Hi everyone,
Well I am back! Sorry I didn't post last night but after a few late nights I was tired and had to go to bed. I have been reading through to try and catch up so hopefully I mention everyone in my persies.
Had a fantastic time in Melbourne apart from AF arriving the day after we got there - exactly a week late no less! Spent way too much money but retail therapy always helps me feel better.
MO3B - Sorry AF arrived. I know exactly how you feel. To turn up so late is just cruel. I will join you in the I hate AF club! I think we could get quite a few memberships from this thread!
HannahD - Hope you feel better and the side effects subside soon. It probably just takes a little while to get used to the meds
Jen - No dancing on the tables (sorry to let you down!). Glad you got your coverline and you didn't have to bully FF ;) Goodluck this cycle!
charm - Sorry, I have never seemed to get o tests to work for me so I hope you have better luck.
sally - Yes, I have tried maybe baby but it didn't seem to work for me. I was always confused about how much saliva to put on the microscope. I hope it works for you again this cycle. :goodluck:
cherished - Hope you feel better soon
coco - Sorry I can't help with either of your questions. Probably best to try and wait as long as possible for a blood test so you know the result is accurate. :goodluck:
mollycat - Thanks for the cake, my favourite too ;)
boble - :noaf:
Kazaraz - Sorry abut your diagnosis but hopefully now you are fully informed it will help your fall pg with your forever baby. As for your question about fertility drugs, my auntie took them and ended up pg with triplets - I think there is more of a chance but not sure of the statistics.
-
Rhi - I can't help with your herb question but I totally get where you are coming form with just going through the motions. I think we can all relate. I too am impatient, especially this is the one thing I want more than anything in the world. Good luck with the herbs if you decide to try them.
erybery -
Abbey - Good luck with the preseed, hope it works for you :crossfingers:
Greenslw - Hope the new job is going well. Goodluck with the BT.
Toccara - Glad to hear you like your new ob, best of luck with your BT results.
Milbindi & Mandy - Welcome to our thread but I am sorry you both have to be here. I hope your stay here is short, in the meantime know that you are amongst friends
mrzbaby - Don't know anything much about cars, sorry. Good luck with next cycle.
Smi - Yah for your little baby girl :stickyvibesgirl:
Shortcake - :hello:
Big hi to everyone else. Sorry I have a headache (had such a bad day at work) so have to stop posting now. I hope I caught up with everyone, sorry if I didn't
-
Hi ladies sorry the has to be a quick one I'm on my iPhone again posting cause dh is on the of and it's too hard to log in at work everyone can see my pc now in this new job. Anyway we are now in our two week wait hoping for a little miracle here I used an opk last week and it was accurate those things are bloody marvelous. Anyway it was a bding marathon and now I can only hope we did enough!
Will have to come back for persies lots of anti af vibes for those who want them and lots of babydust and stickyvibes for the others.
Night night ladies xxx
-
Mannie- I hope you caught that eggie!
Rhi- Sorry I can't help with the Chinese medicine! Hope things start looking up for you soon.
erybery- How are you doing hun?
Boble- Sending you lots of :noaf: vibes!
Sally- I hope soon you can quit your part time job!
fificlaire- I'm so happy for you! I bet your really getting excited to finish work.
MO3B- I hope DH & DS feel better soon.
Coco- I'm not sure how early you can have BT done but if it would make you feel better then I say go have it done!
Cherished- Sorry to hear that its your antibiotics. I hope you start to feel better soon.
Mel- I'm glad your vacation went well. Sorry that AF arrived she could have at least waited until your trip was over!
Jen- Hope you had a good weekend. Have you heard from the doctor of any cancellations?
 to everyone else!
AFM- Still no signs of AF. I gave in and called the doctor again and they finally set me up for an appointment for April 10th... it seems like a long time away. I am having quit a few symptoms that i am believing to be my thyroid so I'm going to push them to check that. So for right now I'm just trying to keep busy.
