Glad to hear that Em's doing well with her tube, sorry to hear that your sick. Hope you get Em's night feeding sorted out quickly so you can get some sleep. And on yucky dial-up but YAY on getting adsl reasonably quickly. You don't realise how good it is until you lose it don't you.
