Kit - hoping that you get some news to still give you hope today......sending you big hugs.

Mathew's Mum - So sorry to hear that you are still suffering with that flu.... got to kick that one to the kerb.

Crafty - oh darl, I was really hoping.......

Alice - thank you so much for asking after me..... and my fur babies. I am a bit glum today. A cluster of sensations that give me concern based on my history, but not enough concern to have an immediate appointment or go to the hossy (from my perspective, and believe I would be doing either of those things if I thought I needed to be). Have an unscheduled reassurance appointment with the obstetrician tomorrow. As usual, once I made the appointment the cluster of sensations abated..... so that's good, but I will still keep the appointment.

On a much funnier note, we took all 3 cats to the vet for their annual check up and vaccination on Saturday. OMG it was hilarious. The 3 of them all yowled at the tops of their lungs as soon as they were in the travel crates and continued for the 30 mins car trip and THEN in the waiting room whilst we waited about 15-20 mins. They scared one cat into the back of her crate, and instigated another two to start up a racket. Strangely, they were quiet during the consult, but then as soon as they were out of the consult room the racket started again and continued all the way home. When we were in the waiting room, everyone was laughing at them. My mum says better than frowning or telling us off. We got a recording of the cacaphony and will email it to some of our cat lover friends, who might understand. I told DH it was good practice for when baby is crying in the car or in public....fur babies, wouldn't b e without them....one little boy has to go back for something to do with his teeth. Expensive, but I believe if we can't afford /or are willing to give them the proper care then DH & I shouldn't have pets. The little one in question is snoozing on the bed with me just now. He's so sweet.

Good to hear that tractor is almost sold. Bring on IVF!

    Teni - I saw Ianto's sunset picture on Carly's website - it's beautiful.

Possum, Porsche, Ionna, ChrisW, Hope and anyone else I have missed - thinking of you and wishing you all the best. I hope I haven't gotten too confused about which thread I am in at the mo.....sorry if I did.

Murray - hows it all going?

T Hopes - hiya. No funny stories for you.... sorry... maybe soon?

Ah Dory that made me laugh - I love cats, would have a whole house of them if anything happened to DH, mind you one nearly caught my little baby chicken on Friday and I wasn't loving them then! Poor little thing her heart was beating so hard I could feel it while I was holding her and trying to calm her down. I love my chickens - they all have names and are incredibly fat and happy little creatures. You probably wouldn't think so but they have very definite personalities and they crack us up doing funny things. My favourite is opening the back door and they are all there waiting for us on the door mat - I'd let them in but DH would kill me! They often go broody so I take advantage of it and give them lots of cuddles - their feathers are so soft, I just love them. Who'd have thought! I got the first three after an IVF cycle and now we have 8 - they are all weird and wonderful breeds so they give us lots of entertainment.

Hope the appointment with your ob settles your mind - can't begin to imagine how hard it must be to feel the inkling of those dreaded signs and I'm banishing them from you now with every positive thought I can muster. When is your appointment? Let us know how you go x

MurryCod - thinking of you my dear and hoping your kitty cats are giving you lots of love too

Kit - just checking in and hoping some of the girls are right re timing and that this one is just a little behind when you thought and will be catching up soon. x

Crafty - I'm sorry... I have such a strong feeling about you getting pg, maybe it'll be June x

T-hopes - hi, missed you in my last post - what's happening with you?

Forshelby - "sunday sausage" LOL - know all about those!!

Audax - lovely to see your name in here I know you are popping in to check on Kit but hope all is well with you too.

    Bye now,
    Alice x

    Hi everyone,

Just wanted to pop in and see how everyone was going. Not much action here at all. Still. Looks like Sunday isn't the only day for sausage, eh? eh? lol.....

Kit - How did you go today? Stay strong, hun. We're here for you no matter what.

This is a bit of a 'me' post so apologies in advance, but I'll make it a quicky, promise. I got another +opk today (darker than yesterday's even), so wondering if yesterday's didn't quite count? Anyway, I was wondering if it should go negative again fairly quickly, and if it does, can I assume I o'ed? I felt slightly crampy today and had a definite hard twinge on the left side. Hoping I didn't O today because I didn't end up getting my sunday sausage as planned. I've got him pre-warned for tonight though, so hopefully he won't pull an 'i don't feel like it' out of the hat. Only thing I want to see pulled out tonight comes out of pants. Haha... For now, I'm going to assume I O on day 16, which is exactly right according to my 30 day cycle length. So tonight is 'perfect' timing. I hope. Here goes nothing!

Hi to everybody else, and good luck! Murraycod- when are you testing? Reet- how are things with you?

    Hi Ladies

Forshelby - If you got a darker OPK today it means that your about to O i would count yesterday's one as a negitive. They say when you get a +OPK you are most likely going to O within the next 24-36 hours. So get that sausage sizzling!

    hey girls!

Forshelby - Porsche is right! Get your groove on tonight and tomorrow night! Happy humping!