-
fifi--Woo hoo, 26 days left! Tick tock.... you're on the countdown now! Lucky you--you get a temporary reprieve from crappy Monday's! Did you get bubs room all finished over the weekend?
MO3B--Sorry to hear that your DH and 2 DS's were home sick! Nothing worse on a Monday than vomit duty! Hope they're feeling better today!
coco--I think as far as BT's go, you should be able to get a pretty accurate result by 12 or 13DPO. If you think you may have O'ed earlier, than I say just go for it--it wouldn't be the first time that ff was wrong. At least you would have a pretty definitive answer... I also think it's a good idea to talk to your dr, and maybe even get an u/s, to check out that cyst. Best of :goodluck:
cherished--I'm sorry to hear the antibx are leaving you in pain! Is there any way you can take more time off work? I hope you're feeling better today!
charm--Hope the OPK's work for you! I've used them before with success--in fact those seem to be the only test I can take where I get those 2 lines! I lucked out for a while because my DF found some OPK's at the Dollar Store, but we ran out, and I just can't see spending the money when I usually have other corresponding O signs ( i.e. watery CM, O pain, high CP). However, I tend to have those signs for about 4 days in a row, so the OPK's help to pinpoint which day is the best. You just have to remember to get that BD'ing in before you get that +OPK!
Mel--Welcome back! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your trip, but sorry to hear that witch followed along--she must've hid in your suitcase waiting for the best time to strike! You really let me down, tho.... no table dancing? lol....
Mannie--Hope your TWW flies by and ends with a BFP! *hugs*
Shortcake--You should definitely push for those BT's for your thyroid if you think something's amiss! They should be able to get you a lab slip before your appt. in April--that way they already have the results at the time of your appt. :goodluck:
-
Oops, sorry.... double post....
-
Just a quickie for me. I called my family doctor since the OB-GYN cannot see me until April 10th. Well the family Dr said they can see me today at 4:30! So hopefully I will be getting some answers a little sooner with my thyroid! Wish me luck!
-
Fifi~ yay only 26 days to girl I'm so happy for you!!!
Mannie~ hope get that BFP and your tww goes fast...
erybery~ I hope all is going ok with you and your lil bub...
Hannah/Mel~ Thanks for thinking of me I'm praying so hard this is it and I get my forever baby!!!
Jen~ lol maybe they are hiding 2gather lol snice we are cycle buddies... I'm so hoping I get a BFP and my forever baby this year early next year!!!
-
Angels 1&2, or should I say Dr Angel?! – TTC certainly does put a strain on the relationship, although things seem to be better, we are joking a bit more & it’s a bit more relaxed. Not sure if that is good or bad as I don’t want to be too relaxed to the point where I don’t get pg! Thanks for the info re the Chinese Herbs.
Boble – I think it is me just going through the motions because DH asks what I want and I am like, no I’m ready to go! (sorry TMI)
I’ll have to read the maybe baby instructions, but from what I can remember you put your saliva on this glass thingy, wait til it dries then looks through a microscope. If you are ovulating it shows up a fern pattern and if not, it shows a pebble pattern (or the other way around). I am happy to post it to you – it is in good condition. Hope you get your bfp!
MO3 – I hate AF too - hopefully she skips my house around the start of April.
Cherished – I work part-time – a 5 day fortnight. (Mon, Tues & every 2nd Fri) Sorry to hear that you are sick with colic. I didn’t know antibiotics could cause colic!
Sally – OMG, I didn’t realise you work 6 days a week – sheesh!
Coco – I’m not sure about the cyst question, but I know I have…. ummm…. not cysts but like when I am suppose to o, the egg doesn’t always leave my ovary. I can’t remember what the sonographer said, but the naturopath gave me something to help with that. If I think of what it is, I’ll let you know. I don’t think it would affect your chances of pg, but maybe check with your dr. I don’t know how soon you can get a bt – I would assume the hcg would show up fairly quickly – you can get early poas tests that test before af is due, so you would think a bt would show hcg even sooner?
