ok time to stick my head in and say HI
Long time no see but lately just havent had the heart to come on BB.
Just quickly my knee op went well, healing slowly but shorly.
Congrats to those with BFP and to those new, I hope your stays are short and we all get the BFP one day soon.
Hi Everyone,
I am in the exact same position as Silver Bell. I have had 2 MC (8 wks, Dec 2010 and 11.5 wks, May 2011) and a friend recommended I have a look at Belly Belly.
We have been ttc since June 2010. I have been very encouraged by reading your comments. I have found that MC is something that not many people talk about. As with everyone else, I have found it so difficult! Our first baby would have been due last Tuesday and my bro announced he and his partner are pg on Wednesday with their 3 child. As happy as I am for them, it still hurts.
Thank you for this site. It's just what I have been needing.
We have started trying again, and we have 1 week left to find out, but I am doubtful this month.
Thanks for listening!
Hi all
I wish I wasn't here but alas I am. I went for my 12 week scan on Thursday to find out that my baby had stopped growing at 6 and a half weeks. I was going to have a d and c but within hours of making thar decision my body started to miscarry naturally. I feel a bit funny joining here seeing as I only miscarried on the weekend but after speaking with my doctor this morning about what happened she has pretty much confirmed for me that it is over and now my body will repair and recover over the coming weeks. I feel a new sense of calm I guess and am now looking to the future. I'm so desperate to be pregnant again and will wait till after my first cycle to try again. I just hope it is not a long one for me. Another part of me feels as though I'm betraying the baby I lost by wanting another so quickly but I guess both feelings are normal.
Is it okay for me to join even though I'm technically not TTC yet but waiting for my cycle to settle? I just don't want to be dwell in my miscarriage thread, it's too hard to stay in my belly buddies and I'm not really pre TTC. Let me know if I'm not in the right place yet.
Dear Dantri,
I am so sorry for you loss! I am sure, words cannot express how you are feeling tonight. I have a similar story with my 2nd MC. We went in as I was having a little bleeding and found out the baby had died at 7.5 weeks. I realise it is not exactly the same and that what you are going through is awful. I hope you have a nice glass of wine tonight.
I think it is very helpful for you to be in here, even though I myself am only new here.
I don't think it is bad to be wanting to try again. I know I felt the same way and you would like to have your beautiful child.
I am thinking of you (and have a tear for you too),
Fraggle Rock

Will update tomorrow. Hope everyone is well. Thread is very very quiet these days
I am not sure what thread I belong on-- but I know that I need to chat with someone who knows this journey--
To be brief-- we lost our miracle IVF baby boy at 2 months in April due to a number of bizarre issues (there was scarring on his brainstem) and now we are trying again. Because of my age, we can't afford to wait. I had my second IVF procedure a couple of days ago, and they did the transfer (5 day transfer) today. They transferred two blastocysts. I am hopeful, and trying to heal-- this time with IVF was a bit "rougher" but they retrieved 15 eggs, and 11 fertilized. I don't know if we will have anything to freeze-- that would be a bonus. But we have already defied the odds, in terms of the blastocyst.
I need a huge dose of courage to do this again...and a place to chat.
Just jumping in here because I saw S&S was back. Sending loads of sticky vibes for your little bean. I know your darling Obie is always with you

Hi everyone,
Well I never thought that I would be here again, but I am.... We lost our baby boy Hugh at 14 weeks he had T21 and various other problems ..... It has only been two weeks since we said goodbye but some how it seems like 2 years..... We would love to be pregnant again... I am terrified that it won't happen or something else will go wrong.....I am seeing a counsellor on Monday.... Gee sorry for the rambling post, I guess I am still all over the place mentally/emotionally..... I just wish things would have worked out differently and I would be 16 weeks pregnant and enjoying those kicks!!
But I am lucky I do have two amazing little ones who keep me going, otherwise I would still be in bed hiding from the world
This sucks. I am miscarrying AGAIN. SCREAM.... SCREAM...and TRIPLE SCREAM...
We can't try again for a while. My body hasn't figured this out yet. I don't even know when. There was no heartbeat, "not viable" at 6 weeks...
Man, I am trying to be positive but really, how much can a person take?
Reality: I am 42. Reality: older women have miscarriages even with younger sperm. Reality sucks.
Oh S & S, i am very sorry for your loss.
Reality: sometimes is just too mean :(
Sunshine I am so sorry x
Hi All,
I haven't been in here for a while as I was trying to ignore my pain but I need to rant and let off steam with people who understand and do care!
Still no conception... have had nothing since the last miscarriage on 16/05/2011. Everyone I know is falling pregnant...except me. People who have crappy marriages, don't really want kids, and people who don't really even care... I who actually desperately want to become a mother to living children... no such blessings :(
I am so sorry for all the losses! They are sooo horrible and sad and crap.
Praying for all of you to get your miracle.
xx
