Em After my second m/c i ovulated normally. Actually it was super O like my body was over compinsating for the loss two weeks earlier. I did find out I had m/c and waited a week to m/c spontaneously. Don't know if that had anything to do with it. After my EP and surgery I ovulated like normal and earlier then expected despite been told I would not O until I had had one normal AF so I was expecting to O like 8weeks later post surgery. An u/s for something else confirmed I had just O 2.5weeks post surgery.
I would say you will O like normal.

Morning everyone,Scarypinkfairy-Glad to hear your feeling better...Sparkles-hope your dogs accident was just due to the cold snap were having in the weather at the moment...Sammyp-I'm an older ttc as well,it is a worry with aging eggs, but there are a lot of positive stories out there as well.My Mum had me at 45 & 7 months, she wanted her tubes tied after and the doc asked are you sure you can have more if you wanted,he agreed to the procedure after my mum had explained that my father was 70 & his health was not good...Ferrals-Try not to feel guilty over not working so many hours, what you are doing is hard work,i think sometimes a women's middle name is guilt...Budgi-Hope af turns up soon so you can get back to ttc, hope it happens quick for you again...Murraycod-fingers stilled crossed for you,I'm in the tww with you as well ,there a few of us at the moment i think so hopefully we will all have good news soon...Anyone just reading, sending you the best of thoughts...AFM-I need to find a new councillor as the one i've been seeing is retiring, still need to see one as i'm still finding it hard to accept that my life is not what it should be...

Em-sorry missed your post,no ? is stupid,Ithink everyone is differentbut i was told you can ovulate 2 weeks after miscarriage.Lots of times cycles seem mixed up after a loss.I find ovulation sticks easy to use.good luck
-
Sammy-do you do OPKs they are a good indicator if you are ovulating as the detect the LH surge and if you have that surge you are ovulating but in saying that women can ovulate up until menopause but the quality of there eggs isnt so good and it wont fertilise i am not sure how old you are but the older you get the longer it can take it does not mean everything has switched off are your periods regular and normal that is usually the 1st indication something is going on hormones play a major part in ewcm as i said i use to get it every month now i never get it and i am still fertile i fell pregnant with abbi but it took 5 months were with my 3 boy's i just had to take a snif of sperm and i was pregnant have you checked out seeing a naturopath they can do wonders it is worth a go and mine did tell me vitex can promote ewcm and another thing that i did start the month before i fell pregnant with abbi was take robitussin to help thin out CM and i got pregnant that month.
Em-i depend's on the women and how far pregnant they are if they are real early it is usually like a heavy period but it can take longer the further along you were i had abbi when i was almost 20 weeks and my cycle went straight back to normal the next month so i guess you just have to wait and see or try doing OPKs around the time you think you would normally ov
Mathews mum- thank's i will try not to feel so guilty.

Hi Ladies
Thanks to all who mentioned me YEP its great to finally get a proper AF shes been kind not much cramping hardly any but 3 days loss and red so I guess thats the normal for me, so now looking forward to actually O SOON !
Sammy P I am 44 and I have been told I am ok to try upto 45/46 if I am healthy and feel able to have another BABY I am a multi mum and will be high risk and I have had 4 retained placentas BUT IT HASN'T STOPPED ME ! I think if you are positive enough and beleive in your body then you should relax a bit and let nature decide how old before your too old. I mc sept 3rd and have only just had my first real AF nearly 8 wks later I really thought my days were over BUT THEY ARE NOT ! so give yourself a break and relax you don't have to have a deadline !
Murraycod a week has gone already ! I told you to stay off the toilet and stop wiping your ##### you will make it sore be patient I have a good feeling this is your month
Everyone else POSITIVE THINKING ONLY ON HERE ! :pink-babydust::bluedust:
-
murraycod... I have to applaud your patience. Coz up here in QLD I am just about wetting my pants with anticipation, must be 10 times worse for you!
cm9... ummm, yay? I mean, sucks but yay? I love that feeling, when you're going through something not that pleasant but you know it's for the best.
I gots no news. Work still sucks. Would like to set up camp in my bed, permanently, but finances do not allow. Sigh.
-
how do you ladies remember everything to write all the persies?? lol i can remeber the ones that i see when i scroll up but that is it ROFL... so if you want me to mention your name... post just before i do ROFL
cm9 i am glad AF came lol sounds like a weird thing to say in a TTC thread lol
I hope everyone else is doing ok.. please dont take me not replying to you personaly... i just cant remember who is doing what yet lol give me some time i am sure i will get it soon!
Is anyone close to testing?? i want to see some good news!! lol
AFM i am over this waiting thing... i have no idea if i have even Oed or anything but i am waiting... all i know is it has been 28 days since Kyarna was born, my blood loss stopped 2 weeks ago, we BD once 8 days ago and i am planning on just testing for the fun of it 14 days from when we DTD... lol
if AF hasnt shown up first i mean... dont you hate that your head thinks everything is a sign
any little change in your body automaticly means you must be pregnant, even tho you know in your head that it is way too early for any symptoms... you still get your hopes up.. GRRR i hate TTC lol
-
LMAO!! Snuggly don't even make me laugh right now, if you had any idea how many times I have almost wet my pants today.....................Like you know when youre standing in line at the supermarket...or talking at a payphone and you get a sudden urge to urinate right then and there???? Well that has been me all day, like every 20mins.
And Craftymummy, I haven't had an option not to wipe my Bejayjay all day unless I drip dried!!
Between this weeing situation and the constant AF cramping, im having an absolute corker of a day getting stuff all done at work...and looking like I have some sort of urine infection to the cleaner who keeps busting me sneeking out of the staff toilet!
Sorry for the lack of persies girls but I will be back tonight to chat, I gotta go to the loo:redface:
-
HMMM am I the only computer junkie stil up tonight?!?!
OK, I'm bored....can't sleep mind is to crazy...........I'll go to the loo then, bye! X:D
-
murraycod you will have to make do with all us no daylight saving wa gals now :) what's with all that weeing?! lol
Sparkles - i would be exactly the same!!! hope it's a good sign from your dog, and no more weeing from now on... (this seems to be the theme for the day then - weeing....lol)
SammyP well the doctor is probably just telling you what is suggested in books and stuff but everyone is individual and your body hasn't given up on you yet, so don't give up on it :)
i was just thinking i have been on here over a month now. isn't it time someone had a bfp??? lol
afm, i have had a little more bleeding today and a constant niggling pain in my lower right hand side. i think i'll give it the 2 weeks like they said, and just hope it goes away by itself.

