af arrived for me last night, 66 days after my m/c, she had waited so long she could have waited another week until i was better, im sick enough as it is now i have af pain to deal with, on the positive side it will work in well for when i see the dr next week although we are now thinking of putting off ttc a few months while i lose some weight

Just wanna pop in quickly and do a selfish post. Im sorry I dont have time to catch up right now. There is so much happening all the time in this thread and I havent been on BB for about a week I think.
I hope you are all well and getting closer to your miracles and dreams. GL to all. Babydust and Stickyvibes.

AFM ~ I said I wasnt going to track this month but I had alot of EWCM yesterday and so decided to do a Maybe Baby and Im ovulating. DTD a couple of times this week, incl last night (sorry TMI) so now will be crossing fingers. Although DH and I are both sick with the dreaded flu so perhaps not holding our breaths this month. Yesterday I also felt that my bb's were a bit sore which is strange at this stage- so Im a little hopeful that maybe we have already conceived - would be so amazing if we have but if not we have our IVF in Oct to focus. Ive also had this arvo a bit of back pain -like around the kidney area - very weird. Perhaps it is just due to ovulating maybe- really dunno.

Reet - Dammit, my brain is NOT working right now! You're being a party pooper too, lol. Seriously though, I'm just giving you some payback for always peer pressuring me to POAS. Haha, I'm naughty. I say if you need to wait, then do it. But I'm going to be here looking impatient until you do test! :D I hadn't heard your story before. Life is so cruel sometimes. I would be gutted too if my sister did the same. Even though it's technically none of your business... it's totally understandable to feel that way. She threw away something you would do ANYTHING to have. So sorry, that must have been really hard on you. Still you must be a great sister because you don't really judge her for doing what she did. Ok back to waiting for you to test. or be late. 2 days... OH THE HORROR.... :D

Clairesmummy - Ooh, could it be implantation spotting? I had a few specks before my bfp and kept telling myself I was imagining it. I also NEVER have spotting before af. Oh and I also had the painful bbs last preg (mc), but this time they're only slightly sore. Makes me worry, but I'm trying to tell myself it's all ok. Weird dreams is also another big neon sign. It was one of my bfp symptoms too. I can't help but get excited for you, sorry! :D let us know what happens ok?!

AFM - tired. So unbelievably tired I could use a nap right now. That's all I can really remember. Oh and I'm queasy. Come ON ms, kick in already... :(

thought I would take my mind away from the draining wait of dear ol' AF today and worked my horse after doing so I was ready to curl up for a nana nap felt totally drained and could not stop myself from yawning, was fun trying to keep my eyes open long enough to pick up DD from Kindy this arvey. I was only riding for like 20mins or a little longer usually ride from 30-40mins. Been feeling totally yuck this evening so far hungry but have a bad taste in my mouth. Feeling a bit fluey as well. Good golly this is all about me...I feel like I should be putting dear diary at the start of my posts...lol.....
Forshelby- Thanks again for your words of wisdom I so hope you are right and thank you for being excited for me I'm not quiet game enough to get excited yet but feel free to do it for me...lol...I wish you all the very best with your pg keep yah chin up and try not to stress to much as hard as that is to do I know....I will keep you all informed over the week end with whats going on with AF DF is working this week end so I will be on here a fair bit.

AFM- Well i have still been very lightly pinking today so i really really think af shld be here tomoro.. I have never had spotting for so long before af tho.. its weird.. but then again i have only had 3 normal afs since may last year.. so i wldnt really know! Im not feeling crampy or anything yet tho.. it will probly all hit me tonight while im sleeping! Like i was saying to Bons I started googling all about IUI (artificial insemination) this afternoon and am thinking if im not pg by sept i am defintely going to look into it.. it just feels good to have something to move towards (even tho i really hope it doesnt come to that tho) I was feeling so down and sad today and it kinda brightened up my mood! :)
If af hasnt come in full flow by tomoro i will still test just to be on the safe side.. but yeah dont think theres ANY CHANCE!!!

thanks for sharing your story i think your amazing - it cant be easy at all when your sis has thrown away what you want so bad. do you think she will regret it later on in life?

Hey Kellie! I really thought she wld end up regretting it but now from the way she speaks etc i dont think she will.. i think she knows she made the best choice.. its actually put her off having kids for a long time! I was even warning her before she had the procedure that she might cry for days after just with the hormone drop and everything else cos thats exactly how i was.. but nope! nothing! she was happy! I cldnt believe it.. but it did help me to realise that she made the right choice. I also started thinking how much harder i wld find it for her to be pg for the last 6 months and for me not to be... selfish i know. It REALLY annoys me when ppl dont use contraception and end up having to terminate pregnancies because of it.. i think thats also why i was pushing her into keeping it.. but hey its her life.. she has defintely learnt her lesson now. My older sister had a m/c a couple weeks before i did too.. (she was on the pill but was lazy with it) but no1 really knew she was pg.. she didnt even know for sure herself until she was going thru it. Her partner was really abusive tho so if she had had the child it defintely wldnt have been good! So basically our parents lost 3 grandchildren in a matter of 2 months! And i was the one that REALLY REALLY wanted it but it got stolen from me.. it sux!! Anyway enough about my CRAZY FAMILY!!! haha

Matthews mum - Oh yes, I LOVE Friday night sleep. It's the best sleep of the week. Longest possible time before having to get up early for work.. lol. Yes, it's pretty clear my party animal days are behind me if I'm looking forward to going to bed on a Friday night. :redface: Alas... I think I might indulge in some light knitting before bed as well :o. How are your bt's going? When's the next FET?

