Declans sitting up on his own!! It was just a few weeks ago that he started rolling, now he's sitting!! He's growing up to fast...
He will not eat the heinz savoury range though, but my friends showed me how to make their baby good (pretty much any vege's you want - parsnips, turnips, peas carrot, potatos, pumkin etc etc) cover with water and add some stock (and as baby gets older, bacon bones etc) boil then simmer for a couple of hours, then puree. Then put into ice cube trays and freeze. I find declan eats about 3 a meal, but i add some of the heinz mulitgrain cereal to make it abit thicker. He loves it, and its not at all expensive. We also do it with fruit (he loves my banana apple and pear mix) and i just buy little tuppawear containers, saves buying those processed junky cans. I do this about once a week and the vege puree is so nice... i sometimes have it myself!! But im a freak...
Just thought i would let you ladies know, as i found those things in the supermarket, and its like almost $10 for about 25 of them!! HTH...
