Christmas season hit in the first week of december and DIDNT STOP. Now it has and its so nice to just "be".
Christmas was good, it hit with a flurry of chaos and mess but it was all good fun. Kids got spoilt. I got a diamond ring and a GPS which is very fun and takes the stress out of driving now.
Kids are in DC today so its just me and little C, we are going to go and do food shopping later.
C is a pleasure. She's rolling and talking and giggling and blowing raspberries and still vomiting LOL But at least she does it with a smile She's sleeping awesome nights, generally of about 12 hrs, basically anywhere between 10 and 14 hrs. She feeds more in the day because of it though, but thats fine with me.
Have you seen those tummy tub baths? I got one a couple of months ago. Fantastic. Excellent for colic and reflux. I just put her in there and her wind comes up and she is so settled after. Easy to store and just easy to do everything with really.
Lea- Dont stress about Gabby and her weight, i think C weighs less than Gabby and my CHN isnt concerned. They've slapped 2 of my kids with the "failure to thrive" label now simply because they dont follow the "books and lines", they have now realised that this is just the make up of my kids and leave me alone. Now they look at how they look, if they are happy and content, if they have a bit of meat on their bones. They dont concern with what the scales say, as long as they follow their own curve and if Gabby is doing that then she is doing well, if she drops off her curve then theres cause for concern. You are doing fantastically with her hun.
Milly- To me, there are some things "not right" with that birth story. Did you think that to? Some things just dont add up to me. But im not one to say anything, i just offer support and move on.
I hope you all had a good christmas and have a Happy New Year
I hope you are all doing well too. Im off for a rest before going shopping
