Hi ladies,
Well it looks like AF might be arriving a little early. I thought she would arrive Sunday or Monday but there was a possibility of today or tomorrow as my temps had been erratic after the m/c.
After a BM this morning (sorry for TMI) I wiped and found a pink stain and I've had a couple of spots since. It's really weird as my temp was still up first thing this morning and my temp always drops to below coverline before I get AF and I always get brown spotting for at least 24 hours first (sometimes up to 5 days) and I haven't had a drop. When I woke this morning I had some AF cramping so I'm pretty sure it is AF arriving. My BBs feel normal this morning but last night they didn't. I guess it could be implant spotting but I've never had that before so I highly doubt it.
Yesterday I had a quick wave of nausea which is very unusual for me.... I usually have to be very drunk (which I very rarely am) or hungover to get it. It was so strong I made a mad dash to the loo. So with that, and no brown spotting this has taken me completely by surprise. My nose is still blocked. I also had difficulty drinking tea yesterday. My first cup for the day gave me a furry tongue and the nausea hit just after my second cup..... so of course that got me thinking as I've never had that happen before.
Anyway, I will probably disappear over the weekend. The little one is with us for the weekend which makes it hard to find the time to jump on. I have Monday and Tuesday off which I'm really looking forward to. Have a great weekend.

Hi everyone -
Hope your TWW aren't too frustrating for you. I'm doubtful because I got a BFN but hopeful because of my temps. My sense of smell has been a lot more the last couple of days and I've been more hungry (even just after eating and I feel full???). So who knows what will happen in the next few days!
-
Kiwigirl - those are both very good signs. I so hope you are pg this cycle. I hope AF stays away for a full 9 months for you.
-
Kiwigirl-- your symptoms sound so promising!
Satya-- very odd about the nausea if AF is coming. And no temp drop. Very confusing!
I felt a little crampy (like AF was on the way) a few hours ago, but so far nothing. I'm hoping with all my heart she'll stay away.
-
Satya - how long is your usual luteal phase? It could be implantation spotting maybe?
mammal - (your name always reminds me of mummle which we called my mum as a kid!!) fingers crossed AF stays away!!!
-
11/12 day luteal phase so AF should be due Sun/Mon.
Spotting stopped..... for now anyway. I've been weeing heaps so who knows what's going on.... have to wait and see.
-
Oh I'm so crossing my fingers for you. I have no idea how you can not test. I am so impatient and want to know what's going on. But then when I get a BFN, I think of all these reasons why I may still get a BFP. I do it to myself but I can't help it!
I admire your strength for not testing!!!
-
I am still waiting.
I feel like I deserve a guiness book of world records for not testing. amazing.
Last night (TMI ahead) after a bm found a pink stain like Satya. Very unusual for me as it has never happened before. Nothing since. Feel a little crampy. But who knows. I am still in the game (guessing game).
In the evenings my breasts are tingly but not full and heavy like my pregnancies.
At this point I'd love to test but only know if it was neg so I could move on and look to the future. I have no idea how some women can TTC for years. This TTW is such a head game I think I am going nuts. I am losing sleep over it. Am I? Maybe not? But what if? Last night I actually had to start counting to try to go to sleep as I couldn't turn off my brain.
-
Still waiting here too. I wish I was really busy at the moment to keep my mind off this infernal wait.
Temp was nice and high this AM, but I realized I'd miscounted my days. Bbs a bit sensitive. Still keeping my fingers crossed.
-
Kiwigirl - I've just found it's better to wait until the day AF is due and last time I only got a very faint positive on that day anyway so if I'd tested earlier I would've got a BFN anyway.
Jayney - your symptoms are sounding good. It is hard TTCing for years. I've been doing it since I started at 28 and I'm 41 now. I did have 2 or 3 years off when my marriage broke down. It was 8.5 years with just m/c with my ex and now it's been 19 months & two m/c's with my DF. I do have my doubts that I will ever hold a live child of my own as time is really running out. It has been an extremely difficult road to travel and I really don't know how much longer I can do it for.
mammal - it's sounding good for you.
:wall:
Well it looks like AF is on her way for sure, my temp dropped majorly this morning. It's below coverline. Last cycle when just before I found out I was pregnant I had a dip for 3 days followed by a rise at day 12DPO but that the dip was 36.4... this one is 36.2 so I think it's AF this time. I guess I just have to wait and see as it could still rise as it is only 11DPO, but with my short luteal phase my guess is its AF. I've also realised that my mood swings have probably been caused by me not being on vitex this cycle. I started taking them initially to control my pms mood swings and they had helped, but I ran out this cycle. Must go buy some again.

I am going away for the long weekend so I'll turn back in when I get back. I am hoping to see some BFP results from those of us close to testing.
I sooo want to test. The drug store is only 1 block away and I am very interested (read obsessed) with "AM I PREGNANT!" I hope I can wait until after the weekend.
Satya- My heart goes out to you. So many months and so much wondering. It must get to be too much so often. Hang in there. I miscarried last month also. Let's hope it is very soon we get those sticky pregnancies. I am praying for you.
-
Satya, I’m sorry. It’s so disappointing. This rollercoaster every month can take a lot out of you. I wish I could light a fire under those surgeons for you so you could get the lap done now. Would you ever consider IVF?
I hope your trip is fun, Jayney. After you wrote about your town, I looked up pictures online and it looks like a really beautiful place... even if people hold off for AGES to test for pregnancy. ;)
Kiwigirl—still going well for you? I can see your hearts ticker, but can’t figure out how to stalk your chart.
Treelo—how’re you? Is your house pox free yet?
-
Hi Satya, hearing a little more of your story makes me admire you more.. that you haven't given up after all that time.
Jayney, I so hear you on the going crazy in the TWW. Luckily I haven't had trouble falling asleep (yet) over it... I hope going away for the weekend is a good distraction :)
I'm still in the game.. for now.. my temps are still nice and high but I could be anywhere between 11-14DPO so if AF is not here tomorrow I'll probably test again (I have one more test and I really don't want to go buy more this cycle..)
Mammal, if you click on my ticker, it takes you to my chart. How many DPO are you?
Hope everyone's having a nice weekend!
-
Hi Girls,
So I am out of the game. AF arrived :( Oh well there is always next month. Hopefully I won't see many of you in the TWW next month.
My old Dr. phoned to say after reviewing the tests done she was surprised to see he hadn't ordered some so she did. The blood test is supposed to be done on day 3 but seeing as it is a long weekend it can't be done until day 5. I hope it doesn't make much difference.
oh well tonight I'll be able to sleep if I take some drugs for these cramps. :(
-
I'm still waiting to O myself - Apparently I was supposed to O either today or tomorrow but nothing for signs of O just yet *shrugs* I guess I'll give have to wait
-
Mind if I drop in for a couple of weeks?
I'm 5DPO and starting to notice the odd symptom that was similar to last PG. I had some cramping last night which I had the week prior BFP, also thought I was peeing lots today. I waiting in anticipation and hoping to get symptoms and hoping it will lead to another BFP.
-
Ooh, maybe it's implantation cramping Charlotte?? Best of luck.
-
Good luck for tomorrow morning, Kiwigirl! That chart of yours is looking tremendously promising. Hoping and praying for a BFP for you. Sending you lots of sticky implantation vibes!!!
