Finding celebrant by availabilty on dates?

Anyone know if there is an easy way to find a celebrant based on them being available on specific dates? Want to get married within next two months, not looking for anything specific - just want someone who is available really, and am expecting is going to be difficult getting someone at short notice? Is trying for a Friday likely to make it easier?. Emailing loads of people only to find out they wouldn't be available seems a really long winded way of doing it. We were going to go back to UK after baby to get married but that all seems like too much hassle and have now decided to do something quick, easy and painless here in Melbourne instead - I am just after the new surname

Apparently saturdays are the most popular day so maybe a friday would be easier? Although I am sure lots of celebrants probably have a job during the week too so maybe not? Just be aware that you will probably have to send in an "intention to marry" form at least a month before you do actually get married.
