Starrysky - Yeah, I've been around - I think I'm suffering my depression rather harder than usual - I've still been on here though! I need to pop more I think
satya - Been hiding under a rock ;) I feel like I should be - I feel like I am such a burden to everyone.. I'm so happy that your UTD! It couldn't happen to a nicer lady! I know how much you want it too! How'd the blood test results go?
Georgi - I was told by my doctor to wait for a month before we TTC again (though we haven't been doing it at all!) but it's entirely up to you - I'm so sorry for your loss - I wish there was something I could do for you!
Lee - So sorry that you got a BFN - I'm hopeful for you! If not for this month, for next month!
AnnaBelle - Hiya! That sucks that your car got towed! And that DH had shift work - something I'm gonna have to get used to with my new job!
Acria - I'm so hopeful and positive for both yours and satyas pregnancies!

Evening ladies,
Have had nothing but bfn over the last few days, i think Af will be here soon, i have the headache and have some slight cramping every now and then...so not looking good for me.
sorry for the short post, but have been at the football club since 5pm and im stuffed.
hugs
treelo
-
Lee - sorry it looks like AF is about to arrive but it aint over til the fat lady sings.
I got my BT back last night and it was better than expected. I was 17 DPO when the blood was taken and I expected between 100-200 but it came back as 466. I was hoping for a good number and I got it.
Anyway, I'm going to head over to the pregnancy threads now but will drop by here from time to time to see how you are all going. I hope to see you all very soon in the PAML thread. Thanks for all your support since I joined this thread in March, I could not have done without all your support.
-
Hooray Satya!!! Good luck in the PAML threads. Hope we all see you there soon.
Lisa - congrats again! Pleas send us all some baby dust.
Lee - sorry you got a bfn but i hope it was just too early to tell!
Treelo - sorry AF seems to be on her way. What a cow.
Speaking of the cow, AF showed her face here (began spottting y'day and my temps are dropping)so i'm sticking around for the next month...i had the sorest BBs so i am guessing this is gonna be one helluva AF over the next few days. I am not too upset though, cos i didn;t get my hopes up this month.
Hi also to LizJessie, Annabelle, kiwigirl, starrysky, penny, georgi, clairabel and anyone else i missed.
lsb xx

Hi ladies,
Just a real quick update.......... af is here in FULL FLOW - and she's yucky!! I'm OK about it, I think I o'd much later than I thought.......... will be armed and ready to catch that eggie this cycle!!!
Hope all are well in here, will return later.......
Lee xo
-
lsb & Lee - Sorry that AF has arrived for you both. You can be cycle buddies this cycle and announce your BFP's together!
-
Thanks Lizjessie and Starrysky for the encouragement :) - it's much needed and appreciated!!
Unfortunately I feel like AF is on the way... she's not due until Tuesday, but I am getting definite signs like feeling moody and having a huge blind pimple coming up on my chin - charming.
My naturopath got me to get a referral for a "Day 2 FSH test" from my GP. Has anyone had one of these done before and knows what the result actually tells you?
Anyway this is it for me - I will be of to a fertility specialist on thursday (I have had the appointment for almost 4 weeks as it takes so long to get in), I am sick and tired of stuffing around any longer... I am just hoping that he is nice and encouraging, otherwise I might just loose the plot.
Satya - good luck and all the best. Please pop in and bring us babydust!!
Annabelle - how are you going?
LSB, Lee and everyone else with AF - big hugs. Hello to everyone I have missed, hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!
-
That's awesome news satya :D
Sorry it didn't work out this time lee & littlescottishboy :(
I made it through yesterday. I cried a for a little bit (not at the engagement party) - didn't help we had to pick up someone and drive right by the hospital. A couple of people had remembered including MIL which was nice.
So AF was also due on what was once my EDD in a cruel twist of fate. Went to the bathroom at a mall and had the teeniest bit of spotting and felt like life was having a laugh at me when I open the toilet door to see an about-ready-to-pop pregnant woman waiting. Meh.
Anyways, I made it through and today's a new day :)
Oddly, despite that one spotting, nothing since. Normally I don't get spotting before AF so I'm not sure what the deal is. Don't have any tests at home and have no symptoms so I'm guessing AF will turn up later today.
-
Hi Kiwigirl,
It would have been such a hard day for you yesterday - sending you a huge big

Hi all,
I thought I'd just pop in quickly to say 'hi'. I've done a full post in the TWW thread even though I'm not in TWW at the moment. I'll pop in again in a few days to give an update after I've been to see GP to see whether I need to go for a D&C. Thanks to everyone for your thoughts & posts whilst I've been away in Sydney with DH for the last week. All I can say is is that I'm glad to be home. I will forever associate our holiday in Sydney with 'second miscarriage' & bad weather, even though it is a lovely place. Now have to go & get ready for work for tomorrow - I don't even feel like I've had a week off.
-
Hi
Have been visiting belly belly for months & have finally decided to join. Hope it's ok to join this thread.
