Sarah - grrrr at my crappy net connection (have used all my broadband limits for this month!) I can't get to see your video properly! :-( it keeps stopping and starting, but from what I can see it looks adorable!

As for getting Lucas to sleep for so long, I think it's just a fluke!!! he woke at 2.30am this morning, then again at 8am which wasn't so bad. He's just feeding more regularly during the day - every 3 hours - which I think is what gets him through the night.

I usually feed William about every 3.5 hours and most of the time he sleeps through. But to do that I give him his last bottle about 930 10. I don't mind if I get to sleep through.

Where are you all today???
William has decided that he wants to be sitting up most of the time! He just wants to be able to look around and not miss anything. This also means that I had to take the bassinet off the pram and turn it into a stroller. Gee that was sad doing that, but he loves being in the pram sitting up and showing off!

Sarah, your YouTube of william brought back so many memories... i love the song you put on with it, it always makes me think of Grey Anatomy though!! LOL

Caleb now weighs 6600g (14lb 12oz) and is 63cm long! No wonder my arms feel like they are going to fall off! He is way bigger than his brothers at a similar age.

Sarah~ I did that to lucys pram at least 8wks ago she is a nosey parker that girl! all she ever wanted to do was sit on my sholder when i walked around the shops so I changed it and she LOVES it!!! we got the bassinette expesially but o well....

I had a nother blood test today...BUT good news!!!! im back to my pre pregnancy weight! 55kgs! ive still got to get down to 50kgs though cause thats the weight i was before I went on the damn pill! but Im going to the gym EVERY morning and doing classes and its SO good to get ME TIME! lucy gets looked after at the childcare part and as soon as she gets in there she starts kickin her legs and all excited!!!!

not much else on my part...nana is looking after lu tomoro aparently she misses her missy luu so is taking her out shopping tomoro! my mum is a dag!

Don't know where my day goes these days lol ...... had Mason weighed and measured on Wed and he's a big boof 8.6kg and 63cm long :eek: i think someone has had a growth spurt lol ..... i asked the M&CHN if i should be worried about his weight gain but she said not to as most of his weight gain was from the 8 weeks of b/f so he had no where else to go but off the chart ...... he's following the same pattern as ds2 and he's now thin as so hopefully mason will too when he starts getting around. He slept thru last nite, 11 hours which was fantastic!

Kat i have gotten the Dome and found it for $80 so i'm wrapt and he'll be able to use it for ages.

dd :hug: if you need someone to chat to i'm here, we're going thru some crap atm too. We're just not communicating and i don't know if it's a combination of my depression, having 5 kids including a 12wk old, having probs with our 9yo with school, a 7yo with an attitude, a 15yo doing yr 10 and a 3yo lil girl who is really finding it hard to adjust not being the baby! Some days i just want to run away from it all.:crying:

DD thats soooo good about Kyana sleeping through, hope that makes things a little easier for you. Anneliese is about 5kgs now, she's 5 months old :)

Dawn~hooray on the sleeping through 11 hours!! That is fantastic. It is sure to make life easier. I wouldn't worry about his weight gain, especially now he will sleep through he will miss that extra feed and it will slow down now.

Leah~ congrats on the weight loss! I have started the big post baby diet a few weeks ago. I hate dieting, but it must be done.

Leah congrats on the pre PG weight! I'm just about there too, all I have to do is figure out how to get rid of this muffin top that spills over my jeans :eek: Guess that's what happens after 3 bubbas. I wouldn't change a thing though really ;)

Dawn lol Mason wins! Wow what a gorgeous big chunky fella he must be :p

DD I wouldn't think her weight was due to reflux. I checked back in his health book and Mason was 5 1/2 kilos at a week older and didn't have reflux. Some bubbas pack it on more than others. Angus has weighed more than Mason at almost every health visit and now they almost weigh the same with a 21 month age gap. Mason is a skinny minny and Angus is a lot stockier.

Caleb had his first trip to the beach yesterday and slept like a lump in the HAB for the whole time, only waking to voice his displeasure at being put back into his car seat at home time!

Adrian had his check up on Monday with his big brother, Adrian is as I said earlier 7.8kgs and 65cms long, he`s doing well, very interested in his big brother. Yesterday I was in the bank with my Dad, one of the women there offered her office to feed Adrian, it was nice off her but I didn`t feel right about it, I had lots of people stopping me asking how old bubs is then they look at Matthew and ask how old he is then I get the usual OMG you must be busy :rolleyes:

Dont you hate that Dee? I always get stopped with people asking how old are the kids, whats the age gap?? I tell them 3 under 3, they say "Oh you must be busy" or "you're too young to have 3 children" So what?! Im 22, thats old enough!! Anyway, sorry, just ranting, having a bad couple of days...

