Mine has my maiden name on it - because that was my name when I got married if that makes sense.
If you want to change your name (on things like medicare) you jsut need this one as it is - so long as you want to change your name to DH's surname of course - rather than something else - don't laugh - I had a friend who got married and changed her name to something other than her DH's surname...


forgive me if this sounds stupid! The envelope is addressed to: Nicole Seamons (new name) but inside where it says bride its Nicole Hill is that correct that my maiden name should be there not married name? I want to get all my licence and ID all changed over to my married name but with it saying Hill under bride not sure if i can, im confused lol any help from those married will be greatly appreciated! TIA
