Bailey - long time no hear ! Remember that the S&K meeting is next week Wednesday so book in your babysitter ! Hope you are feeling fine - your ticker is flying girl. Cant wait till you have your scan.
Lynn - yes - lets do lunch next week - us growing girls need to eat !
Klee - LMAO - at "carmen" ! OMG - sooo funny.
Susan - fingers crossed for your "line"....i am not giving up for you!
Katti - i was thinking along similar lines..."Will"...(you "will" be coming home to us). Wilber sounds to the point though (i had to laugh again)...i think Wilber might stick girls.
As for your cycle - i would think you always start on the day you first bled (not when they were due). But i am no expert on this.
Jo - glad you enjoyed some retail therapy - it always works. I would love to do the same but we have zero $ in the bank !...well if DH wouldn't spend $600 on two golf clubs i might have a penny left for me !!!
Mel - how are you doing girl? Hope you are feeling fine and getting excited for your FS appointment soon.
Flowerchild - hope that headache goes very soon and you can start to have a stress free pregnancy. Good luck for tomorrow - will be thinking of you. Col is definitely coming home. Are you going to find out the sex of your bub when the time comes? I don't think we are althought i wouldn't mind either way (our scan is in 7 days !!). I cant believe how fast your ticker is going PLUS you are gaining extra days - what a BONUS !
Well, DH asked me the other day if i was wearing a push up bra. I said NO and that i never do (i am usually very flat chested). He said that my boobs looked massive and that i looked very "womanly". (Yeh, thanks mate). He also said that he wants me to keep these boobs - i just said that we have to have more bubbas !
Anyone having trouble sleeping lately? I am up for hours each night - thinking about finishing the house, Tommy, this new bubba, DD - EVERYTHING. Must be stressed.
Hello to everyone else out there - hope you are having a nice evening.
-
Klee - Hope you worked out those OPKs, but as I said in my text message if you think its possible you are around O time - DTD anyway, and hope for the best... :crossfingers:
Katti - Sorry I cant help you with your cycle as I am not too sure how the whole thing works, but have you been using OPKs or anything? It might help just to get an idea of where you are at. I am about to go on the pill for IVF and I was told this will regulate my cycle (although its pretty spot on regular anyway) so maybe that will mean yours is regulated. Dont feel too bad about wanting to DTD more now that you are TTC - we all gain a little more sex drive around O time, but yeah the DHs get used to feeling slightly used (they should be so lucky :p).
Tommysmum - Yeah I like "Wilber" too (very clever Katti). LOL @ the boob comments - MEN... so full of tact  Although if you want more bubs in future all you have to say is remember the (.)(.) and he will be sold! BTW, I think its understandable to be stressed but I hope you can get a little more sleep.
Lynn - Did you get a bed? How exciting, I love new stuff! Does it include a mattress? We have a pillowtop mattress and it is just like a big fluffy cloud.

Howdy all. still waiting (picture fingers drumming here). . . .
Klee- tell your sister's friend to look me up - i'd be more than happy to try to put a good face on Colorado (not too difficult).
Kat- if your dh doesn't complain, then don't worry. i don't think it is uncommon to feel that dtd is useless until procreation is involved. the mechanical nature of the act for a whole week is what bothers me. tmi, i know.
Tommysmum- lol re the boobies -- so like a man. thank goodness they are interested in something, though.

Goodmorning!!
Hi everyone!! We are all sounding very cheery in here today. Its good to see spirits up!!
Tommysmum im glad you like Wilber!! We can will your bean to grow!! My DH also likes it when im pregnant and i have boobs!! I am actually only now really getting back to being my usual flat self!! Just in time to notice if they start to get bigger!!!
Mel1977 klee suggested i talk to you.. apparently we have similar blood problems. Anticardiolipin antibodies. Do you know much about it? All i could really understand was take aspirin and i should be fine.I lost Zahra due to a blood clot on my placenta which ruptured.:(
I think i will take my cycle from the 13th... which means..... i can test soon!!! It has been a month since that started!! Maybe i will be lucky and drop two eggs. Twice the chance!!!
SUsan i knew you wouldn't be able to wait!! Who can blame you? Sounds very promising. Early days yet of course, but congrats !!
JO Hi dear!! Just wanted to say, hi. Thinking about you. How are the hormones? Good luck if your trying again this month!!:crossfingers:
DEB Right about now you should be saying hello to little col. Hope all is wonderful and reassuring.
Aunty M How is colorado? Did you have a big 4th of July? When i lived in the USA it was a huge deal. We would have block parties and watch fireworks. We dont really have anything like that in oz. We are not independant. Have you managed to find the movie Cracker Jack?
thanks for all the feedback on DH re: :bd: It is pretty normal considering our circumstances. He is chilling out abit more too. He had a big weekend for his birthday, so he is recovering abit and is back to his calm self. We are babysitting for a friend tonight and tomorrow. Not a baby, two big kids so it wont be too bad.
I had a little thought last night (and a cry) I used to really enjoy spending time with other children, babies or little kids, it didn't matter. I used to have endless patience and i would always be hapy to entertain kids at a party or whatever... but since all this trying with no luck, it hurts now to spend too much time with kids. I think i used to enjoy it so much coz i would be thinking, "one day i will have one of those" and now because i dont know if i ever will, i cant think that confidently anymore. And that makes me sad to feel like that. But i cant help it. I just want to play with a kid that i dont have to give back, coz "back" is home with me. DYKWIM? One day it will happen. I must have positive thoughts.
Thanks for listening!!
Love to all