Welcome to the newbies, em and budgi--I'm sorry for your losses. I hope you find the support in this group helpful.
eliselouise, sorry you're starting over for another month, I hope it works this next time around.
craftymummy, I'm glad AF is back on schedule, that's a good step in the right direction for TTC. Hopefully you have a normal O this month.
SPF, I'm sorry you're still dealing with pain. I didn't have a D&C, and the natural process took about 3 weeks for me. The pain wasn't too bad after the second week.
snugglybean, ferrals, SammyP, mummyof4, sorry it's been a hard time. Hang in there. :)
maddison, I'm so glad your little one is doing all right so far, keeping fingers crossed for a healthy baby in about 30 weeks.
AFM, I saw the family practice doctor on Monday about the blood pressure. I'm not entirely impressed with that office, they were so busy they didn't seem to have the time to put the personal touch on anything. I arrived a few minutes late, as I had trouble finding the building. Then the receptionist was firing questions at me while I was trying to fill out the paperwork, and I can't answer questions when I'm concentrating on reading and writing. The doctor himself seemed nice enough, though I couldn't pin him down on when or if he wants me to go back. The diagnosis was elevated blood pressure without a diagnosis of hypertension. He wants me to track my BP at home 3 times a day for 3 days, and it's been generally lower at home than in doctors' offices recently. I paid $45 for an automated digital BP machine. I'm not sure what the next step is if it keeps an average higher level as I check it daily. I guess I'll give the office a call in a few weeks if the numbers stay higher than they should.
I'm still waiting to see if AF shows up this week--it's day 28 now. I'm planning on forcing myself to wait until at least Saturday to POAS, since my cycle can go up to 31 days easily.

Hi Ladies,
I'm sorry I've been absent for a while, most of you know what has been happening with us....
I went to the docs last friday and had bloods done as I've been feeling really sick for the last few weeks. It turns out I have helicobacter pylori ( some stomach infection) which is now being treated with a stack of meds. Good news is that they also did my hcg which came back at 6 - not bad for just under 4 weeks since the d&c! Also got the old 'lack of iron stores' problem...at least knowing all this now means that I can do stuff to rectify it before getting pg again.
I hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected, and roll on the bfp's!!!

Evening Ladies
hi bookworm so glad your back on here and :crossfingers: for your BFP I had a time a few years ago when I was trying for my last bub of having High blood pressure and after 3 mnths of checking it seemed to sort itself out I was under a lot of pressure at the time as we were in the visa application process for Australia and we had moved house too so I put it down to that as it went back to normal of its own accord when things settled down at home and a few months later I got a BFP so it was a mistery !
Elsielouise I think we will be on the TWW together this time once we have O and done the business so to speak  so we can think happy positive thoughts together.
Murraycod the days are ticking by can't wait till next week ! Ive only known you such a short time but I really wish for a BFP for you my friend !:D
Matthews mum in the TWW tooo gees I hope we have 3 BFPs this month wouldn't that be something and give us all who have to wait to O a big boost !
Loubee,mummyof4,ferrals,snugglybean and emmy83 and spfairy keep those postive thoughts going through our heads not long now and we will all be on the other forums Belly Buddies !
