ooOOOoooo love wedding invites. I was very fussy with ours and paid well over the usual price! $1200!!!!! that included the service book but got each indivdually embossed (grandfather was a printer and id dec, so did it to honor him) and love the trad style, but looking back i have seen so many wonderful invites i really did go way over!!!
Ive made mine and Im really happy with the way they turned out. I am not at all crafty, I constantly failed art class but the invites weren't too hard. It cost me $53 for the glue, paper, magnets and ribbons and took about 8hrs all up (2 hours setting it out right on the computer, 3, priniting and 3 gluing and putting in enevelopes).
I looked at having them made but the cheapest were $3 each and I needed 60 so I did it myself and saved over $100. There are some nice ones on ebay that individually add guests names and look good. We are getting married in feb next year
