At the moment I am in the process of setting up a Non For Profit Organisation. I can't go into too much details here, but I promise as soon as it is ready I will be letting all of you know.

This is a business partnership, with a good friend. We have reserved our business name and have gotten all the paperwork started. Thing is, we need a Solicitor who is good or has knowledge in Non For Profit Organisations. As you can appreciate, we won't be making or even earning money from this business, so we have very limited funds.We cannot afford to spend thousands let alone hundreds on a solicitor for advice.

If anyone knows of a Solicitor who is willing to help out a very worthwhile cause (because we are) it would be much appreciated.

Or if anyone has any advice for me it would be much appreciated.