Hello gals,
Just a quickie for now, cos I am sneaking a peek at work. Still no computer at home, BUT, it is only my screen that has gone on my lap top so sweet DH brought home a HUGE ancient PC monitor from work so I can hook up my lap top to it and get online tonight, I can suffer through it til I get my new computer next week...Yay! So I will get on board later tonight and catch up with everyone and what has been going on. To be honest, I have been feeling so very lonely without access to you guys :boohoo: Speak to ya'll soon.
-
Also, does anyone know why my name is in grey?? Have I been bad??
-
It's not in grey for me Bailey... You haven't been bad at all - have you????
-
Lol Deb, I was bad in May when we made Faith, ha ha. When I look at my name it is in Grey, strange.....
But look at your ticker, I cannot wait to get home and see what you and everyone else has been up to while I have been without contact.
-
Bailey - i think you are colour blind - all is ok from my end too.
-
Hey Ladies,
I am trying to do personals after a couple of weeks in the dark, so I am so sorry if I leave anyone out or don't mention something OK?? Ha ha, can't wait to see your big (o)'s.
Tommysmum - No, really, my name is grey and everyones elses is purple, I feel left out.
I will be there on Wednesday, so see you then. Lol, I like Wilber, it's cute!
Lynn - I will be there on wednesday, and I can do lunch too.
Jlk - I am sorry I did not post for Storms birthday, I have been very out of the loop :(
Happy Birthday little Storm!!
Katti - I can't offer any advice on cycles, mine are the weirdest in history I am sure. Hope you work it all out. It's strange when you have to start monitoring these things isn't it? I never used to, so it was all new when we started TTC. Good Luck!
Mel - So, I know that you are not starting the 'plan' just yet, but were you guys still trying on your days this month, or are you just chilling out and waiting?? Good luck!!
Spring - How are you doing? Are you starting to get more anxious? I'm not yet, I think my fears have been turned into worrying about DS instead of this baby just yet. I have been just so worried about anything happening to him lately, it's sending me a little mad actually!!
Well, we lugged the massive monitor home plugged it in, and no, my computer still didn't work:throw_computer: Stupid thing, I have finally accepted that I will just have to wait til I get my new one
I had my first hospital appointment on monday. Wow, it was not as bad walking in there as I thought it would be so that was a relief, and I was doing ok till the midwife said it was time for the doppler...then I just broke down and told her I was so scared of them because of what happened with Asha, and them telling me they could hear her heartbeat, but it was mine etc. The midwife was great and listened to me and she decided we wouldn't have a listen as there was still a chance that we might not hear anything that early and that may scare me unneccessarily. So that was actually a relief for me. I still have ms, though it is starting to drop off, so that is enough confirmation for me for now. Besides, I have my NT scan this monday, so that will be better I think, well as long as it is all ok there.
I hope everyone is well, I will try and get on later, but I am at work, so as long as I don't get harassed by customers all day, I 'see' you all soon.
-
Bailey: Your name is still in purple for me. I don't know what is wrong with it but I wouldn't be too worried. I can't believe that you have your NT scan this week. That is amazing, I know it won't feel like it has gone quickly for you but it seems like only yesterday you announced your BFP. I'm glad the Midwife at the hossy was good to you, that is exactly what you need and you will feel great as soon as you see bub in there bouncing around on Monday. I can't wait to see the pics.
Tommysmum: Can I put a vote in for Wilber, it is gorgeous. I love it. You must be coming up to your 19 week scan. Are you going to find out if Wilber has a willy or not?
Well I'll be back later. Lynn is going to help me get some groceries because of my bung back so that I don't starve. Thanks Lynn, you're a lifesaver. I didn't think meals on wheels would deliver to a 27 year old :cryinglaugh:
