the next lot of money down for the down reg ICSI cycle and go again. It has been such a journey since Nov. First ever cycle and bam BFP then lost our poor darling at 11 weeks 2 days. What a roller coaster. It’s making me cry again thinking about out little “0.56” Yes that’s what we called our little one, we were making a lot of fun about names and getting all star treky with names. Just joking around. 0.56 was the 6-7 week ultrasound Crown Rump Length. So that’s what stuck. Lots of tears. :( :crying: :crying:
Despite all that I’m ready again to count some follicles and watch them grow. Don’t we love the vaginal ultrasounds? The doctors are increasing the dose this time to get more eggs, as we didn’t get any frozen bubs. :crossfingers:
Murraycod, that’s what half my discussion with my boss was about. I was loathing feeling unappreciated. We talked about me looking for a new job. Same, same Alice. My work pays the bills. Sometimes though I feel so trapped. And other times it's not so bad. Murraycod, are your work colleagues really that insensitive about you wanting to get pregnant? How do you handle that? I have handled the latest pregnanacy announcements at work by just keeping a little distance. Can’t cope otherwise. Used to feel all gooey gar gar for the girls but it’s different now. I am reminded of 0.56 each time or the fact that I’m not a Mum...... but hang on I am, just in a different way.
Mummyof4 – a big hug for you thinking about little Kyarna and fingers and legs crossed for the present.
Hey everyone ,
timeforafamily :crossfingers: Hope all works out when your ready.
Alice - Glad you were able to have the conversation and be able to feel ok about it all. Its good that you were all able to talk.

Time4aFmly, yes, the girls at my work are not the nicest bunch I have had to work with. Small town stuff, and I'm a newbie here, well, 5 yrs, but not classed as a local untill youv'e been here for 20 odd yrs and have a family, both criteria I do not qualify!XX
I have a really nice bunch of friends in town, but not work friends, they are very cose knitt, having coffee and whinging about eachother, I'd rather go down the river with my dogs and go fishing!!
I hope we can be there for eachother during this IVF craziness we go through, there is a few here at the IVF stage now, all very supportive. Good luck this time round, and may this one be the one that gives you a beutifull little baby XX
Chody, so sorry for your loss darling, it is sad you are in this thread, but welcome with open arms XX
We all totally understand your eagerness to want to start TTC again straight away, and we all wish you luck that it can happen quickly and successfully for you XX
RAK is a Random Act of Kindness, Bellybelly had a thing in Feb, that when you paid for platinum membership, you could also nominate someone to go platinum for free. It was the greatest month, all warm and fuzzy stuff!!XX
I got a RAK, and am prety sure who gave it to me..........but we don't officially get to know who, that was the idea that made it so special.
There is a thread called 'forum help and abbreviations, I had to print that page off in the beginning cuz it was like learning a new language!!
DH Dear Husband, AF Aunt Flow, BD Bed Dance, you will get the hang of it X
Snugglybean honey, TBH, I don't blame you for not getting a Beta straight away, esp after what you went through last time. Honey, am sending you fresh stickies, I know this is a strong one, hey, it rode up a mountain with you on your bike!! Fit already!!!XXX
Alice, am sooo glad you had a suprisingly graet start to the weekend, honey you deserve it XX
AFM, Pregnyl still haunting me, feel pregnant and constipated!!YAY!!!!!
Ferrals, I hope your day was not full of sadness, but a celebration that Abbi is happy and healthy where she rests now XX
Darling, thinking of you, a candle is burning on my lounge windowsill for you and your family X

Timeforafamily - I hope this next cycile you get many snow bubs, 0.56 is a unique name! when will you be able to do the next cycle?
Missk - It is hard having bad days, I hope you start to get more good days in between, how long til Af is meant to visit?
AFM - I feel like i have no control over anything at the moment, AF doesnt know if she is staying or going....wish she could make her mind up!!!!
DH has had yet another change in plans so i have to look at how that fits in with O and when he is going to be home....
