Jenushka - glad you changed your flight, and glad DH feels the same way - you would always have had "what ifs" about this month if you didn't, have lots of fun

Extension Update - the roof is on - yay - it did rain yesterday morning while they were putting it up, and as soon as they finished the sun came out (murphys law), the other side wall is on except for a few boards at the very top, which they'll finish on tuesday before ripping out the old back wall. I've got so much stored in the new room at the moment it's going to take ages to empty it back out on Monday - (all the stuff out of my old laundry) I love walking around in it and mentally placing furniture. Oops not suppossed to have real furniture out there yet.

Jen - I love your little maths problem (maybe we should print them out and hang above our beds) DH spent last night away for work but will be back this afternoon. Glad your DF is being so helpful - I think mine wants this as much as I do but we're not quite as active as you two, he's just so tired at the moment he leaves for work before daylight and often it's dark before he gets home again, has tea and falls into bed.

mollycat--I just lost the post I was writing to you. Grrrrrrrr... :computer: Guess I'll try this again. Congrats on the completion of the roof! Of course the sun would come out after they were finished! I thought stuff like that only happened to me, cool, now I don't feel so bad! Tell your DH he's not allowed to be tired this weekend--he's got some work to do! I'm telling you, if you put on a movie it will wake him up QUICK! :rofl: I sound like a spokesperson for the adult film industry! :rofl:

Well still haven't poas - too scared. Temp still up - was the highest it's been so far this month so it's sounding good but I'm still worried that the b6 is giving me some whacky long LP and that I'm not pg.

So glad I have to work this morn to keep my mind off things.

Could the b6 have extended my LP this much? Anyone experienced in that area? I was taking 50mg with my blackmores conceive well gold then took another 100mg each day from the start of this month. I read that you can take up to 200mg safely. Oh the agony!!!

Jen - actually we got a catalogue for "movies" the other day in the mail. DH took it off and had a look as I had kids in care, maybe I should put a couple under his pillow LOL.

Jen - he'd be totally shocked. I order and pay for them for him, but i don't even look at the catalogues at any other time.

I've got the weirdest cycle at the moment - I should have O'd yesterday (usually day 14 or 15) i've had no O pain - which I get every month but not this month, but am now bleeding, after all the high temps, today bleeding - it's only light - what is my body doing to me. Where do I go from here?

mmteacher - it's good to see you passing all your milestones.

Well ladies - I bought the hpt's on the way home from work. Spent most of the morning googling b6 and luteal phase totally psyching myself up for a BFN.

Got home, had lunch - heart beating faster and faster by the minute.

Started to clean the house when I felt the need to P so I thought ok I will POAS and it's a BFP.

I'm in total shock. I'm just so worried because my boobs aren't really that sore. Praying that we're third time lucky!

ajc- am really :pray: you get some good news and that AF continues to stay away! your posts this week about B6 have inspired me to start taking it too (my lp is only about 11 days) so fingers crossed it works for both of us. i too am taking the blackmores conceive well gold and logged on now to ask the question of whether i would be taking too much if i took another 100mg of b6- so you must have read my mind when you last posted :D

jen- loving all your naughty suggestions re: toys and movies! will definitely be dusting off some of ours around o time! ;)

Thanks for the congrats mollycat, jen, pbstar & issy. My parents actually called in just after I got the + and it was sooo hard keeping my excitement under control. I really want to wait and hopefully if everything goes well this time we'll be telling that at 12 weeks. Having dinner with DH's family tonight, won't get to have my glass of sav blanc - lucky I haven't been drinking much lately anyway so they shouldn't think anything of it.

pbstar - this was my first cycle with b6. I was a little worried when I first started to take it just because I hate to self diagnose, I got the Natures own one. I think that was the only one the chemist had in a 100mg, the other brands were 200mg. Could be a coincidence but this is the best cycle I have had this year since I started taking it (not just because of the BFP).

Am going to pop in to the PAML thread but will mostly be here for a while yet. I would miss you all too much but I know you'll all be in there too very soon anyway.

AJC & Canary - Congratulations! I'm so happy for both of you!! It's so strange because before I got pregnant I used to feel very jealous of any pregnant ladies I would see, or people with babies. I thought that after losing my baby I would be more jealous, but I've found that I'm actually less jealous. Now I find myself feeling happier for the ladies. Soooo, in conclusion, I'm super happy for you both (but of course still a little jealous, lol!!!). I wish you both all the best! :D

Jen - I met my DSS's when they were about 5 and 8. They mostly live with their mum, but we have them about 1/3rd of the time. I think I'm lucky because I get to be the "cool mum" as I don't tend to discipline them as much as their mum and my DH (unless I need to of course). I guess I feel that they already have a mother, so I don't want to tread on any toes. It works well for me though because I get to be the fun one, lol. And also, when I tell them off they know I mean business as they don't usually get in trouble from me. My older DSS will most likely be coming to live with us next year when he starts high school (his choice), so it will be interesting to see if the younger one decides to live with us too, or stay with his mum...

Canary and AJC - Congratulations ladies! So happy for you both! I should go to work more often, if everytime I come home there's another BFP announcement! Wishing you both very happy and healthy pregnancies :)

Mollycat - I'm having concerns about my cycle this month. I should basically be ovulating now..and I'm not feeling anything. No pains like I mornally get..and I don't seem as..wet (TMI territory). Usually I really notice the EWCM around O time..but I'm not noticing it. Though last night BDing, Dh said it felt..err..'right' to him, in terms of..wetness. *blush* So I don't have any actual advice I'm afraid, just letting you know you're not the only whose body is playing silly buggers.

I just got in from work and am tired and footsore..so no other personals for now I'm afraid. I'm going to settle in with lovely cap of decaf tea *sigh*

Jen that's one big list!! I'm so impressed you remember everyone! Oh and about us getting along with "the ex", well we try to put our happy face on for the kids. Actually, she seems to genuinely like both me and DH, but I can't stand her, and DH only tolerates her for the sake of peace, lol. It's very hard to respect her after what she did that caused the marriage breakup. Oh, and at one stage she started trying to kiss me on the cheek to say hello. Ummmm, I don't think so missy! I just keep my distance and remain civil. I'm sure in her warped head she has no idea that we don't like her, lol. I have to admit that she's generally a great mum to the boys though. There's only been a few hiccups along the way. Ok, rant over, hehe.

My DF's ex cheated on him, and while it's terrible that she did that to him, I'm eternally grateful to her! I don't really have too much respect for her, as she's said and done a lot in the past to try to turn the kids against us, and even moved them to another state. But I do have to say that it had to have been really hard for her to let the younger one come live here with us. I could never personally give my child up (even to the other parent) no matter what the situation--I just don't feel like you should send your child away just because they're getting into trouble. But, hey, if she hadn't been willing to put her pride aside and do what's best for Kaity, then she wouldn't be here with us now, so I'm feeling very blessed. :)


LizJessie--SO sorry you weren't on the list! You are now! Hope AF stays away for you!

Well, it's weird, for me because even though I haven't POAS yet, I feel positive, I feel like I'm going to be next.. I'm also ready for the dreaded BFN that I'm so used to see though! With everything that's been going on with me in the past 3/4 days, I feel really positive!

I'm still not sure what is happening with my cycle - I should be O'ing but it looks like it's turned into AF, still bleeding heaps heavier now. DH is quite upset, thought he was getting some fun this weekend, but now nothing but cranky me. I'm going to give the gyno a call on Monday and ask him about it.