Jen – You always are checking up on us, but rarely do I hear how you are – so, how are you?
Charm – GL with the o kit. I never got that hang of them, so no tips from me are forthcoming!
Mel – Glad you enjoyed Melbourne! Trust AF to find you – what a witch! Yay for retail therapy, you should have squeezed in a massage or facial!
Marnie - Hello!
Shortcake – No AF. Yay for getting an earlier appointment, hope all goes well.
Toccara – Hello!
Hello to everyone else.
AFM – Going to see Naturopath next week; get more drugs, if not pg next month, I am going to get an appointment with the Chinese Herbalist for May. Thanks everyone for their continued support, it means a lot to me in more ways than I can express. xx

Good morning ladies!
What a start to the week. I can feel this is going to be flat tac the whole week, good and bad, FULL of appointments that all have positive outcomes so thats a plus!!
DH started acuptunure last night and slept so well, Im feeling very positive with this maybe being a good path for us to take.
Have 2 appointments after school today, argh, its going to be flat out but I guess the up side is I dont have to make dinner!!!
Mel - so glad your trip was fun. Im starting to feel maybe my best course of action is a bit of retail therapy too!! Thursday I think will be the best day for that....
The lady said put it on you finger but I found it worked much better (clearer) when i licked the glass...
Rhichichi - its not too bad, the outcome will be good, to take the pressure off when we do have a baby!
Good luck with the herbs, like I have said before after all this happened so many people have said chinese medicine/acupunture is the way to go. Surprisingly LOTS of people I thought were a bit to straight laced for that kind of stuff.
I have my second appointment tonight for acuptunure. YEAH!!
Shortcake - glad you can get in sooner, no point waiting if you don't have to. There are enough things were all waiting for and dr'c shouldn't be one I thinK!! Good luck!
Mannie - maybe Im not awake enough but what is an opk? Is that the ovulating stick?
-

Cherished- I am sorry to hear you are in pain, I think it's time you got a break hun. The bad stuff has to end sometime, just hang in there.
Angel- Always so supportive, you really are amazing! I hope you are taking care of you. Hopefully we will see you in the gutter Fri. xxx
Plc- Missed you last week. How is little April doing? Is mummy getting enough sleep? *hugs*

-
Hi Ladies,
I just wanted to pop in here and spread some more :pink-babydust::bluedust:
I also wanted to let you know that I had my scan yesterday and I am over the moon to report that we are having a VERY active and healthy little BOY!
Bubs is looking wonderful and was putting on quite a show for everyone. He was particularly active during the scan and kept kicking the scanning thing (dont know the technical name for it), he also kept flipping over so the sonographer took ages getting the shots he needed due to bubs being a little uncooperative. He was however, very cooperative in flashing his privates for all to see, I didnt need to be told what 'flavour' we were having as I could quite clearly see the little 'willy' sticking straight out between bubs legs...typical boy !
Anyway, take care ladies,
Issy

Hi everyone, Looks like alot of us are here for another cycle  I just got a call from my dr re: BT and came back -ive didnt expect much but I needed a difinitive answer. I want AF to hurry up & come so I can have some closure to this awful month.
I am so annoyed listening to peoples "im pregnant" stories and seeing girls with bellys or new borns and they look like they couldnt give a s***t about how lucky they are. It hurts to hear peoples news and joys that they are pregnant while Im feeling depressed, lonely & useless after a miscarriage :(
That's my rant anyway. Anyone got tips on how to bring AF on???
-
issy-- CONGRATULATIONS on your little man! :stork-boy: :bluecheer: :stork-boy: :itsaboy: :stickyvibesboy:
-
ISSY- Wow a healthy active little man :stork-boy::bellyrubs: That is wonderful news, keep us updated on how things are going.
Coco- Rant away sweets, we all have had days where it seems which ever way we turn there are pregnant tummies and newborns. The best way I know to bring on AF is to either not want her to show up or plan a romantic night in :kissing:. Lol!