I get the "oh you must be busy" comments too and i've got a huuuuuuuge gap with my kids, i guess some ppl are cut out to do it and some ppl aren't, we should all pat ourselves on the back i think, it would be nice to hear comments like, oh that's lovely that you have a large family and there should be more of them or you're very lucky to have been able to have so many children orrrrrrrrrr wow you must have soooooo much fun with all your kids ........ why do ppl feel they have to make negative comments, i dunno when i hear of someone having a baby i congratulate them and be happy for them, it's their business how many they have ....... oops sorry went off an a tangent lol can u tell i've been here before hehehe.

Dee- the girls are both well, Charlotte has just started to laugh and mainly when Madison is laughing it is so cute, wow Adrain is a big boy, Charlotte gets weighed in a weeks time, i think she will hit the 6 kilo mark. Madison just turned 2 as well.

sarah- i started my Christmas shopping when all the shops had there sales in july, just need to get some stuff for my girls now, i have no idea what to get them though.

Simone- i get that to though i am nearly 24, some people think i am too young to have 2 children, but i wouldn't have any other way.

Happy Birthday Madison :happybirthday: The girls sound gorgeous. Yep Adrian is another biggie, how I`d love to have a little baby, but this is Mark`s 4th big boy so I don`t think I`ll ever have a little baby from Mark.

Dawn and Simone - Glad I`m not the only one around who gets silly comments, they all started when I was 5 weeks pregnant by the pathologist saying that my pregnancy was obviously unplanned (Matthew was 5.5 months and the pregnancy was very much planned), like you Dawn I also gets comments when people realise that I also have 2 step sons :rolleyes: People will always make some type of comment about something.

Sarah - Yay for starting Christmas shopping, I got a couple of things months back but I have a long list of people to buy for so I think I better get a move on plus I have MIL`s Birthday on the 23rd of this month and Mark`s birthday on the 7th December and he`s so hard to buy for.

Adrian is just playing with his kick n whirl carnival he loves it, talking away and laughing. I`ve just finished mopping the floors, it`s quite hot here so I`m now feeling quite hot and muggy after doing the floors and Matthew`s in bed asleep.

Ooooh, you've all been chatty without me!!

We've had a nice weekend, we had my friend from Sydney staying last night, Lucas was great - very well behaved!! it's so muggy here today that he's having trouble sleeping, think he is a bit hot :-(

lucy- how rude of her. no one has ever been that rude to me, i think now days they asume that women wait to have babies in their 30's. I am so glad that i have my 2 and i am 23.


Not much to report here, Charlotte just put herself to sleep ( she hardly does this by herself, so yay)

Grrr at that woman Lucy. Just tell them with a wink that you are more that old enough and with any luck you will look just as youthful when you're 40.
The situation is different but I used that line when I worked in a pub and guys got all uppity about me asking them for ID and carrying on that I don't look old enough to work in a pub etc :rolleyes:

Caleb slept 8 hours last night, waking for a feed at 6 and has been back asleep since crashing after one side. He must be having a growth spurt too cos there has been no poos for 2 days now. His farts have been totally rank though lol!
Trevor brings him into me this morning and he was grinning away like mad. Said that he was almost giggling when he was having his nappy changed

I love being a mum of 3 and being 22, iv decided to wait 5 years before having another one, and ill still have all my kids out (LOL) by 30... Xander will be 11 when im 30 OMG he seems way to grown up now at 3!!!

Sam - Anneliese has been the same, feeding heaps, no poo's for days, and OMG i thought her daddy was bad... i have to leave the room when she farts (bit hard sometimes when im feeding her LOL) But she slept like crap last night, up at 12, 2, 4 and 6... i think i have a tummy bug, which made it even harder to get up to her. At least the boys slept through...

My darling boy has been so good at sleeping through!! he slept again until 6am this morning, had a feed, then straight back to bed until he woke at 10am!! yay, at last i'm getting a lie in!!! lol!!! I'm really hoping this is him into his routine.....

What do everyone's babies weigh just now? and their lengths? I weighed Lucas at the health centre yesterday and he's now 6.3kgs!! and about 62cm in length.

I need to go see the MCHN, but i think Anneliese weighs about 5kgs now, she's still small (in 000's bond suits, but 0000's everything else) went well with introducing solids today, she ate about 3 tbsp wirth, got alot around her mouth though LOL

I think William is getting close to 7kilos! He is getting so big. You wouldn't think with such a great weight gain that he sleeps through and misses out on that extra bottle. He is in 000's now. I'm not sure on exact weights and length and we don't go back to MHC for another 3 weeks.

hi i get charlotte weighed next monday, i think she will be about the 6 kilo mark.
sam- what health centre do you go to, i go to Andrews and see Sharon.

Well I keep meaning to go to the GP to get a script for the pill, but I never manage to get round to it. So today when AF showed up I went straight to the doc to get a script so I could start TODAY. Well apparently due to my Antiphospholipid Syndrome she wasn't sure if I should take the pill! I have had her call my Professor to check as I am sure it is fine, so hopefully I can pick up my script today. I don't want to wait another month!!!
My other option was to have the rod in my arm. I am just a little unsure about that. Have any of you girls had/got one????