Alice - hello! Im doing good, thanks for asking after me! Just plodding along, getting a little nervous about my op next Monday, just scared i guess that they will find something bad how are things going with you?

dory - howdy!! I stumbled across a forum the other day with an old post from you, it made me smile so much cause your pregnancy ticker was attached! It was so beautiful to see it, you are doing such an amazing job... good that you kept your appt, im sure it will put your mind at ease. let us know how you go xx

Audux - great to see your name! Hope everything is going fabulous for and the little one! xx

Iona MAcca - hope your having a nice time away!

possum - how are you?? xx

Kit - how did you go at the docs sweetness?? xx

Ferrals - how are things going with you? Dont know if your still around but im thinking of you and hope your ok xx

AFM - nurse called today to go thru all the details of my op next monday. ive been a little worried as obviously we tried this month and it may be too early to detect with urine test, so she has organised for me to have bloods done on Friday so that we are certain! Doubt that I am, not feeling anything other than still feeling crap from my UTI! Thank god the worst of that is over!

Just a question for anyone that has had a laproscopy whilst TTC.... do we have to wait a cycle b4 we try again or were you able to start right away? I guess it depends on the doc and what they find huh??
This will be my 4th lap but havent had one while we were trying so a bit unsure??

Anyway, enough about me .... how is everyone else doing???

    xx

    Hi everyone,

Sorry that i haven't posted in a week: My computer has been broken and i just got it back. Haven't had the chance to log on to belly belly (I won't do it at work because in theory they can monitor our internet use and this feels like very private stuff).

Thanks to everyone who sent birthday wishes. Had a nice family dinner and then a girls' night on the weekend (DH stayed with DD so i could go out). I was very spoilt with DH wrapping up lots of little packages for me.

Kitfaerie: I'm sorry you've had so much sadness and stress in the last week. Waiting to hear how your dr's appointment goes.

Murraycod: 1ww down, 1 to go? I second Alice's advice: cramping can be good. I got cramping for 10 days before I got BFP with my DD and it persisted for about a month. It was like period pain but low down the sides rather than all the way across my tummy.

Craftymummy: Sorry for BFN. I also am approaching 1 yr anniversay of when I last fell pg *sigh*.

Alice: i had no idea chickens were cuddly! I got this great image in my head of you opening the door and a cluster of chickens looking up at you expectantly! Good on you with your diet persistence. And thanks for the credit: I'm claiming copyright on 'in tune for June'! I agree Crafty: i hope we do not 'Cry in July'. I was thinking i'd like to be 'Fly in July' (that's some sort of slang for something cool right?!) We better fall pg by then cos nothing rhymes with August!!!

T-hopes: glad you liked your FS but sorry he has concerns about PCO. Hopefully a little of the drugs will fix you up (ie Clomid). A friend of mine with PCOS fell pregnant almost immediately on Clomid (although i know that story could be both hope inspiring and irritating!) I will wish that the days hurray up for you so you can get your testing over with (or a BFP so they can get cancelled).

ForShelby: I've also had a month where i had a second line two days running but with the first test the test line was a bit lighter than the control line and with the second test the two lines were more similar. So that was the LH surge. After the LH surge/ positive OPK i find the second line disappears by the next day

Porsche, Dory, Mathewsmum, Saffy, Loops, MsKara, Reet and anyone i might have missed: hope everything is going well. I've missed BB heaps in the week I couldn't log on and DH was clear that the second we got the computer back i was getting the first turn! Catch up with you soon x

    Hi Ladies

T-Hopes - We tried right up untill my lap. Not that it worked and we tried straight after the lap and that's when we got our BFP.

    Hi Ladies,

Just another quicky before work, will do some persies later on tonight.

I had another +OPK this morning. (FMU doesn't seem to be a problem for me.) This one is more like the first, obvious, but slightly lighter than yesterday's. I've read it's not uncommon to have 3 days of + in a row.... but now I'm getting impatient. We did get busy though, lol. And yes, that sausage was sizzling. I definitely don't feel as crampy as yesterday (so far), so I'm not sure what to think right now. I guess I timed it as well as I could.

Thanks for the advice Porsche, T-hopes and Possum magic. Possum- Should I worry (or get excited) if it's still + tomorrow?? Burrow little egg, burrow!

    Have a great day, everyone.

Alice - I love chooks too. I agree they have distinct personalities. I have never owned a chook but lots of my friends did growing up and one of my friends recently had chooks and she did a really good impersonation of each of her chooks. Hilarious. We keep our cats inside and restricted outdoors via a cat enclosure. I can't bear the thought of my precious fur babies inflicting harm on other creatures. I know its just them being true to their nature but still. ..... glad you saved your chookie.

T-Hopes - thanks. I spoke to the mods about my signautre and they said it was only an issue in current posts and not previous posts. It is pretty exciting, and pretty scary. Every day from last Wednesday is a personal best for me, so even more reason to think each day is a blessing. That's a it hard today. Dropped one of the fur babies off for a tooth extraction at the vets and I am not coping very well, which is unuusal for me. I am weepy and glum. Just about to watch a video and go to bed. Best solution for an overcast day which matches my mood!

T Hopes - can't help with the tcc after a lap. My friend had one recently, I think she just waited til she felt well enough after the procedure. Thinking of you both for Friday and Monday.....

Foreshelby - enjoy your "2 for Tuesday" sausage sizzle. I know this sounds wrong, but I actually love a sausage in a bun at a bbq.

Possums - know what you mean about work. I have checked a couple of times at work, but never posted. Big brother is always watching at work and I ran the risk of my internet privileges being withdrawn. Good to have you back.

Murray - not long to wait now.

Crafty - you must be down into the 2ww from the 3ww now....?

Not much else to say, need to curl up and feel sory for myself ( about the cat). Thinking of you Kit and Angelic. Take care blossoms.