I hope things seem brighter soon
AFM (again, you are probably all really sick of hearing from me) I successfully removed Lego from DS's nose without the need for medical assistance!
-
RhiChi~Hello sweetie
Issy~ huge congrats on having a boy and such a great scan...
Shortcake~good luck at the doc's today...
Coco~sorry this cycle didnt end in bfp for I'm praying next month is it for you...
Jen~
-
Idiot!!!
OH MY GOD I AM FUMING!!!
My dr just called me and it went like this
DR: "Eliza, I have your ultrasound report back and it does look like there's a baby there! You had an ultrasound a couple of days ago??"
ME: "WHAT??"
DR: "There is a baby there, you had your ultrasound a couple days ago didnt you?"
ME: " I had one this morning? You have it back already?"
DR: "Yeah....ohh no, sorry ive got the wrong persons name...I have someone elses here.. im sorry"
ME: "Yeah" Hangs up....
:crying:
My Dr is normally so good! I am speechless!
Just thought I would share that with you..
-
Issy - Congratulation on your little man :) Would have to be a boy putting on that display! Now mine however must be a girl, she won't show off anything!
Jen - Still no decent pics, we we totally uncooperative again yesterday even worse than last time. I'm back again next Mon for another try so fingers crossed for then. Will keep you posted ;)
coco - Sorry this is coming from someone who is pg, but trust me when I say I DO understand you feelings  I guess at least I do know how very lucky I am and I don't ever whinge about being pg....Don't worry about ranting here either. Here's heaps of AF vibes! And ETA, OMG at your doctor!!!
MO3B - LOL at your Lego! So glad you got it out without assistance! We once had a corn kernel LOL so I know how you feel. DD actually snorted it out when asked to and it flew across the room at high speed  it was the funniest thing I have ever seen!!! But at least we didn't need a doctor.
:hello: everyone else, hope you are all well today!
-
hi everyone.. firstly. coco - i am sooo sorry to hear you doctor put you through that.. i would be soooo cranky too! Especially when you are having a bit of a bad day already... I know what you mean about people who don't even realise how special and lucky they are argh! thinking of you my dear xxx
MO3B - glad to hear the leggo came out without no probs hehe. nice work with the persies lol... i hope your boys are all better x
issy - congrats on your gorgeous little man :D sounds like your scan was fun hehe
sally - wow you are one busy lady. I hope you make it through the week ok
Rhichichi - i know what you mean with the going through the motions.. i hate it when they ask what we want  and sometimes you do get to the point where you can just be like "hurry up and lets do this" (well, i do anyway). I will see how I go this cycle (as af has still not arrived) but i guess there is no harm in trying the maybe baby if af decides to be horrible and show up this month.. i will let you know by next week if thats ok :)
I hope your appointments go well this week.
Shortcake - i hope your appointment went well today too
Jen - how are you going??? we want an AFM post from you :D
and now... AFM :P - af has still not arrived... and I have been so good and not tested (i am a serial tester lol) I am trying to hold out till next saturday because if I go on my normal 35 day cycle that is when i am due.. although I am sure i o'd early this month.. so... yeah, who knows. I am still getting very very very light spotting and its not constant, only here and there, usually in the morning and thats it. I have also been getting headaches like i did last pregnancy - they feel soooo familiar to last time. I am  that i get a sneaky bfp and that all this i am feeling isn't in my head.
sorry to those who i have missed out on.. but thinking of you all.
xxx
-
oh i forgot.... I got my test results back today from the swab that was taken last thursday afternoon... and it was all clear.
so... now if we want to go any further with this and with the testing then we will have to go to sydney. I am temped to check with the specialist at the early pregnacy clinic to see if she can do any others here, just on the off chance that there are a few more that she can do to save us the trip and time off work etc etc..