Brief History: have had 2 miscarriage's in the last 12 months, first was actually blighted ovum (Oct 06) and second was missed miscarriage at 9wks (Sep 07). Have undergone a number of tests (doing some more over the coming weeks) but they all say that I am fine. Have a fabulous ob/gyno so am looking forward to getting these tests over and done with and hopefully it will be third time lucky for us.
Hope to get to know you all soon - although do hope our time in this thread is brief.
-
Lee - I'm so sorry AF arrived - your symptoms sounded so positive - maybe you conceived but it just didn't implant - that would explain it I think.
-
Hello!!!
AJC - Welcome. I have just joined in here too. You'll settle in just fine. Yes, I hope all our stays are short & sweet. Sorry to hear about your MC's but glad to hear all is ok. I'm sure the next PG will be a sticky one
KAIB - A week off just isn't enough is it. I hope your day at work isn't too gruelling.
KIWIGIRL - I hope your ok. Today is another day
PENNY - :SAAF:
LEE & LSB - Sorry to hear AF showed her ugly head. Let's hope this will be your last, for nine months or so.
SATYA - Congrats on your BT results. I hope you have a wonderful pregnancy. All the very best to you
TREELO - Sorry about the BFN, could it just be too early??
ANNABELLE - Yes you only need 1 swimmer. DH & I didn't bed that much before I got my BFP, I was sure I hadn't done it enough but whammo.
ACRIA & LJ - Hope you are doin well.
As for me, I have a f/up apt with my Ob on Wed so I'm going to ask him if it's ok to TTC this month. I reckon he'll say yes as it seems most people here that have had a D&C have said yes. I just wonder if i'll have a normal cycle. I took my temp this morning for the first time since I got my BFP and it was still quite high. I wonder if it is cause it was hot here last night or because I might still have PG hormones goin on. I guess the next few weeks will tell.
Last Friday, I ordered some LC OPK's cause I want to be sure if I do O or not this month. I haven't used them before, so this'll be fun..
Have a great day everyone!
-
Hello all,
Monday again!!
Oh well!! My weekend was really busy doing stuff with our house and then had birthday dinner to go to and a Bridal Shower as well over the weekend - I got to see DH's relative who has just accidently fallen preg whilst on the pill
she is only about 6 weeks and telling the whole world!! I couldn't help thinking to myself gee I would have been about 20 something weeks pregnant now!!
No one there knew I had a m/c so it was weird thinking all those thoughts.
Oh well that is the end of feeling sorry for myself - but I just can't get over people announcing pregnancies so early (even if you have already had one or two babies already - you just never know)
Georgi - Good luck at the doctors - I hope everything settles down for you and you can get right back on track with TTC :D
Welcome AJC - sorry to hear of your m/c  You will find such great support every step of the way here with this lovely group of girls - welcome
Acria - Hello there hope your preg is nice and sticky :D You are an inspiration to me cause i had my m/c in august too so i am hoping your good vibes rub off on me too:lol:
satya - congrats on your excellent hcg levels - excellent !!!!!
kaib - Thinking of you on your first day back at work YUCKKKKKKK!!
I hope it goes fast ;)
Everyone else hello there...STARRYSKY how are you???
I am on day 21 of my cyle I haven't jumped on the ttw page - so if anyone in this group is around a similar day to me let me know and we can buddy up together;)
As I said our bd this month has been a disater and I am not holding much hope.
Catch you later girls
AnnaBelle:)
-
AnnaBelle - I hope you don't mind my butting into this thread, but I was in your Belly Buddies March group and I just wanted to see that things are going better for you now, to let you know that I am still thinking about you and to let you know that I have my fingers crossed that you don't have to wait too long for a positive test.
I have my fingers crossed for all of you. I was where you all are 12 months ago after experiencing a blighted ovum / missed m/c. It is a hard road every month wishing the days away to get to ovulation and then again waiting for the right time to test. So all I can say is hang in there and hopefully in the not too distant future you will all have the positive test that you are hanging out for.
-
Hi Everyone, well i dont know what my body is doing....still no AF but the test still says BFN. If i was having a 28 day cycle i would be due today. But my last two cycles have been 26 days so i dont know what the deal is.. I had horrible AF pains over the weekend...and i mean ALL weekend. Today i am bloated and constipated and just feeling BLAH. Surely there would be a line by now if i were pregnant....????? Iv never been late in my life !!!!!!!!
im so confused !!!
hugs
treelo
-
Treelo - What tests are you using? Are they early detectors. Still could be too early if they're not sensitive ones.
-
yep they are LC ultra sensitives
-
Hate to say it, but we all sometimes have freaky cyles. Look at my last one for goodness sake. 13 days late and BFN. I never have late periods either. If anything, Im usually on time, or a day or so early. Hope in your case you've O'd late. You'll just have to wait it out I guess. Thinking of you, xx
-
Annabelle, sorry to let you down, but it would appear I've had another m/c, or a chemical pregnancy. Hope all goes well for you.