Reet - Doctors appt is tomorrow just before 11am. I'll update you all afterwards. Hoping for good news, and a reassuring confirmation that my numbers are HIGH and STRONG! IUI sounds like a step in the right direction, but I hope you don't have to take that step at all. Hopefully this mysterious pinking (I love that my wacky terminology is such a hit and catches on in here) is implantation! Remember you don't have to have a bunch of symptoms to be pg. I still have pretty minor symptoms at this stage. The big ones are feeling dizzy and off-balance, super tired all the time, and the vague nausea is increasing. Oh, and let's not forget the copious CM. LOL.. sorry for TMI there, but it's true. It's like a slip n slide, girls. :redface: Someone get the tarp! :D I'm also really chuffed all my nagging worked and that you just might test. Now I hope you get two lines or I'll feel like a bugger. Good luck! Thinking of you!

AFM, No sooner do I beg the universe to dish out some real ms, did it hit me. Or at least I think it hit me. I was surfing around on the net.. when all of a sudden I felt too crummy to even read without feeling like chucking. We went out to pick up chinese for dinner (an old favourite for me) and I actually felt carsick. I found a fizzy drink helped since it made me burp. lol.. the things that help are strange! Anyhoo, DP says to me "just because you're pg doesn't mean you're disabled." I could've thumped him one. Then he proceeded to fart and leave me in the car with the smell! OMG :o I was horrified..... yet slightly amused. I told him he'd better watch out cause I'm farting for two these days, and I just might introduce him to some of my own brand. Oh the laughter... we laughed the whole way home. That was SO TMI but I hope it gave you all a good chuckle anyway. I might as well leave my dignity at the door, right? It's about to disappear over the coming months anyway.... might as well get used to it.

Long story short I still haven't physically been sick yet, but I thought I might just before. I am able to hold it back though so I will as much as I can. I still have the jibblies though in my tummy.......... blerrrghhhh. Perhaps some knitting will soothe me.

reet-last cycle i o'd on day20 ,had bt this morning,i should get a phone call tomorrow morning with results .I agree with kellbell,not over till she's here...forshelby-my veins have been behaving themselves this time round,bt have been a lot easier,they've been able to get it 1st needle each time.fet will be 5 days after 'o' is detected...

Matthewsmum: im not actually going through IVF as such,i will have clomid and i am going to be treated like i have had ivf ie clexane and progesterone pessaries. i am seeing a gynae and ob dr (dr Raouf Farag). i think you must live a bit further north to me from the bits and pieces you have said

morning all,minniemouse-after dr wallman moved interstate,i started seeing dr farag(i found him nice,very popular)i went through 5 cycles of clomid with him...forshelby-be watching for your dr update..afm-clinic just rang ,my levels are still really low,need to have bt on monday,but their talking about cancelling transfer this cycle if bt on monday doesn't show a big jump in levels

Forshelby ~ Thanks hun, I hope so :). I know that down here in Gippy there is a flu going around like wildfire and its a bad one too. Ive had the flu shot and still managed to get it. FX you dont get any.

Reet ~ Thanks so much - im kinda a lot more positive lately that it could happen naturally, esp since seeing my uncle recently who is a naturopath, he's pretty positive we'll get there soon by sticking on the herbal tablets he's given us, here's hoping! I hope there is a chance you are pg too, FX and GL hun.

AFM today ~ Feeling a bit quesy this morning but that could also just be because of my cold. DTD again last night - so here's hoping that if Im not already pg, that last night or night before did the trick ;). My nipples are still sore as well and Im only at CD21. My cycles are usually around 34days, hence the reason I usually O about CD19. Oh and my temp is at about 36.8 so pretty high I guess.

Quick update, back later for persies.

Bt's came back all good. HCG is at 2200... above the average for 5 weeks. That means I'm either a few days ahead of what I thought I was, or bubby is just making his/her presence well and truly known. Yay for good numbers. At almost 8 wks when I mc I was only at 3900.

:) Going out to celebrate now with some light shopping. Hehe..

Oh and I'm going for a scan sometime next week. I didn't even have to ask! He just said next thing is a scan, and told me to call them on Monday. HOORAY! I hope we see a good HB. :)

AFM - did another HPT this morn but with confirm....the line is there!! have a lil back ache but I feel queasy all the time, at the moment I think my lunch is going to come back up!!

Loops: good luck for you this cycle, sounds like you are in with a chance, do you do opt's ? i usually find my nipples are sore from ovulation until af arrives

afm af is very light, even during the m/c is very light, so im thinking that maybe my lining isn't building up enough and that may be why the 3 pregnancies didn't stick, does anyone know a way to make it thicker, does those herbs maca etc help. the chinese medicine lady i saw gave me herbs to drink but try as i might i just can't, i'd be much better off with a tablet to swallow, what do you girls think ?