-
Issy - Yay for your little boy! :bluecheer::stickyvibesboy::stickyvibesboy:
Coco - OMG - I can't believe your Dr made such a mistake. The 1st couple of cycles after a m/c are particularly hard as all you want to be is pg again (don't get me wrong it is still hard now but after losing your angel it is still so raw and you need something positive to focus on and look forward to). I really hope you don't have to wait to long to see those 2 lines
MO3B - Good work on removing the leggo! I hope you don't end up catching the dreaded gastro, try catching that egg instead ;)
sally - Thanks for that. I never thought of licking the glass, hmmm maybe I should try using it again this month?
Jen - Yes, how are you doing? I've had words to you about this before ;)
Rhi - Hope you fall pg this cycle and don't have to use the herbs
Hannah - How are you feeling today sweetie?
Megsmum - It must be a girl if she is being shy about it! Will give you sticky vibes for both to cover all bases. :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy:
-
boble - this is your cycle. Glad to hear your test results came back clear but I also know you probably want answers. I hope you don't have to go to Sydney for more tests and you get your BFP before it gets to that.
AFM - Had another meltdown tonight (poor DH). They seem to be becoming more and more frequent at the moment. I am really stressed at work so I don't think that is helping either. I just feel really sad and sometimes wonder if I will ever see those 2 lines we all so desperately want. I know I have so much to be thankful for and so many people go through worse but I can't seem to make myself feel any better at the moment. I am so lucky I have DH, he has been wonderful dealing with my mood swings and giving me lots of cuddles :inlove:
-
coco--Oh, honey, I would be fuming after that phone call, too, if I were you! What the hell kind of freakin' idiot mixes up his patient's names? I'm so sorry, not that it helps much! Did have to LOL at MO3B's answer as to how to bring on AF... it's really true! Sending you some AF vibes to get things moving along!
MO3B--Gotta love those tiny little legos! I wonder what DS's inspiration was for that one?.... hmmm, I wonder if this will fit in my nose? Are the boys back to school today? You sound like you could use a vacation after your last couple days! Oh, btw, we could NEVER get sick of hearing from you!
Toccara--
megsmum--Sounds like you have a modest little princess in there! Hope she's a little more cooperative on Monday!
boble--Sending lots of :noaf: vibes your way! Glad to hear your swab results came back clear! Fingers crossed for a sneaky BFP!
Mel--I'm sorry to hear about your meltdown  Feeling sad and stressed out makes us feel so flat and defeated... I really hope today is a better day for you! I'm grateful that you have such a supportive DH to give you those extra cuddles! Keep that chin up!
Shortcake--Glad you got in for an earlier appt! Keep us posted on how things went! *hugs*
Rhi & Sally-- I'm so sorry, but I'll have to finish yours later.... have to leave in 20 mins to get DS to school, and neither one of us are even dressed yet! Oops--it's all bb's fault! lol.... Will also do AFM when I get back!
-
Issy - CONGRATULATIONS on your little BOY Sounds like such fun at that ultrasound. Imagine how much fun he will be when he arrives.
Coco - I'm sorry that your Dr did that to you. How awful. I'd be totally fuming as well.
Mel - I know exactly where you are coming from. I know that I have my two beautiful boys, but that longing hasn't gone away in over ten years to add to my family. You have such a wonderful husband that sounds so supportive of you.
Now that my cakes all gone - who's the next cook?
-
Hi all,
Woiw , I have some serious catching up to do lol
Well still no AF but I got a ticker cause I think i may have ovulated and of course we used protection then got told the day after o that we didn't need to worry about it and should have been trying this cycle..arrrgghh.
I am looking into IVF at the moment as my time bomb of August is stressing me out big time.. feeling very pressured at the moment.
Bought a Kia Grand Carnival aka the bus...
Send me some more AF vibes please as I have a brandnew packet of clomid just waiting to be opend;)
Gald to see everyones doing ok.. Big :hugs: to thoe who are needing them at eh moment ... I undterstand .. have those days myself.