Lisa xx
-

Starrysky, good luck testing... I really hope it's a BFP for you.
Arica So sorry to hear your news
Treelo Sorry AF has arrived. At least you can start afresh now!
-
Starrysky- Goodluck. My fingers and toes are crossed for you!
-
Hi everyone - got a BFP this morning. Very excited, nervous all at the same time. It hasn't really sunk in yet.
-
Hi again !
Thanks for the welcome from those of you who have popped in since I have joined.
MissBelinda77 - I am a newy in here and was pleased to see a new post with some good news. :) Congrats & best wishes to you for a happy and healthy pregnancy. I hope you don't mind me asking but I noticed you are taking metformin. I have had 2 x early m/c within the last 12 months and am currently undergoing a stack of tests before we try again. My ob/gyn is thinking that I may benefit from metformin also - still tests to do to confirm this yet (my skin was what started Dr thinking along those lines). I've always suffered from acne (except when I was taking the pill), I feel like a teenager again. I now follow (since the second m/c in Sep) a low gi diet and that seems to be helping quite a bit. Will wait and see how my tests come back but would just really appreciate any advice which you may have on this drug. I may not even have to take it but just doing my research incase I have to.
-
Missbelinda-Congratulations, that's absolutely wonderful news. Woo Hoo!!! Fingers crossed for a happy healthy pregnancy!!!
-
Missbelinda - :happyforyou: CONGRATULATIONS
Wishing you a wonderful pregnancy.
Hugs
Anna
-
Thanks everyone for your well wishes :) I hope to see lots more BFP's soon!!!
AJC - I was first prescribed metformin because of my PCOS. A lot of people experience side-effects when they start to take metformin, i know I definitely did. But the nausea and diarrhoea does pass. I find that if you take it with your meal and don't miss any tablets you'll have this under control pretty quickly. I use to hate taking it and would always forget, but in the last 6wks I have become religious about taking it - mainly because I was dx with diabetes type II and it does make a big difference on my blood glucose levels. There are a lot of studies around saying that taking metformin during the first trimester will also reduce the risk of miscarriage. Good luck with your journey - and I hope you get a BFP soon :)
-
Congrats missbelinda! Here's hoping it's a sticky one and you have a H & H nine months :)
-
Woohoo MissBelinda, :happyforyou: a huge congratulations to you. I hope you have a happy & healthy pregnancy
All the very best :stickyvibesboy: :stickyvibesgirl:
-
Congrats missBelinda!! Wishing you a happy & healthy 9 months
Lee Sorry AF came. I really got excited for you. But you have such a good outlook on life. You're one amazing lady.
Kiwigirl What a tough day! But you got through it with so much self control and grace. I really admire that. BTW it was nice of your MIL to remember.
Treelo Sorry AF came for you too. Did you decide something about your friend's daughter?
Hi to everyone else. Good luck whatever stage of ttc you're at.
-
Just a quick post, as will be running late for work very shortly, to say thank you to those of you who have asked after me and for your PMs. You are lovely.
But the main reason is to say a HUGE congratulations to Miss Belinda!!!! I'm really thrilled for you and have been crossing my fingers for you madly. Sending you lots and lots of sticky vibes and wishing you a truly happy and healthy pregnancy.
-
Thanks everyone - I know how badly we all want that BFP and I want you all to get one too! So we can all leave this thread forever.
Kerry - *hugs* it's because of friends like you that have given me the strength to be so positive this time round. Thank you, thank you, thank you :)
-
Hi All,
Congrats Belinda - fingers crossed that you have an easy and fabulous 9 months. It looks like it has been a long journey for you and your DH.
Sorry to everyone else whose AF came.
I haven't posted in ages - had to deal with my DD very sick with gastro. Which i got too and a dose of thrush, so you can only imagine how lacking my sex drive has been. It would be a miracle if i conceive this month.
I have been observing CM and temp for the first time and find it a bit confusing. How many days do you observe EWCM and does CM disappear after ovulation? I think i've had fertile CM for 3 days - doe this sound right?
Thanks
-
missbelinda - huge congratulations!!!! all the best for a happy and healthy pregancy!
Kbowman - it's sooo nice to hear from you!!! :) Hope you are well and in good spirits! I have missed you...
Starrysky - how are you?
Annabelle - thanks for wishing me good luck with the test; I have my FS appt tomorrow...
bunny's mum - normally CM does dry up after ovulation, the amount and number of days of CM before ovulation does seem to vary a bit from woman to woman... good luck with it all - how does your temp chart look? Can you detect a pattern? I personally find it easier to track my temps than the CM as it can vary a lot even during the course of one day.
Hello to Gorgi, Pash, Beaksi, Treelo and everyone else!
-
:confetti::confetti: miss belinda!!! that is fantastic!!! wishing you all the best for a happy and completely event free 9 mths. lots of sticky vibes too!!
