Developing a product

I have a product that i would like to develope but im not sure how to go about it, i have been told to patent(sp?) it but i dont know how to do this, if there is anyone that can help me i would realy appreciate it.

Hi There,

I was looking into this a few months ago. If you have a product idea you should patent it but reading up on the guidelines on the patent as it costs a fair bit.

It is also recommended you do it via a proper lawyer who does patenting.

Also, there are options to patent in Austrlaia only or internationally (additional fees apply to this too)

You should do your research and make sure that you are 100% sure your idea is original.