Good morning ladies,
Day ended up being Manic!! Left the house at 6:50am didn't get home till just after 7pm!! It's not right!!
but acupunture was good, another tonight then on to weekly.
It probably makes me sound silly but I didn't know to look at the discarge and the temp. things and people keep asking and I can't answer, I haven't really checked...
Mrzbaby - Yeah for the car!! Hope your keen on the new car smell! Could be just the thing you needed!!!
Issy - Wonderful news. CONGRATULATIONS!!
Coco- That is awful. I can't even want to imagine how that would of made you feel. I'd be so so so angry.
Jen - GOod luck with your morning!!
Mel - thats what they are there for! My dh is so good at coping the blow with hie puppy dog eyes desperately trying to figure out what the (normally NOTHing) trigger was so he can help..... Thats love for you!
Boble - good luck, with what has happened I would always check out EVERY otpion and think you should too if you want!
Hope everyone has a great day!!
xxoo

Hi all
Thanks for the support, I am feeling better today but going to see him today, I didnt go to work last night I was in too much of a worked up state. Ive decided to go away to my grandparents for a few days if I can get 2 days I need off work nxt week, short notice but Im casual so shouldnt be an issue..I just need to not be here at the moment. DH isnt even coming with me, just want to be alone.
MrsBaby As soon as she comes to me (which i think is going to be today) Ill send her over! I went for a walk hoping to bring it on and It did a little bit in my CM so maybe go for a walk/run and jiggle it around a bit
Appologies for no personals right now, I just got up and (decaf!!) coffee is calling my name..
Toodloo and have a great day xx
-
Hello everyone... geeezzzzze you miss heaps when you don't check in for a day!
Coco Dam stupid Dr!!! I would be like :wtf: and I totally know what you mean about seeing the pregnant mums and bubs everywhere.... I've only been back at work for 1.5 days and I have had 6 people ask me when my announcement will be and another say "ohhhh, you will be a mum soon, wont you???" OMG JUST GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have they no compassion!!! I will tell people I am having a baby when I am GOD DAM HAVING A BABY..... Like when I am about 20 weeks or something and know I am 'safe' ... DH and I were so happy we had only one person (a care giver) to tell that we lost the baby, I feel for anyone who has a whole list to tell. I was so tempted though, thinking oh I am 10 weeks now and than oh I'm 11 weeks, nothing will happen! Glad I didn't,.... so next time around I wont be telling until I have to... Not that there is anything wrong with telling people and nothing wrong with telling people about a MC wither but 'I' don't want to have to deal with everyone else, I have had enough worry with just me and DH
AHHHHHHHHHHHH thanks for the rant!
Not sure who was talking about the OPK sticks... I got mine from ebay and they are not very expensive at all... Plus they work good for me :D
My stomach is still sore plus I'm pretty much having a period... Hope that stops soon too, perhaps I will be on the mend from Sat... Hubby will be away for 4 nights over the weekend and I will miss him like crazy...
Hope everyones day is better than mine!
-
Hello everyone,
I've been sitting here reading and catching up going "fantastic!" "oh, he didn't do that?!", "I know what you mean" "oh, poor you" "projectile corn is impressive"!!! I'm sorry for not being specific with persies. Our small boy is rampaging today so I'm quickly typing before lunch and sleep time.
We're back in the TWW again. To while away the time (???!!!!!!) we have bought a new house, and will move in early May. More space inside, more space outside, and near-ish to good kinder and school. Fingers crossed the $$ stretch far enough for a water tank, vegie patch and a few chooks. Now, how to pack with a rampaging toddler?! I have mentioned before that we were going with the low-key approach to TTC this month, and whilst we haven't been completely focussed on BD'ing, we have been pretty busy with other things!!
