    Backache with twins

    I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant and the last 3-4 days my backache has been terrible. I can't get up from bed or chair without using something as support to pull myself up.

    Any hints

    I think Jo also had this problem and others in PALTTC- see their discussion -they saw a pregnancy safe chiro - I hope it doesn't affect me my back was sore enough with one last time mid pregnancy.
