Signed our marriage certificate to I Believe by Il Divo
Walked back up the aisle to Truely, madly, deeply by Savage Garden
Walked into the reception to Walking on Sunshine
Tossed the bouquet to Girls just wanna have fun by Cindy Lauper
Did the leaving circle to time of my life (dirty dancing)
Walked out to Another One Bites The Dust by Queen
We walked down the aisle with "Eye of the Tiger"

Sent from my iPhone so forgive the speelung misstacks ;)
Hallelujah - Jeff Buckley :) a fav from way back and a bit non traditional! We had our second fav for cake cutting Wonderwall by Oasis!
Love hearing everyone else's songs
I have been going through heaps of wedding music and heaps of wedding music websites and the more we listen to the more we change our minds.
Some songs we def want to include either aisle song, first dance, wedding dvd backing track, etc, basically just somewhere in our wedding are:
Jack Johnson- Better Together (maybe a wedding dvd track or first dance or walk down the aisle song)
The Temper Trap - Sweet Disposition (Strange choice but LOVE the words- this might be a wedding video backing track)
Peter Gabriel - Book of Love (maybe walk down the aisle song)
Michael Buble - Save the last dance for me (Last song of the night)
We had our friend sing Adam Sandlers Grow old with you :)
I wrote a song for DH and recorded it as a surprise :)
Tim lol!!
Thankyou so much for sharing girls, I keep welling up listening to them all on YouTube and imagining how special it would have been :heartbeat:
Snap frantelle- what an awesome song :)

For a giggle...
I heard this recently... the worst wedding song ever...
Today - Smashing Pumpkins
I mean it's an awesome song... one of my absolute fave's. But as a wedding song no. Unless you have no idea what they are singing about LOL!
My celebrent told me that the most common one she was hearing was banana pancakes by jack Johnson.
I forgot I walked down the isle to Lullaby by Bond (electric sting quart) its a bit like pachabels cannon in d

Rouge - what are they singing about???? I just sing along and pay no attention! My DH is curious now too!!
It's totally sarcastic. Implying that its the greatest day but that really is no basis of comparison as life has been well... pretty crap.
:
We had "Don't wanna miss a thing" by Aerosmith as my husband is a metal fan (I'm not) so a rock ballard was a happy compromise and we both loved the song
We walked into our reception to U2s "Beautiful Day" (and it was :loveshower: )
After we finished our first dance the DJ played Unchained Melody which my Wedding Party all danced too - a friend video taped it (badly), but right at the end you can see my Mum and her partner Waltz past and she says "Jesus Christ" as our singing was so appalling - cracks me up every time  But it reminds me of our wonderful wedding :) YouTube - Naomi & Seans wedding party dance
**still chuckling**
Annnnnyway - PZ, I REALLY like your choice, I agree its about family and connection - what a wedding and marriage is all about x x