It's funny, now I've stopped today (no work, house purchase definitely on) that damn nagging emptiness is persisting. We're supposed to be focussing on a new person making their presense felt (we would be 19 weeks now), instead we're making a life changing turn because I won't be going on maternity leave in the middle of the year, and we'll be able to count on my income at least until September-October (even if this is the magical cycle). What an ungrateful cow I sound like!! I have so many wonderful things, and I'm so terrible because I still want more. :crying: I sound so awful and self-indulgent.
Yeah, so this isn't a fantastic post. Sorry.
Thinking of you all. Take care,
M

Hey all,
So much to catch up on, which I'll do later as I am waiting for a furniture guy to come look at the furniture I bought & they delivered Monday - I am not happy with one of the legs on the cabinet, anyway he was suppose to be here by now....
I have a question - I had O like pains on Monday, but we didn't dtd b/c we dtd on Sunday. Yesterday I had a tiny amount of ewcm & we dtd but today I have O like pains but on the opposite side. Do you think I O? Should I dtd tonight to be sure? I am soooo confused and over dtd atm!
A small vent from me - another person I know is pg & I had a winge to dh about the medicine I am taking from the naturopath b/c it is so much & he said that there is probably nothing wrong with me & to stop going to the naturopath. WT? I can't even express how his comment had made me feel.... Anyway, be back later

RhiChi: God I know how those comments slap you in the face. Im sorry to hear that!
Cherished1: My first week at work was a total night mare. It does get better and you are more than within your rights to be cranky about having to explain. Its horrible and you'll be ok.
Meh: Hey love, congratulations on the house! That's great! We just sold our house in Mackay, cant wait to be back on just one mortgage again! DS will need some sedation hehe wear him out by making him run around or help you pack or something hehe Cutie!! Good luck on the TWW!!!
The boys just dont get it. I was telling DH about the small window for conception and he didnt belive me lol He said "yeah but you can have sex at other times too, and you can get pregnant anytime cant you?" and I laughed and said "it's been 18 months...dont you think (miscarriage aside) we would have gotten there by now if that was the case??" Couldnt belive it! lol
Also i think he is going away during my window..not entirely sure but I think Im going to have to get onto the BD every second day thing. That's how is happened last time!
Hope you all are having a good day!

So had the cvs testing and scan today - The baby jus looked soooo perfect, it was wriggling, turning anf moving around and stretching out its legs and waving its arm - we could even see its individual fingers! so the measurement for the skin thickness behind the neck is still abnormal (3mm) and still a lot of fluid, though she said in proportion to the size of the baby its not as much as 9 1/2 weeks. I will find out some results hopefully in 2 days ( common chromosonal disorders) and 2 weeks till I know the final results - so just back to the waiting game....
Thanks for thinking of me and supporting me guys, it really means everything to me as I dont want to tell anyone on the outside world yet in case we lose this one!

hi everyone...am here lurking and reading your updates and send you my best and so hope that you all reach that BFP very soon
erybery- thinking of you at this time of awful limbo and waiting. i so hope for a positive outcome
amf- i think i am about to ovulate, so pretty soon another TWW for me.
Also results are in from my blood tests for recurrent miscarriage. Apparently something is 'not normal' so we are going to see our FS in Newcastle on friday to find out what the go is and what the tests have revealed. I am both hopeful it will be something with an easy fix, and nervous about what is wrong.

Hi everyone
Just popping in tosay hi. I hope you are all keeping well and I am praying you get your BFP's soon.
I have had my 12 week scan and we got good results. They came with very low risk so we are really happy. Next scan on 17th April. We are still not sure if we want to know the sex this time around but we will see when the time comes.
Welcome to all the new ladies - you have found the best forum in the world!!!!
Take care everyone
Theresa

erybery - the CVS results come back normal.
possums - Goodluck with the FS on Friday. I hope you finally get some answers and that it is something simple to treat.
Theresa - I'm so glad your 12 week scan went well  Thanks for keeping us updated. Phew! First trimester over already!
issy - Congratulations on your little boy :stork-boy::bluecheer:
Mel - I'm so glad you had a good time away. Although, I am sorry AF showed up. She was already late, why couldn't she wait another couple of days? Well, at least you can start another cycle. :goodluck:
jen - especially for my "big" sister. I want to hear about you too.
:hello: to everyone else. Sorry for not being more thorough with the persies. There's so much to catch up on and I don't have the energy at the moment. But I do try to check in and read. I'm thinking of you all.
AFM - The Zoloft is still knocking me around a fair bit. I feel dizzy and tired and yesterday started having blurred vision every once in a while. Its not serious, just annoying when I work on a computer all day. Yesterday I worked a grand total of 2 hours before I had to ring DH to pick me up. I'm back to the GP next week. Hopefully the side effects should subside by then.

just a quick note for now.
last night I had sooo many dreams where I poas and got a bfp... and i kept waking up with my hand on my stomach... so i thought maybe it was a sign and this morning I poas for real.. bfn - i am sooo disappointed. I guess body and mind are not in sync this time :(

Hello everyone,
I'm not having such a great day, feel really depressed and kinda lost I really want to exercise but I can't and I feel so yucky inside and out. I wish I could turn it around but I have been trying all day and am so sad.
There was such a beautiful 7 month old baby at work today and he crawled over to me and climbed up on my knees to stand up and smiled.... God I just melted, I wish I could run away
-
Cherished... i know EXACTLY how you feel hun (except the exercise bit - i lack motivation lol)
I am having one of those days/weeks also! Yesterday I had a little boy stop outside my work and he was pushing a pram (his mum was walking a head of him holding a baby) and he stopped and said to me "I have a brand new little sister" and it was the most GORGEOUS thing I have ever seen! he was all of 3 this little one. It is soooo hard.. and today I have spent most of the way fighting back tears  anyway, just wanted to let you know there is another person out there feeling the same as you.. maybe we can have a cry together xx
-
Issy - Congratulations - a little prince!
Coco - I don't know how to bring on af, most of the time I am trying to hide from her! I hear ya about those stories, sick to death of them. I also hate the ones where you have pg friends who crap on about how tired they are & they should have waited til their other child was a bit older or the ones that had a m/c & fell pg the next mth & didn't think it would happen so soon.... yadda yadda. Over it! Just shut up already.....! Also, I can't beleive your Dr's phone call - makes me think how did she become a Dr?! & yeah, men are totally clueless at times!
MO3B - I will make a mental note not to let dd play with lego!
erybery - Those scans are amazing huh! Sorry you are playing the waiting game though. Praying all is ok in a couple of weeks.
Possums - I hope there is nothing major to worry about and they can give you something to assist in making the babies stick.
Zachary's mum - Glad to hear all is ok
Hannah - Sorry to hear you are not too well on the meds.
boble - 'sad face'. Maybe not in sync this time, but maybe mind & body are trying to. I'll hang onto the maybe baby for you (just in case). Good idea about checking if the tests can be done close to home, although you could make the trip to Sydney plus a holiday?!
Mel - Have you thought about getting some vitamins from the health shop to try to bring down your stress levels? I know I used to take vitamin B - but not sure if you can whilst ttc/pg.
mrzbaby - Yay on the new car purchase! Sending you af vibes + some more (no af for me please)!
Sally - Sounds like accupuncture & you are made for each other.
Cherished - Sorry to hear you are having a rough time. Must be hard when you can't avoid babies & children. I guess I am somewhat fortuante that I am only surrounded by adults. I don't understand why people have to ask if/when are you going to have kids/more kids. Some one at work asked if we were going to have another - she doesn't know me well, so I was ok with her asking and I just smiled and said yes, we would love to add to our family and left it at that. Thank goodness I didn't break down.
Meh - Congratulations on the house purchase! You don't sound ungreatful, awful or self-indulgent. Wanting to have a baby is none of those things.
Well, it seems like we all need a group hug. I have to say I don't think I have ever been tested emotionally as much as when ttc. I hope that we all are not here for much longer and get to have our babies very very soon.
